Brad took the time to call me, even knowing that he wouldn't take my case because it was not cost-effective. He answered my concerning questions and informed me of my options that did not require an attorney. He also explained the most likely outcomes of getting an attorney and not having one. I felt a lot better after talking to him, even though he wouldn't take my case. His honesty regarding his price and the possible money return was appreciated! I highly recommend Pamela Parkins. I came to her with what we thought was a simple divorce. It probably ended up being one of the most challenging one that took years to resolve. The other party was uncooperative and difficult to deal with at times. This was a very complex since the other party was located in Alaska. Pam handled it professionally and gave me confidence we will get thru this together. She's compassionate but tough when needs be. She always got back to me immediately by phone, email, text and always explained clearly what my options were. I am very glad I chose her to handle my divorce. She stayed by me the whole time. Even researching and using resources with matters she was not familiar with like military.

This review is a pleasure. John Edwards, with his excellent paralegal, Holly Anacleto, has been the blessing that my wife and I needed to get through a very stressful and confusing time. I had been involved in a bad head-on collision that resulted in a year's worth of medical and dental expenses. John advised me from the start that he needed me to take care of myself and my recovery needs, and to let him do what I had retained him to do. I had only to get myself better, and he would take care of the rest. Sure, I had input, and was regularly contacted to ensure that John and Holly had all case information as needed. But I had no worries such as contacting my own insurance company, dealing with the offending driver's insurance, etc. I knew what was going on, and clearly John knew what to worry about so that I didn't have to. It is difficult to grasp the amount of peace one gets from knowing that "all the potential accident and insurance hassles in the world" can in large part be removed by someone who gives you the comfort of knowing that you are well represented. A few months ago, I was faced with two tickets that would affect both my record and insurance prices for my trucking business. I decided to hire Olivia to see what could be done to lessen the charge. She worked diligently and effectively with the prosecutors. One ticket was reduced from 3 to 0 points. Last year I completed a job for my flooring company and our policy is 15-30 net days to get our invoices paid. One general contractor that hired me to complete the job started delaying the payment once the invoice became due. After weeks and months of false promises and evading, I had to contact Olivia for help. Olivia took her time out of her weekend to hear me out and draw up a plan. It was my first experience reaching out for an attorney for a real problem. Olivia sent them a letter so the invoice would be paid. Within days, I already received a phone call from the contractors company, that they can send out a check. Breck and his team did a fantastic job with obtaining a better-than-expected resolution to the legal/financial I was faced with. More than that, the level of personal customer service I received was exceptional.
Breck always took the time to respond to me personally, frequently late into the evening and on weekends.
Even though my small case undoubtedly represented a very minor part of the firm's caseload, they understood that to me it was very important.
While I certainly hope not to need any further legal representation anytime in the near future, if I do, Seiniger Law is where I'm headed.

On January 4, 2009, I was wrongfully tased by a Fruitland Police Officer as my roommate and I removed his drunk and violent girlfriend from our house.
The Officer arrived on scene and without saying a word, he pulled out his Taser and shot me! Fifty thousand volts violently ran through my body for five seconds...but that wasn't even close to being the worst part. Five days after the incident, the Officer filed "Battery Charges" against me in an attempt to cover up the tasing...and for the first time in my life I needed legal help.
After a lot of wasted time and money...I simply believe my first attorney was afraid of the fight...and that's when I was referred to Jack Van Valkenburgh. I can't think of a thing that I would change. They were good to work with. They took my feedback into consideration and let me play an active part. Always made me feel like I was in good hands and and that they were taking care of me. The way they handled my case was great. I couldn’t make working with them any better. I got a sense that they really had my best interest in mind. Very often there’s a concern that attorneys are making money for their services versus trying to solve your problem. Dan represented my husband after he received a traumatic brain injury from a motor vehicle collision with a drunk driver. Dan worked with me as my husband was limited in his cognitive abilities. I was picked up on a couple of bogus charges by the Twin Falls Police Department. Dan did an amazing job fighting for me. The the prosecutor would not drop the charges, so we took the case to jury trial where I was acquitted on all charges. Glenn is a stud. He will give you the best chance at beating your case and or the best plea agreement possible. I got my first DUI a few months ago and was very happy with the outcome. He is always easy to get a hold of and very helpful every step of the way. He even called after the case was settled just to check up and see how I was doing with the courts requirements of me. I have never had an attorney do that. I will use him again in a heart beat (Hope I never have too of course) and would recommend him to anyone. He is the real deal. Rick has been representing us for over 2 years now. Are case is very complicated and there are appeals. He has never made my family or I feel bad about asking questions and never appeared annoyed. I love how he personally cares. Our family has not felt like a pay check to Rick. The compassion and caring he and his associates has been stellar.
