To Sargent law firm Stetson and team members I choose your firm for 2 reasons local office and 5 star rating that's all I needed to see I called because I was in an accident and was hurt we filled out paperwork and no fees we're required if I had legitimate case I felt at ease letting them do their work shortly after I got the best care from Drs MRIs follow up with injuries then I started intensive physical therapy during which I had constant contact with Stetson quick response to any questions or concerns very helpful and professional service after care Sargent was working on my case which the app let me know step by step what my status was the case was settled I really needed a law firm that had some teeth that would fight for me thank you for taking care of me like family to me personally this is a 5 star firm excellent service God bless you Carlos

Breck and his team did a fantastic job with obtaining a better-than-expected resolution to the legal/financial I was faced with. More than that, the level of personal customer service I received was exceptional.
Breck always took the time to respond to me personally, frequently late into the evening and on weekends.
Even though my small case undoubtedly represented a very minor part of the firm's caseload, they understood that to me it was very important.
While I certainly hope not to need any further legal representation anytime in the near future, if I do, Seiniger Law is where I'm headed.

Brad took the time to call me, even knowing that he wouldn't take my case because it was not cost-effective. He answered my concerning questions and informed me of my options that did not require an attorney. He also explained the most likely outcomes of getting an attorney and not having one. I felt a lot better after talking to him, even though he wouldn't take my case. His honesty regarding his price and the possible money return was appreciated! Hopefully, I never find myself in a similar situation, but if I do, he will be the first one I call. Thank you so much!!

We met with Ron, at Shep Law Group, for a free consultation. He was very helpful, honest and supported our needs. He was willing to suggest a next course of action, explain what our options were and give us what we needed to know if we wanted to pursue legal action or not. He was more than happy to spend time with us and give us advice even if it meant we did not move forward. I felt he was someone that was trust worthy and supportive to our issue. This review is a pleasure. John Edwards, with his excellent paralegal, Holly Anacleto, has been the blessing that my wife and I needed to get through a very stressful and confusing time. I had been involved in a bad head-on collision that resulted in a year's worth of medical and dental expenses. John advised me from the start that he needed me to take care of myself and my recovery needs, and to let him do what I had retained him to do. I had only to get myself better, and he would take care of the rest. Sure, I had input, and was regularly contacted to ensure that John and Holly had all case information as needed. But I had no worries such as contacting my own insurance company, dealing with the offending driver's insurance, etc. I knew what was going on, and clearly John knew what to worry about so that I didn't have to. It is difficult to grasp the amount of peace one gets from knowing that "all the potential accident and insurance hassles in the world" can in large part be removed by someone who gives you the comfort of knowing that you are well represented. Pat Brown reminds me of a law firm I have dealt with in my past. That firm is located in Jackson Hole, Wy. The Wyoming firm gets results. I think Pat is on par.

Mr. Brown came highly recommended. I spoke with people he had helped recently and they were all pleased with his help, the outcome of their case and his competency. Overall I was pleased with their help. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Considering it was litigation it was a pleasant experience. I liked the way they did things. I can't think of a thing that I would change. They were good to work with. They took my feedback into consideration and let me play an active part. Always made me feel like I was in good hands and and that they were taking care of me. The way they handled my case was great. I couldn’t make working with them any better. I got a sense that they really had my best interest in mind. Very often there’s a concern that attorneys are making money for their services versus trying to solve your problem. I really felt like they were trying to help me solve my problem.

Mandy Davis of this law firm handled the sale of my property in salmon, idaho, for alliance title.
Her failures to inform us of essential information resulted in weeks of delays and a sale price reduction of thousands of dollars to keep the buyer. It took dozens of emails & phone calls asking her what forms she needed with her replying with only the generic title, which we ultimately had to determine on our own. She lacked common knowledge about probate laws and refused to do anything to help us or figure it out herself. I don’t know if she is a lawyer but i will pass this on as a complaint to the state bar association about this law firm.

Over the past forty-seven years I have had to hire a lawyer at least a half dozen times. I have a very dim view of the overwhelming majority of lawyers. Most lawyers are not worth the hourly rate they demand, and are not professionals. I could continue stating negative characteristics that most lawyers possess; however, the purpose of this review is to define my business experience with Ms. Regina McCrea.
Ms. McCrea is a refreshing exception to the lawyer stereotype. She is a true professional attorney. Ms. McCrea is worth her wages, does not inflate hours spent on task related issues, remains focused on the task at hand, is bright, has an analytical approach, and is excellent at research. Additionally, she communicates very well with the client. She kept my cost down by formulating a strategy that was mutually acceptable, kept me advised of milestones, kept written and phone conversations with all parties brief and to the point. During deposition, Ms. McCrea was the most prepared attorney, which resulted in the opposing side agreeing to a favorable out of court settlement.

I highly recommend Pamela Parkins. I came to her with what we thought was a simple divorce. It probably ended up being one of the most challenging one that took years to resolve. The other party was uncooperative and difficult to deal with at times. This was a very complex since the other party was located in Alaska. Pam handled it professionally and gave me confidence we will get thru this together. She's compassionate but tough when needs be. She always got back to me immediately by phone, email, text and always explained clearly what my options were. I am very glad I chose her to handle my divorce. She stayed by me the whole time. Even researching and using resources with matters she was not familiar with like military.

Just be careful have Browning law Handle your case I had a rear end collision the other driver was 💯 at fault totaled my car and had them take my case.Thinking Alan was working my case I was wrong for thinking he would personaly be working on it he spent possibly 10 min on the case. His legal aids all 5 I had to reexplain my case to everytime they switched on me one of the switches took almost 5 months without anyone dealing with it.I explained to the first one that my personal health insurance had been billed by the hospital and didn't feel my insurance should be footing the bill.This was overlooked all the way till closing after agreeing on an amount I would receive I was asked to stop by and sign a settlement check only after signing was I informed that they had missed the 8000 to the hospital and my settlement amount would be less than the amount quoted.They took it upon themselves to call my insurance and have them cover 3000 of the bill to the hospital.than when I asked them if they would take less just like they expected all involved care providers to do so I could see the amount of settlement that I was supose to they of course would not even consider it all and all was worst customer service possible would never recommend them for anything.

A few months ago, I was faced with two tickets that would affect both my record and insurance prices for my trucking business. I decided to hire Olivia to see what could be done to lessen the charge. She worked diligently and effectively with the prosecutors. One ticket was reduced from 3 to 0 points. The second ticket was offset with a driver safety class, leaving the record in a much better situation for the business!! Last year I completed a job for my flooring company and our policy is 15-30 net days to get our invoices paid. One general contractor that hired me to complete the job started delaying the payment once the invoice became due. After weeks and months of false promises and evading, I had to contact Olivia for help. Olivia took her time out of her weekend to hear me out and draw up a plan. It was my first experience reaching out for an attorney for a real problem. Olivia sent them a letter so the invoice would be paid. Within days, I already received a phone call from the contractors company, that they can send out a check. I thought it would have to go to small claims court but Olivia made it into a quick turn around. Minimal time was lost and money as well. On January 4, 2009, I was wrongfully tased by a Fruitland Police Officer as my roommate and I removed his drunk and violent girlfriend from our house.
