I was involved in a major trucking accident a few years ago. As a young man seriously injured I was in no shape to look for a lawyer. Thankfully I had loving family to find one. Tom Blake took on my case that was feeling hopeless. The statute of limitations was about up and the insurance company I was dealing with was dragging things out to boot. My experience was undeniably seamless!! They communicated every step of the way, even after the last day. They made sure nothing was left behind and I had no worries or pain after my accident. They help me understand things about insurance that I had no clue about and things that the big insurance company don’t and want tell you because they don’t want you to know as to what ALL you are entitled too. My husband had a car accident with minor injury. Insurance can be tricky, especially with a totalled car, so we checked into a lawyer.
Found out fast that not many lawyer firms want a small case, we felt concerned and at the mercy of insurance.
The insurance companies call pretty fast and you don't know if you are doing the right thing with hospital bills / totalled car/sign this and sign that form.
All of this and you are looking for a new car, and your car was paid for and now you worry if you can afford a newer car....worry worry worry.
We finally found Paul Wilkinson's law firm and met with him. He took us on and treated us like we mattered. They handled everything...even on small cases the paper work is daunting and so are your nerves. Even a small incident turns your life up side down for a bit.
It took about 13 months ( do not hold your breath waiting for quick settlement , nothing moves fast with multiple entities). We were kept updated on what was happening.
When all was done and papers signed: THEY took all of the stress out of it, THEY handled hospital bills, THEY finished it. We felt like we did the right thing by letting a pro handle it all.
Thank you for handling a small case with professionalism, concern, smart brains and a knack for making the small guy feel bigger.

Mitch Geller defended me in an agreement dispute with a real estate company in the early 90's. He was so much better than the other attorney it was embarrassing. He won the case for me, and always advised me to keep the case in perspective. The second case he won for me was a complaint that was filed by my HOA. He was, once again, amazing in court. To watch him perform on my behalf was seriously an honor. He didn't bother me with minutiae, as I am a "micro manager". He told me to trust him, and leave the details to him. He brought up issues that I would never have thought of. He was brilliant. We won the case, hands down. No contest.

We were in an accident with my newborn and my husband, that caused me a lot of pain. Our car was totaled on the scene, and as you can imagine, hospital bills were STACKING up in the THOUSANDS. At first, my husband and I didn’t know what to do. Due to a connection of acquaintances, we were referred to Jordan Law to take on our case. My family and I are so grateful that we did. Stephen Burg and David Crough are amazing lawyers! My husband was injured in a motorcycle accident, through no fault of his own, and we were referred to their law firm to pursue a personal injury suit. I honestly couldn't ask for a better lawyer than Stephen Burg. He was there for me for 2 car accidents, of which have changed my life. Not once did I feel like I wasn't important to him. I am excited to hear Mr. Johnsons license was suspended. He is money hungry and only wants to make himself look good when it comes to his clients. My biggest regret was allowing him to represent me during my case which I was not at fault and won but the way he handled the situation.
As soon as we were offered a settlement he jumped on it realizing his 33% would be a big pay off. I still suffer from the outcome physically, but hey the only legal advice he was able to give me was to wear glasses during the meeting so that I wouldn't look so "intimidating " towards the insurance reps.
