I made the right choice when I decided to use Metha and McConnell for worker's comp claim. McConnell made sure he understood my situation and my concerns when my previous job didn't take me seriously when I was injured. He let my voice be heard and addressed the issue in a timely manner. Missy & Megan came through in true time of need. Missy was referred to me through a friend, and I am so glad I went with her. Missy was informative about my divorce, emergency custody and custody. They have had our money for almost a year for a cut and dry custody case on my step daughter and haven’t done a damn thing. Mother agrees to terms and willing to sign. We’ve had full custody for almost 2 years now. Now our taxes are being withheld for non payment of child support because NOTHING has been done. The first thing they were to do was to cancel that and we were told it was simple. Why hasn’t it been done in a year? We have requested a refund at this point to find an attorney that will do the job. Let’s see if they respond this time. Communication on their part has been a major fail.

I never wanted to be in a position to have to hire an attorney, and was reluctant to do so when the opportunity presented itself. After speaking with some trusted friends, and after talking to several attorneys, Mr. Chandler became the obvious choice for me.
He was very thorough, and was respectful of my time. He made himself accessible, and was always right on top of things. He was honest and straightforward with expectations, and was patient to carefully explain next steps.
I love that his firm did not advertise, and am glad to pass along my sincere recommendation after receiving amazing service. It was disappointing to see how my case was handled, especially after I had trusted her to advocate for my best interests. I felt like my concerns were never fully addressed, and the representation I received didn't reflect the seriousness of my situation. While I’m relieved that there was some financial compensation, it was not the outcome I had hoped for. I expected a more thorough approach and better communication throughout the process. Overall, I left feeling undervalued and frustrated, which is why I can only give one star.

I’ve now used Paul twice. He’s been more than just a great lawyer, he’s been like a shark in the very best way. After getting denied for disability on my own. I again went to Paul for help. After the first meeting and getting all my information there was very little else I had to do. He kept me in the loop all the way.
