I hired Elspeth Crawford in March of 2015 for a hit and run and a DUI. I consulted with Elspeth the following Monday of my arrest. I hired her for a fair price. She and her partner immediately got my drivers license back from the court house. She told me exactly how she wanted to handle the case, including which witnesses to bring in. On the 4th court continuance, all of my charges were dropped.

My wife and I were named in a lawsuit due to a breach of contract. Our roofing contractor didn't pay his roofing materials supplier, so we were being sued by the supplier also. I hired Elspeth to handle this legal matter. She was very courteous and professional and assured me that this lien on our house and lawsuit would be taken care of.
I gave her copies of the insurance checks cashed by the contractor and also checks cashed by him for our portion of the contract such as insurance deductible. With in a few weeks, Elspeth had this matter cleared up and the opposing attorney removed the lien from our house.
I would definitely use Elspeth Crawford again if needed!

Michael Hoard has been our family's attorney for over 10 years. He has handled many closings for several members of the family and each person was always completely satisfied with his work. I literally thank God for Seth Bernake, without him I do not believe I would have been able to get my employer to cover the surgery I needed after my accident. First and foremost, I contacted Mr. Bernanke based on a reference given for taking excellent care of his clients regarding workers compensation type injuries. As an insurance agent, I had a severe ankle injury resulting in my inability to perform my duties and later resulting in termination.
There were four very specific characteristics, which I looked for, in my legal counsel: thoroughness, proactive, knowledge of the systems/law and equally important was his ability to empathize and understand how these issues affected me personally.
Seth and his paralegal staff were extremely thorough in all stages of the discovery process. His follow through in ensuring I received checks on time, but made sure I was compensated appropriately was paramount.

My initial consultation with Brown and Assoc was by far extremely comforting. Back in 2014 I was in a horrific car crash by a drunk driver.
