It was disappointing to see how my case was handled, especially after I had trusted her to advocate for my best interests. I felt like my concerns were never fully addressed, and the representation I received didn't reflect the seriousness of my situation. While I’m relieved that there was some financial compensation, it was not the outcome I had hoped for. I expected a more thorough approach and better communication throughout the process. I want to start out most and foremost how the hell can a law firm give a deed to someone before they even wire money to someone's account and then leave me sitting in a motel room for 2 in a half days this Law Firm shouldn't even be in business they are not professional law firm in my book they suck and I would never never never never never never use this company ever again leave me in a motel room for 2 and 1/2 days I have to eat out wash my clothes at a laundromat and then they wire my money to my lawyer and they're $150 short what a poor poor poor sorry ass Law Firm this is I wouldn't use them to represent me in a dog fight and to top it all off we've had three people try to get in touch with this so-called lawyer three people 2 and 1/2 days they will not return no calls no emails I just want to know why they still in business sorry ass company

This staff is a the worse I ever have spoken to, I was, referred y my cousin carlos portillo the attorney queen has his case , he told me he walked in and really fast spoke with the lawyer, but I had very bad experience with the rude stuff, there I waited for over a month for an interview with the lawyer, but I miss the appointment, cuz I was sick and else forgot, cus so long, so I call to see if I could at least do tbe interview over the phone but they. Were mad when they talk to me , saying it’s my responsibility, yes and many other things, I can’t say, I don’t understand how they keep Mr queen a good business I guess he works hard for it cuz with stuff like this, is going to lose costumers, I will calm all my family and friends I’ve been here for 27 years I know Olot ppl, and ppl that works for the radio station, maybe this way they change this stuff, of the attorney finds out about it,

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Tiasha Wray was the worst thing that could've happened to my son during his custody case. I found and retained Ms. Wray trying to 1. Support a black attorney and 2. Thinking that she would understand the importance of my 2 grandsons having their father in their lives. I paid the $5000 retainer and received very little in return. She was rarely available and seldom returned calls. My grandsons endured abuse at the hands of someone in their mom's house and my son took the kids and reached out to Ms. Wray for guidance and she didn't return his calls. She was unprepared for court appearances and would continue the case repeatedly due to her failure to prepare. There is a loooooong list of points where she dropped the ball. I would be typing for days if I listed them all. We ultimately ended up having to retain another attorney for the case because of her poor performance. After spending $3500 more dollars to retain another attorney, we tried to recoup some of our money by contacting the NC Bar Association. She lied and came up with a list of things she claims to have done and only said we were only entitled to a couple hundred dollars, which we never got. It's cool though because karma is real and she knows she wasn't right. I would NEVER use her again, nor would I recommend her services to anyone unless you want to just give money away with no results.

Worst law firm that I have ever dealt with. I would totally recommend someone else. Southpark family law is unprofessional on all levels. They will not take time for you nor your case but will take the time to collect or ask about there money over and over. They don’t follow their own contracts. You can never get a hold of Meg and then you have multiple people in your file when you hired only one lawyer. I really don’t understand how any of them have there License to do this. I’m telling yall to stay away from this law firm, they will totally disappoint you.

I paid this firm over a month ago to complete a simple deed transaction for me. We had a call to discuss exactly what I needed and was assured this was not a problem. They would never respond to me by phone even though I was told I would be called back by the receptionist on multiple occasions. Over the month I never received details on the process. At the end of the month they sent me an email to tell me they were not experienced enough to handle my simple deed transfer and refunded me my money. Throughout the process I simply needed follow up or a call to discuss the status. I don't like to leave a bad review but this was very disappointing.

Unsatisfactory experience with Heidi as a parent coordinator. Listens to react and not to understand. In a year as PC she has been unable to resolve any issues and lacks the organization to keep track of or manage any outstanding issues. If you question her billable hours she will falsify statements in her motion that she knows to be untrue. Would not recommend as a PC and certainly not to represent as an attorney.

I sold a home in Charlotte and the buyer chose Hoard Law for the closing. So as the seller I allowed Hoard to complete the closing documents on my side as well. That was a HUGE mistake. Closing was delayed by several days because the buyers documents were not sent in a timely manner (maybe not his fault), but it took us as the seller reaching out to him to discover this. He never once let me know of the delay. In addition when the closing actually recorded we were also not notified. It took the buyer's agent reaching out to inform us that closing recorded. And even then it took several hours and several follow up calls before our funds were actually wired. He will no doubt respond to this and claim I am not his client and that this is a false review (like all the other negative reviews he has). But if you are considering Hoard Law I urge you to reconsider

I spent 1 year trying to get disability on my own. I was diagnosed with a very rare blood disease that causes severe fatigue & a compromised immune system. I was denied that whole year of 2023. A security guard at the SS office gave me a Phillips & McCrea business card. I called Mr. Phillips & he accepted my case after our first conversation in March of 2024. My hearing was scheduled for August 20th. He took care of all the necessary paperwork, managed all communications between my doctors & the Social Security office, & prepped me for my hearing to talk to the judge. Our firm consulted providence Law and had a very bad experience. Lets start with basics. The law firm required basic information, what is your firms name, what is the owners name, what is the address etc. and why are you requiring our services. We provided. 2nd step, make payment. Done. 3rd step is for Providence Law to execute. Well guess what, nope. Providence Law repeats step 1. and sends you an invoice for step 2. Well, here comes time for step 3... Nope not again, another one of their representative will call you and repeat step 1 and step 2 and send you an invoice for it. In step 1 and 2 you end up paying $6k in fees. Yes, they did file something, finally they did something, a filing of about 2k’s worth. And then they send you a termination letter when you don’t want to repeat step 1 and 2 any longer. When you try to call and call for an explanation they DON’T ANSWER but send you a legal letter stating representation is terminated. LOL, WOW... I am trying to warn anyone out there..
Well Guess what providence Law. I am not asking for any additional legal services, I’ve been calling you NOT for additional services, NO sir, all I’ve been calling, calling for our original documentation but you guys don’t respond. I will now publicly ask for our original documents filed. Which NEVER previously provided, NO, NO, NO.. Do not say you have originally provided the document. That will be a lie.. after many calls you finally after me proving you never originally gave us documentation, you sent original filings. But there has been lot more documents missing. If you called me Mr. Craig Morgan I could have explained, but you never returned our calls, not even to explain why termination. And I’ve been calling and calling to ask for original documentation but no response. Legal letter you sent saying copies of our documentation will be sent for additional cost. $8k later... WOW...people this is called a legal robbery. Be careful everyone. Don’t Call Providence Law. Do Not seek their consultation. You won’t get anything but a bill for What is You Name.
