had the pleasure of working with Daniel Kay for my domestic violence case and I must say, he was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I met him, he put me at ease and paid for me to ride an electric bike from his office to the courthouse, which was a thoughtful and practical gesture that helped to relieve some of the tension going into the court house.

Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. When the military picked up my case he recommended a military lawyer who fought my case in court and I was acquitted of all charges. Do not hesitate to retain Mr Bussey. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. His advice to me was spot on and he negotiated a better deal for me than I ever thought possible. Tim knows all the right people in the courtroom, including DAs and judges, and is well respected. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.
I thank God and I Thank Mr. Bussey.

I have been nothing but pleased with Joe and his entire staff. My first call into this office, Joe took my call directly and I could immediatly tell he was an attorney sincerely vested in his clients and thier cases. He has a level of humanity and integrity that is frankly hard to find in the field. He agreed to take on, what I was repeatedly told by nearly everyone, was an "unwinnable" case agianst The Department of Human Sevices over a TRAILS finding.
Joe and his staff were so incredibly responsive, efficient and thorough in their assistance and handling of my case. Having them on my side to handle all the legalize, I knew that I was in the best of legal hands possible in a part of the law way over most people's heads. For the first time in years, I could focus just on LIVING.
Our TRAILS appeal, that won an Administrative Law Judges ruling in our favor back in 2018, was overturned CDHS themeslves (because they can do that!) and went all the way to th Colorado Court of Appeals where it was unaimously reversed again by all three judges, back to the ALJ initial decision. Words cannot describe the care, patience, understanding and quality of work performed by Joe and his team. He was able to deal with a very difficult family dynamic and he kept his sense of humor and never lost patience. He really knows how to handle people and made what was a very emotionally difficult situation just a little better by his thoughtful and caring manner. I really don't think another firm would have stuck with us and brought our matter to resolution. He is a skilled attorney and I count myself fortunate to have had him on my side.

Recommended by a colleague who had previously worked with him on other cases, Mr. Podboy would deliver beyond our expectations as a family. I could not have asked for better legal representation, at such a desperate hour. First impression at our first meeting would suck my family members & I in, leaving us to confidently conclude, Mr. Podboy had been God sent, an answered prayer. He was highly educated, professional, empathetic, attentive, intelligent, eloquent, knowledgeable, and just a natural at what he did. His analytical mind would right away lead him to conclude and believe that I had been wrongfully accused. He was angry, determined and unrestrained in vigorously coming to my defense and proving my innocence. It was a homicide case and he went to work immediately, with a passion that would leave no stone unturned in the discovery process of the case. His many years of experience working the system was illustrated with his knowledge and display of a wide range of resources, all at his fingertips; in terms of who, where, what, why, when and how. Smart, firm, powerful, quick, and know how to represent his clients. I felt from the beginning when I first came to Ron Podboy for a criminal defense case. The charges that were alleged carried 10 year to life in prison. We knew the truth and never backed down to the pressure of a fight we knew was truth. Presenting the truth isn't always easy but without his hard work and representation I would not be here today to write this review. Jason was able to get my DUI case looked at as a first offense and not a second offense that the court had put forth. With that he was also able to get the other charges dropped and was able to get me my property back. Short of a full dismissal of the charges Jason accomplished the best case scenario for me.
He was professional and detailed with his answers and he truly cared about the out come of the case. He worked along side me to allow for time to complete the stipulations associated with the charge.

Dale and her team at Robinson & Henry are amazing! I was involved in a rear-end collision in November of 2018. The next morning in knew something wasn't right when I had difficulty driving to work. It unfortunately was my 4th concussion. After 6 months of continuing symptoms I choose to retain Dale and her team.
Immediately Dale provided me with 2 resources: High Definition Physical Therapy and Atlas Brain and Spine.
After only a couple of visits with Dan at High Definition I started to see the benefits. My headaches, dizziness, and nausea started to diminish.
I met with Brittany at Atlas Brain and Spine. She performed a number of X-rays and it was determined that the Atlas in my neck was not setting correctly and it was causing the discomfort in neck and shoulders. It was also contributing to my headaches.
Brittany and Dan worked in conjunction to develop a treatment plan that would best work for my concussion and it was amazing! After months of treatment I was released and now only need to follow up as needed.
The difference is incredible! The stress and strain that my concussion put on my family was unbelievable. I was irritable, had mood swings, and had to focus on easy day to day tasks.

Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed.

Rob,
Took a fall case for me that I had several injuries. He checked on me throughout my healing process, I never thought that he or his team forgot about me, even though my case was a bit long.
I was treated with respect and they wanted to know what I thought about things, how I was feeling and if I understood what would happen next.
Rob sat next to me during my deposition, this helped me because I have ptsd and prone to panic attacks. Robs presence caused the deposition to go smoothly and his support knowing I have this meant the world to me.

Literally I have zero complaints regarding Keller, and Brooke.
From the very same day I was injured i retained Doehling Law. That same week Brooke came to my home to sign the paperwork and made it so simple.
I am an autistic woman and cannot emphasize enough how simple, and transparent Keller and Brooke made this entire process for me.

Bill Marlin and Frank Coppola are simply the best attorneys in the world. I lost my husband as a result of medical malpractice a couple of years ago. I didn’t know where to turn for legal support. I was involved in a car accident in 2014 where I was injured by a driver who ran a red light. I had never been injured in a car accident before, and had no idea where to turn. I got hit by a drunk driver in a high speed head on collision where my head shattered the windshield. I had serious injuries to my head, neck, back and leg. Joe was amazing-and I don't think my situation was easy. I had two different accidents 6 months apart: car accident, December 2012 when I was injured by a gentleman that ran a stop sign in Denver then in June 2013 I was hit by a car while riding my bike in Iowa (two different states also created a challenge)........so things got a bit complicated, as each tried to blame the other for my permanent injuries.
