My adult daughter was arrested. I panicked. I hired Mr. Carlos Rodriguez to represent her in answer to some serious charges. My daughter and i both found Mr. Rodriguez to be: - knowledgeable in law (and if did not know, had the resources and determination to find out) - dependable. Showed up for phone calls or visits as schedulled, or in rare cases reschedulled - refreshingly honest. He did not sugar coat any situation or potential consequence - available. If not immediately available, he or support staff would respond in timely matter - didn't totally discard us once court "all said and done". We were welcomed to call with any further questions or concerns. He assured my daughter he was still there for her, which seems "above and beyond" the standard. I would note that my daughter is one who takes responsibility for her errors. She and I treated "Mr. Carlos" with the respect and gratitude he rightly deserves. I worked through an unexpected divorce. I am Army Active duty, and currently on overseas assignment. My now ExWife has decided she did not want to join and would rather divorce me. I was scared, and had no idea what to. I went on a hunt for lawyers. I sat down with several. Out of all of them, I liked Jake Hardee, of Hardee, Piñol and Kracke. His enthusiasm and optimism made me feel like I had a chance to get what I needed, and boy did we. Hands down, I fully believe we navigated and dealt our way to a wonderful deal. All thank to Jake and his team. They were available even whilst I was overseas. And when the times didn't line up, I was able to email them and knew they would follow up ASAP. They have a great team over there, and I would recommend to anyone dealing with the fallout of a divorce

If you are going through a divorce or have any family law issues, these are the attorneys to use. I used Dan & Jake Hardee, and they were absolutely amazing and on point with their knowledge and care for my daughter and me. They both were attentive to my needs and the fact that it was an ever-changing issue, they never backed off because of that, instead, they listened and helped! They were right there ready to help and defend me every step of the way. They also never did anything to prolong the case. I cannot say the same for the opposing counsel! These guys are superlative at what they do!

The first thing that struck me was that Robert was very empathetic and calm. I felt like everything was going to be ok because he would guide me through the process comfortably. I was right. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, followed up with email and mailed documents and instructions, and handled his end quickly and efficiently. His years of experience showed, and gave me confidence in not only him, but in myself because I knew I had a strong counselor to lean on when needed him. And his fee is very reasonabe! I've been in situations before where the fee I was given was added onto... a lot! Not here. I very highly recommend Robert!!

Over the past forty-seven years I have had to hire a lawyer at least a half dozen times. I have a very dim view of the overwhelming majority of lawyers. Most lawyers are not worth the hourly rate they demand, and are not professionals. I could continue stating negative characteristics that most lawyers possess; however, the purpose of this review is to define my business experience with Ms. Regina McCrea. Ms. McCrea is a refreshing exception to the lawyer stereotype. She is a true professional attorney. Ms. McCrea is worth her wages, does not inflate hours spent on task related issues, remains focused on the task at hand, is bright, has an analytical approach, and is excellent at research. Additionally, she communicates very well with the client. She kept my cost down by formulating a strategy that was mutually acceptable, kept me advised of milestones, kept written and phone conversations with all parties brief and to the point. During deposition, Ms. McCrea was the most prepared attorney, which resulted in the opposing side agreeing to a favorable out of court settlement.

I have been going to Kathleen for many years now and have always had a pretty good experience but I have to say I am very disappointed with our treatment this year. Understandably, as we did not get them in until the last minute, it has still taken over a month to get them done, without however, one courtesy phone call to let us know how it was going. In fact I called a week and an half ago and was told that it should not be much longer and that they would let me know. No word. Today (one month and two days), in the morning, I called for an update and was told I would receive a call back from our tax preparer to let me know how they were progressing . No word. I called again at 4:45 and was told they were done and would be ready Friday or Monday, in 2-5 days from now. Considering that one has to do a lot of the work oneself and that it is several hundred dollars to get them done, I do feel there should be better customer service, especially for loyal customers. Thank you

Not very happy with my divorce with Melanie who represented me. I asked her not to answer any questions from my ex who would call her wanting something explained regarding issues in the procedure. Any time he called her it racked up my fees. She had no business explaining anything to him as she represented me not him. He did not get an atty and I ended up paying for this. This was a tatic he was using on purpose to get back at me for filing for divorce. She continued to do so regardless of my request which added over $600 more to my atty fees. This was half way thru the divorce and I felt that she did not represent me as the one who hired her and did what she wanted regardless of my request. It still upsets me 3 years later. Be cautious of her integrity and make it clear who she represents and that it's not the other party.

I had the displeasure of consulting an attorney here for a real estate issue and the attorney was demeaning and belligerent. He discounted our concerns and acted like he did not want to be bothered. This firm advertises that they deal with real estate issues, but this attorney only was interested if we sue and go to court. What a colossal waste of my time. I set up a consultation and had canceled all other scheduled consultations with all other attorneys, as they said they'd be able to see me in just a week's time, and my issue is time-sensitive. They canceled and rescheduled our initial consultation, which I understand due to a scheduling conflict - these things do happen. However, the next day, they canceled the consultation altogether as their caseload is too full, and they would not be able to see me at all... why would they have scheduled me in the first place? I was truly relying on them, and now I can't find anyone for even a consultation for months out. It is absolutely ridiculous to string a potential client along. These are people's and families' lives and livelihoods. I will not recommend them, and I advise being careful when setting up any appointments.

