Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

Just when I thought I was down-and-out and at a complete loss I spoke to Adam at the freaky law firm. Adam was very informative, patient and kind in helping me through this very stressful situation. Not only was Adam a huge help, everybody I spoke to in his office every time I had a simple question was absolutely kind, comforting and helpful. They were always very timely in response. I had no more reason to fear of being taken advantage of. The results of my case were better than I had originally thought. Thanks to Adam, I was able to get back on my feet and back to my job with very minimal troubles. If I was to ever go through a situation like this again, I would absolutely call them right away, and I would absolutely refer anybody who is put in a bad position with a job injury. I hired this firm for my son. I had consultations with other firms, but did not feel like it was a good fit. From the start, I knew that I was in the right place. There were no promises, and no sugar coating the situation. The only thing that I knew was that they would do everything they could for us. For the first time, I gave my worries to them. Every person that I encountered was professional, and each step in our situation was clearly communicated. I did not feel like I had to remind them, or question if they were doing all that they could. I had a case where I the police crossed a bunch of lines and attempted to submit evidence that had been obtained illegally after violating my rights. From that first contact all the way to the end of the trial, he gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing, and he patiently taught us what we needed to know every step of the way.
As we came to know him—and later, his partner Daniel McGarvey—we found both to be compassionate, patient, hard-working, thorough, wise, and very smart. As our case unfolded, and it became evident that we were confronted with a cruel, incompetent, and stubborn prosecutor, Mr. Juba and Mr. McGarvey doubled down and took every step possible to bring the case to a close before ending up in a trial.

I worked with Fuicelli & Lee regarding a car accident that destroyed a rather special car I was driving and left me injured. I would advise anyone in the same situation to retain them as their work and responsiveness were exemplary. The team coordinates its efforts well and they have access to significant resources that not only make the process go smoother but also provide options in a situation that usually leaves a person with few.
They also showed an incredible degree of integrity during my case, which I think others have help to corroborate with their many excellent reviews. Should the need arise for representation again, I won't even consider another firm.

Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. When the military picked up my case he recommended a military lawyer who fought my case in court and I was acquitted of all charges. Do not hesitate to retain Mr Bussey. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. His advice to me was spot on and he negotiated a better deal for me than I ever thought possible. Tim knows all the right people in the courtroom, including DAs and judges, and is well respected. In my opinion, it is absolutely critical to have a local attorney who knows that particular court system and Mr Bussey knows it better than anyone. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.
I thank God and I Thank Mr. Bussey.
When your life is on the line, don't take chances - Hire the best in Colorado!

Michael was absolutely professional and accommodating throughout the entire process of my custody battle and court hearings. He explained everything clearly and walked me through every document and scenario that came my way. He gave me thorough input to help ME make decisions that were best suited for myself and my family. THIS was such an incredible concession that many attorneys will not offer. He was very agreeable with my budget and suggesting financial avenues to keep my case going because I had to see this through to the end. Bill Doutt took on my case and was nothing but professional. I was in a hit and run accident on my bicycle that left me in the hospital for 3 days. He was always available if I had any questions and updates. He even gave me advice on the first consultation with him on steps I should take if I decided to not get a lawyer. Also he was a great liaison between me and the DAs office taking on the criminal case. The outcome turn out better then was expected. We were in an accident with my newborn and my husband, that caused me a lot of pain. Our car was totaled on the scene, and as you can imagine, hospital bills were STACKING up in the THOUSANDS. At first, my husband and I didn’t know what to do. Due to a connection of acquaintances, we were referred to Jordan Law to take on our case. My family and I are so grateful that we did. I got all the care I needed, I always had the support I needed, and just people who care. It’s tough to find lawyers that genuinely care about you and all the different components of having an accident, while also fighting for you. I owe Dan Gerash and Shelbi Danner a debt of gratitude. They represented me in a jury trial in Jefferson County where I was wrongfully accused by an Arvada Police Officer that resulted in a Not Guilty verdict on all charges. Jon took on my case after I was already 1 1/2 years into my claim. Most of the funds in my case were already depleted. My case/injury was small in comparison to most other cases but that didn’t matter! I was always given the attention and effort that I needed.
