I have to say some of these reviews , Desean Jones got my husband case dismissed after he was wrongly accused , and falsely identified for being some one else who had committed aggravated assault w/ deadly weapon / attempted murder . Mr. Jones than cleared our debt of about at least 3,000 dollars still owed to him as an early Christmas gift . What person do you know would just clear almost 3000 dollars . I never imagined that I would be a victim of a car wreck with my children in the car, but unfortunately it happened. Everyone was so helpful in trying to get my case resolved as soon as possible. Because of COVID, things moved slower than usual and I think the office could’ve done a better job of initially communicating that was the reason things were taking so long. As far as getting me to treatment after my accident, it was almost immediately and the people I worked with were great. Overall, I recommend coming here if you ever get into an accident. Martin Shellist is an absolutely brilliant lawyer in many levels. I had been involved in lengthy and drawn out lawsuit that looked like it would never end and was financially debilitating and caused enormous levels of stress. After over two years, we brought Marty in and within a matter of weeks the suit was wrapped up. He looks at things from every angle. He does not allow manipulation and will call out whomever needs to be called out. He knows the law and how it works. I hired Martin to settle a rather complicated divorce from my previous company. Like any divorce, there were issues that needed to be negotiated. Martin was on top of it all. He was super sharp and most importantly took the time to understand all the issues, the players and the priorities. He set the gameplan and executed it so well.
Martin is a great lawyer but he's also trustworthy, responsive and really kind. I've met a lot of lawyers and it's not easy to find this combination. When it comes to employment law, he is simply the best.

I purchased a new home in 2019. Less than a year passed when I received a letter from Texas Department of Transportation informing me that a portion of my property was needed for a major road expansion. To make matters worse, my home, my brand new home, would need to be condemned as a result. In stepped Padau Law Firm.
