Under the circumstances, he stopped and listened. The full case was a bit much. He looked into the person and the case. He did battle with the legal system for the person not the crime. He looked into the persons past and set them up for the best future based on what the person showed him. I was amazed at his approach to the situation. He looked for facts that most people overlook. Prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and caring. You will not find a more effective attorney.

Attorney Mbanza and his team were very helpful and the master at their craft. i was there at the firm because of the car accident case last April and was dealing with a lot of insurances for my claim, and all of them were declining to compensate us anything zero because i was using my car for ride-share, i was losing hope with the insurances but Attorney got me the check within 4 months for personal injuries claim settlement. And he is still working on property damages and other settlements for me. And he only charges me reasonable amount for all of the work he did, i am pretty sure other Law Firm will charges a lot on case like mine, it was worth waiting 4 months for settlements while some had to wait up to a year or more. That is why i give 5 stars and very good review to him and his firm.

I hired a lawyer because my employer didn’t pay me when I missed work after I got hurt there. I called & reported it soon after on same day. Then sedwig treated me so so badley I couldn’t continue on my own.they handled rep for me and settled the case on my behalf. I was struck in a hit-and-run car accident. They never caught the person. My car was totaled, I had a bad concussion and upper body injuries. My insurance did not want to cover much at all. Jason dealt with the insurance companies and medical bills. Everything was taken care of. I was able to get physical therapy and replace my vehicle. He was very responsive, would highly recommend.

I worked with Jonathan Crannell regarding a car accident I was in. He was so professional when I sat in his office as I was complete mess. He made me feel comfortable and I knew he was going to help me with everything. I could now breathe. Even though my case was small, he treated me as if it wasn't. He treated me with absolute respect. Jonathan was always there for me when I needed him. I also spoke to his assistant Ashley many times. I either spoke to Jonathan or Ashley, that's it, you won't be passed around from person to person each time you call like you would be in a huge practice. You are NOT a number. Both Jon and Ashley stay in constant connection with each other. They both know what is happening with your case at all times. Ashley was an absolute delight to work with. If you have to leave a voice mail, one of them will call you back in a short and reasonable time. I could always count on them. I have to give extra props to Jonathan as my case was sensitive even though it was small. I could confide in him and felt safe to. He also made special arrangements so that I didn't have to be on camera as I have a phobia of live cameras on my face. It sounds funny when we live in a world of cameras, but it's only when I'm in the spotlight. He took my silly phobia seriously. I can't speak enough wonderful words about him and his firm. My son brought a squirt gun to school and got caught with it. I know this is a silly reason to need and attorney. The school board wanted to expel him for one full year for bringing a "weapon" to school. My son should have known better but we felt like a one year expulsion was too extreme. Paul represented us for the school board hearing. While doing some work on the case he discovered that the school district was not protecting my son's rights under the law regarding his 504 plan. Paul made sure everything was done by the book. He also opened up communication with the school board's attorney and got them to agree to a one month suspension that won't go on his record. If you need an educational law attorney, Paul is your guy!! It's obvious that he genuinely cares about his clients and what they are going through. 5 stars, highly recommend! Thanks again Paul!

Last year, a company took unauthorized payments 4 days in a row I didn’t know what to do, who to talk to, or if that was even legal. I researched lawyers that deal with such problems and found this law firm. I was a bit skeptical to say the least, mainly due to the fact that I’ve never dealt with a lawyer before. All my fears and worry disappeared after the very first conversation. They walked me through the whole process, collected as much information as I could find, and kept in contact with me. Even after 4 months of no contact they still reached out to me to tell me they have been continuously working on my case and have came to a settlement. Best part was I didn’t have to be burdened with anything so it was no stress involved. Based on my previous legal cases, lawyers from law firms don't seem to do much other than draining my money. So I tried to hire an individual lawyer, yet every one of them I contacted wasn't sure if my case was a consumer protection case or something else and wasn't able to find anyone who's willing to take my case even though I was being accused of something I didn't do. At this point, I was mentally exhausted and stressed out about what I was facing and how nobody was even willing to help me. Until I happened to Google the phone number of the company that was accusing me just to contact the company myself again and somehow "Agruss Law Firm" was the first thing showed in the result and I briefly left a message on the website thinking it wouldn't work anyway. Unexpectedly, I've got a call from Erin who was friendly and passionate about helping me; once she checked out on some more information with me, an attorney Jim Parr took my case; since then everything has been resolved in the way I recommend this law firm to anyone.
I don't know how to thank Jim and everyone who has helped my case. After the experience with Agruss law firm, I feel like there are still good law firms who are willing to help people to resolve their problems.

Many years ago I found myself divorced and single mother. Although I really tried to make ends meet, I just keep falling behind with my bills. Before going to Robert J. Adams I I consulted with two other attorneys that I saw on TV regarding bankruptcy. As soon as I got in the door, they wanted to talk about fees and not my problems, I felt like I was being interrogated and they treated me like I did something wrong. At that time I was working two jobs and had two small children to look after and between rent, household bills and daycare I had no money to pay old credit cards and medical bills. I hired a contractor to complete a large amount of work on my fixer-upper house I had purchased, which was also my first home purchase. The contractor I hired not only butchered the work he was performing, but he was further damaging my home, and did not even pass any inspections with my county! We had a contract signed for around $43,000. I called him over to discuss my concerns with his work, and he walked out on me! I ultimately terminated him due to his unprofessionalism and poor work. He filed a lien on my home so no other contractor or myself could touch it to continue the work on my home, and I couldn’t sell it considering!
