I was injured in a scary car accident. I was overwhelmed by the medical bills and in a lot of pain. Geoff was an extremely professional, kind and hard-working attorney who made sure the outcome of my case was fair and handled correctly. When he spoke on my behalf in court, there was literally no one in the world I'd rather have representing me. I always had confidence the best angles were being pursued. He's just a friendly, no nonsense kind of guy who brings back results. I am very happy I was able to work with Dave Burnett. I was in a car accident that resulted in my car being totaled. I was and am suffering from a bulging disk in my neck and as a result of the impact from my car accident, I suffered from a concussion.
The lady who ran into me was insured by a very well known insurance company, and they refused to pay for my medical bills. After trying to work out an agreement that was fair, I realized, why am I paying for medical bills that were the result of someone else running into me and destroying my car?
After working with Dave, I received a fair settlement that I am very happy with. I received over 40 TIMES what the insurance company was willing to give me without Dave's help.
Dave made me feel like he truly cared about my well-being and that I was an important client to him. He is very down to Earth and was very informative through-out the entire process.

I was introduced to Mr. Carlton by a friend of the family when facing a law suit. Andrew proceeded to assist me in filing a counter suit, dealt with the opposing counsel, contractors license board, mediators, insurance attorney's and many emotions! He commanded respect and confidently handled every issue that arose, when he spoke he was heard by all. The outcome was a settlement, which I was very happy with. Andrew kept us informed and feeling confident when facing injustices. His selection of professional inspectors was perfect, and helped our case tremendously. He didn't always tell us what we wanted to hear, but always what we needed to hear. I hired the firm of Law Offices of Faud Haghighi, after myself and two friends were involved in a serious car accident. At first one of my family members recommended another firm which handled my case for about two months after the accident. Once I realized that they had nothing at all, I was referred to Law Offices of Faud Haghighi by my neighbor who recommeded them after they had resolved their immigration case. The office was courteous, professional and immediatley return my phone calls. After about three months of handling my case the insurance wanted to depose myself and my friends. Immediatley after the deposition Mr. Haghighi was able to obtain the maximum policy limit from the insurance. I would highly recommend Mr. Haghighi and his office for any legal problems you may have. And although I hope I won't need to, I would not go anywhere else if involved in an auto accident!

We had been searching for an attorney to represent us in a dental malpractice case for 6 months . No one would take our case, we were very discouraged. My husband had been suffering with constant pain from a tooth that had been worked on 3 times. We finally decided to try another dentist. We discovered, that our pervious dentist had neglected to inform my husband of a broken instrument left in his tooth which had been causing the pain and discomfort he had been experiencing.. My husband was told the tooth had to be removed and he would need a implant. Without any hesitation, Mr. Ferraris represented us and we settled out of court. In August of 2011 I was severely injured due to the negligence of a third party while on the job. The bills quickly began to pile up and it was nearly impossible to focus on healing while in a state of constant worry over my finances. Worker's Compensation pays only 60% of your salary. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Mr. Tyson was knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. He took my case when no one else would - every other lawyer I spoke to suggested I see Mr. Mayberry. He made me feel at ease from the beginning, was very professional with opposing attorneys but down to earth at the same time. No big ego with him, but great results. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is it sometimes takes a day or two for him to return my calls, but understand because I know he is busy.

We were the owners of a Home Care company and were sued for a wrongful death by the family of our client.
They were represented by 2 lawyers plus they hired a video company to video all of our depositions.
Some of the videos were damaging.
Jades preparation and presentation was so excellent that we won the case by a wide margin. She also found expert witnesses that were so excellent that they completely negated the experts for the other side.
Can't say enough about here dedication and preparation
and memory of all of the details.
