Emily is amazing! Not even sure where to begin! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She handled my divorce and custody from start to finish with sound practices and integrity. Met with Mr.Hoethke at his office and gave him my information on my speeding ticket. He was very nice and told me not to stress or worry that they would handle everything for me to avoid those rate increases and points on my license. 22 miles over the speed limit was sure to get me in trouble ! I saw him that one time and that was it. He told me when I should receive an email with my results. He got everything cleared for me no issue and I just have to pay my court costs and that is it !!

I would recommend this law firm to anyone needing a great lawyer for Workmen Comp cases!!! Bob and his team worked long hours and months for me and my husband!! My husband worked at a company for 36 years!! And made him resign after 2 injuries! This was very heartbreaking and wrong in all kinds of ways! This staff is a the worse I ever have spoken to, I was, referred y my cousin carlos portillo the attorney queen has his case , he told me he walked in and really fast spoke with the lawyer, but I had very bad experience with the rude stuff, there I waited for over a month for an interview with the lawyer, but I miss the appointment, cuz I was sick and else forgot, cus so long, so I call to see if I could at least do tbe interview over the phone but they. Were mad when they talk to me , saying it’s my responsibility, yes and many other things, I can’t say, I don’t understand how they keep Mr queen a good business I guess he works hard for it cuz with stuff like this, is going to lose costumers, I will calm all my family and friends I’ve been here for 27 years I know Olot ppl, and ppl that works for the radio station, maybe this way they change this stuff, of the attorney finds out about it,

Andy O’Hara, a litigation lawyer at DeMayo Law, represented me when I had a serious injury. I called other lawyers, but I chose Andy because he talked to me on a personal basis rather than treating me like a “case” to handle. Andy asked me many questions, and then he LISTENED to me…not many lawyers actually do that. He acknowledged what I said to him, advised me about the process and some hurdles we would face, and actively assisted me through my healing process. When it came time to file the insurance claim, he helped me set reasonable expectations for the process and timelines. We filed a lawsuit to get the insurance company to treat my claim seriously. About 10 years ago, I hired Gregory Plumide as my attorney. I thought he did a great job representing me. I was never in trouble with the law and always followed the rules. I was petrified the first time I went to court because I was never in trouble before. I wasn't happy with the child support that I was receiving because I compared it to others and felt that it wasn't the same as others but it did help me get by since my husband left the state and he made about 3 times as much as I did. When my husband initially left, I wasn't receiving any child support until I followed up with court. My ex made an excuse and delayed coming to court which the court honored so it delayed me getting child support due to his job. My attorney, Gregory Plumide at the time did not tell me to file a motion for child support so I did not get paid from my ex for all of the previous months that I was on my own. I did not know that I could do this until my ex-husband did this to me years later. I did not get paid child support for 7 months while I had both kids and he did not have any kids, 10 years ago. I was struggling finding a full time job since I was only a substitute teacher and did not have connections. Gregory Plumide did not support me with his at all. He handed me off to Michael Romano which I was also disappointed with Michael down the road. The judge at the time also did not catch this. I was on food stamps and not making ends meet with 2 kids at the time. Years later, my son moved to live with his father, this is when I found out about the motion to file for child support. My ex-husband filed before my son even moved in with him trying to take an extra month of child support away from me. He stopped paying me child support years ago and Michael did help me with this so the money was garnished out of my ex husband's paycheck so I continued to get extra money from my ex until we were seen by the judge. I bought a house in a safe place for my kids so I have expenses that has not changed since my son moved in with his father. I thought since I didn't get any child support for months in the beginning of our divorce, that I would not have to pay my ex back. The same judge that never granted me backpay of child support while I was on food stamps and not making ends meet, granted my ex the back pay and I now have to pay him back. I was told that he had my son so I shouldn't be getting all that money. I understand that but what about when I suffered for the first year of our separation and he didn't pay me what he was supposed to. Her response was that it was along time ago. I would have understood this if I had help in the beginning so now I am suffering then and now. I would have know the law and prepared myself, if Mr. Plumide helped me the correct way, in the beginning and I received the child support that I was entitled to from the start, this divorce would have been easier on me. Please make sure that you know the law, if you have never been to court before or in trouble with the law. In addition, hopefully Mr. Plumide is providing you with all of the information since he is now a criminal defense attorney! I learned the hard way that at the end of the day, you need to protect yourself and look over all documents!

On March 12, 2021, a lady ran a red light when the car beside her turned right on red. She was on her phone. I was going through a green light. Needless to say, we crashed in the middle of the intersection. After hitting the front of my car, the impact caused her to spin around and hit my driver's door. That turned my car into a commercial sized van which caused me to t-bone him. Then, the van spun around and hit my passenger's door pushing my car across seven lanes of traffic. This accident totaled my Lexus convertible which was in mint condition. Cars like that with no accidents and low mileage are very difficult to find. I mention that to say, you can get another car. However, you cannot get a new spine. This accident herniated C-4 to C-5 and further damaged C-5 to C-6, also damaged C-7 to C-8. My life came to a screeching halt! Initially, I couldn't move either of my arms. The policeman at the scene had to tell me what happened because I only remembered the van and didn't know what caused the accident. I was going through a green light! On April 12, 2021,
I had neck surgery replacing C-4 to C-6 with two plastic discs, six screws and a plate in my neck.
I am saying all of this to let you know that I have been in five other accidents and never had to have surgery or miss work! After hiring two other law firms which were no help, I was referred to CRLegal Team. They believed in me and worked hard for very little money! Vernon has been absolutely amazing. A year and half after I had been injured at work and after receiving medical treatment, it was time to start the settlement process. Josh is a native Charlotte man who knows the area and people well. He understood my case well and helped me even though I was not the most rich or fancy client. Josh knows people and it makes him a good lawyer. He is honest, and I do not get a feel like he is trying to make money, but help me. His office is a little outdated and he is old fashioned (uses a fax machine) but he is more experienced and knows the law better than many recent graduates at big firm. If there were 5 more stars I would absolutely give them to Mr. Barnes. He has handled three separate legal matters for me at this point and has been the model of a professional. He is obviously knowledgeable when it comes to the law but there are a few things that Mr. Barnes is great at that sets him apart from other attorneys I've dealt with. First, he is in constant communication and is very good about explaining what we are doing and the reason for that action. Second, his positive outlook at demeanor really sets the tone in any legal matter we've dealt with.