Angels office and Justin Walters are a JOKE, Walters doesn't understand HIPAA law or even ADA Law under the courts perview. We have drug addicts, and they are wasting the tax payers money, on an ADA dog violation. That should have NEVER happened as Angell is the City Atty, of Rigby, and should have instructed the Mayor and the Police Chief the definition of neighborhood nuience, Tasha and Brenda Lane, I an ADA can not take my ADA dog out in a back yard I perched, because there's agressive dogs that attack the fence, pushing the fence boards into my yard, and those dogs already jumped the fence and attacked another neighbors dogs.So, I took my dog out front and Tasha and Brenda Lane, along with Matthew Polk have been playing games since the day I moved in Angell himself has been named in a Tort, and reported to the BAR so this is just good ole boy retaliation. So, your tax dollars are going to prosecute an ADA person because Angell, didn't council the Mayor, City Council, or the Chief of Police and it's officers of ordinances to get the neighbors under control, of course they didn't, they want to prosecute a dog off a leash for pissing. That's how money grubbing these Zealots are. Wasting YOUR tax dollars to fill thier pockets over perry incident of neighbors that appear to be above the law themselves in Chief Fullmor's eyes I think it's called selective prosecutions, when the law is only applies to specific parties, Oh actually the police manuals already address this, how do I know? I read them ALL. I also went to the PD Academy about 30 years ago and have my 911 dispatcher certs. I have been studying law 23 years. This is nothing but good ole boy retaliation for naming Angell in a Tort, and reporting him to the BAR. Happy he's playing retaliation for a 156.00 fine? This will probably expose the underground of the criminal complex of back scratching of we will let our friends violate the laws but go after those that we want to make an example of. Tax Payers I'm here to tell you, Angells Firm has already billed the city more than 156.50 on your dime, to prosecute a dog needing a place to take a piss. As a tax payer you should be pissed that Angell, our little Mayor and self proclaimed "oversight" with ZERO experience in either law or policing knows what the heck Chief Fullmor's doing. Oh, but I sure know what's going on. Because I have combined 30 years of both knowledge of both law and PD knowledge. Unlike our Mayor or even Angell himself. Justin Walters is a rude little miscreant that does not understand HIPAA or ADA Laws. This law firm is preditory and seeks to abuse it's power within the community off the community's tax dollars. To bad the Police Chief and gang didn't focus on getting drugs off the street, instead they are worried about an ADA dog needing to piss. Oh side note Allen Fillmor and gang of cops don't seem to be able to find former City Atty Dunn with Fentanyl cuz they are to busy trying to nail ADA people and thier dogs needing to go to the bathroom. This is how our tax dollars are spent people. It's only going to get worse. As I investigate, I found out Angell is rolling in our tax dollars. I public record requested his city contract and just this contract brings in 6k PLUS 3500.00 per misdimeanor. I've found three illegal revenue streams involving citations and fees, he and Justin Walters know what they are doing to the people of Rigby, this goes all the way to the top and through our current government and I have the hard copy proof now. I'm going to the Public Corruption Unit of the FBI where I have turned in a dirty cop now doing 40 years in Club Fed. Angell is so glib he thought no one would catch on. PRR public records, Walters is in charge for fees and fines. I caught Walters and Judge picking who and how to punish people. Citations are supposed to go up per citation. They didn't fine to ordaninces. Chief of the PD involved. Corruption. FOIA Dave Swager, City Hall 4 insurance/ bonds. Police Misconduct/ Dishonest Employees 500k each egregious action.

Wynn Mosman represented me in an out of state criminal defense trial earlier this year and I was blown away by his persistent attitude and ability to communicate at such short notice. Mr. Mosman did an excellent job communicating with prosecutors, court houses and myself to keep everyone updated on the case. Mr. Mosman was able to have my charges dismissed weeks before I was summoned to appear before the court and saved me a great deal of expenses and hassles of traveling out of state. I could not recommend Mr. Mosman enough, worth every single penny.

I was referred to Pat Kershisnik through lawpoint for a free consultation offered through my job's employee assistance program. I recieved an email from a representative asking for a date/time to talk with Mr. Kershisnik. I replied back that I was available Friday, July 26th at 11:30 am for a phone consultation. After confirming the date and time they said that Pat would be calling me at that time. I did not recieve a call from Pat until 12:35pm, over an hour later. He left me a VM stating that he was scheduled to talk to me. I called him back about 10 minutes later and told him he was an hour late calling me, and instead of apologizing or explaining that maybe there was a scheduling error, he proceeded to get mad at me and told me I could find someone else to work with and hung up on me. I called him right back and started to tell him that I did not appreciate him hanging up on me and that he should not be treating potential clients that way. He then proceeded to start over talking me and telling me that if I didnt want his help then to find someone else and hung up on me a second time. At this point I had given up on calling him back but wanted to share my experience incase someone was looking to hire him. I am going through the worse time of my life with a divorce and custody looming over me and this is how Mr. Kershisnik treated me. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what, but I have never been treated so mispoorly by any company or organization such as Kershisnik Law, PLLC.
