Dan represented my husband after he received a traumatic brain injury from a motor vehicle collision with a drunk driver. Dan worked with me as my husband was limited in his cognitive abilities. I had never worked with a lawyer before. Dan was friendly and patient with me. He and his assistant were very accessible. They either answered the phone or got back to me right away. He was able to work with numerous entities that I would not have been able or capable of. His service allowed me to care for my husband. I was picked up on a couple of bogus charges by the Twin Falls Police Department. Dan did an amazing job fighting for me. The the prosecutor would not drop the charges, so we took the case to jury trial where I was acquitted on all charges. Glenn is a stud. He will give you the best chance at beating your case and or the best plea agreement possible. I got my first DUI a few months ago and was very happy with the outcome. He is always easy to get a hold of and very helpful every step of the way. He even called after the case was settled just to check up and see how I was doing with the courts requirements of me. I have never had an attorney do that. I will use him again in a heart beat (Hope I never have too of course) and would recommend him to anyone. He is the real deal. Rick has been representing us for over 2 years now. Are case is very complicated and there are appeals. He has never made my family or I feel bad about asking questions and never appeared annoyed. I love how he personally cares. Our family has not felt like a pay check to Rick. The compassion and caring he and his associates has been stellar. The professionalism he has displayed should be commended. It is nice having someone advocate for you in the manner he does. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick. I had a case where they broke my fourth amendment rights and so she filed an expression that initially got denied but she did not give up there and ended up winning the suppression that's winning my case did her due diligence and then some was wonderful in the courtroom strong presence well spoken and is overall a wonderful person !

It was an extraordinary stroke of luck when my malpractice insurance company hired Mr. Jones to represent me in a recent malpractice suit against me. From the very start he was thorough, always prepared, always on time, and went out of his way to come to my office on several occasions to prepare me for the pre-litigation panel and deposition. Every time I talked to him I always felt he was in complete control of the situation and had gone out of his way to do all his homework. I knew that while I was practicing medicine he was representing me and left me as worry free as possible. Through his hard work and determination and honest representation and skill, I was extricated from the suit before it went to trial. Mr. Jones handled my medical malpractice case and was very knowledgable about the relevant laws. He prepared me vey well for my deposition and predicted the tactics of the opposing counsel. Gary was very useful and helpful and professional in some different cases that we worked with him on. We had a business that we had a partnership and we had a large line of credit with a bank. Well my two partners decided that they wanted out and would not pay their share of the line of credit. Gary worked with my bank and was able to get them to agree to let me pay my one third share of the line of credit and they the bank could go after the other two individuals.
On another occasion I had a challenge with a local hospital and felt that they had caused some health issues that was because of lack of attention to detail and then they tried to bill me for their mistakes. Gary wrote to the hospital and worked out the situation and they did not send me any more bills for their miscues.
Gary helped me one time when I was mis charged for asualt on a individual who was in some authority and misused his authority in filing this case. Gary advised me and also made some phone calls to the courts and helped me to find an attorney that was profiencent in this type of law. Everything worked out for my benefit. Gary is very in tune with and how to apply the law and I would and probable will use him for guidence and direction in the future.

When I moved to Idaho I was hired by a state agency as an investigator. The time came for me to need representation so I asked around for some recommendations. The machine process of law can be a very slow and drawn out agony (unfortunately most reading this are nodding their head). So I want to offer you some hope.
Prior to hiring Jeremy, I had another attorney. Sadly they were simply not getting it done and then someone recommended that I talk to Jeremy Featherstone.
What could have stretched out for ANOTHER year or more in choosing to hire new council, Mr. Featherstone wrapped up my in 6 months!

I found Seth Platts a very knowledgeable and perfect Lawyer when he represented us in the court against a protection protection that the other party filed against us.
