I am grateful to have had Mr. Kugler as my Attorney. My husband and I hired Mr. Kugler after we were injured in a motorcycle accident. Immediately, the other driver's insurance company wanted my husband and I to settle before we had even had our injuries fully evaluated. I went into my bankruptcy without knowing what to expect but as soon as I talked to Bruce my mind was at ease. He explained everything to me and let me know what the outcome could be (good and bad). HE was very honest with me and didn’t try to sugar coat anything. He was very responsive to calls and emails. He had me prepared for the meeting with the trustees so I knew exactly what to expect before going in. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone who is considering filing for bankruptcy.

I found Bruce by looking at reviews as you are now. I didn’t know what to expect I had hired a attorney for child custody twice before but when asked about bankruptcy he said he didn’t work in that field. I had a list of recommendations and lost it and had to start looking one by reading reviews just like you are. I was scarred and nervous when I went to meet Bruce I was about to give a man I didn’t know all my private financial problems. One thing I worried about was, is Bruce just another attorney who’s going to rack up the hours and send me bills in the long haul? No! No he’s not!!! Bruce showed compassion the first time I met him and explained everything in detail and answered everything I could think of asking. Well we filled went through the process and Bruce kept me informed of everything going on and all the possible outcomes. He tells you the TRUTH not just what you want to hear! Needless to say we had a issue come up and I began to worry all I could see were dollar signs adding up! After all I filled bankruptcy I was I am broke what am I going to do? Well Bruce explained things and how they worked in detail and we got back to it! At the end I had very good outcome! That’s out come comes from Bruce always being prepared and making sure you’re prepared as well! He pays attention to detail and in return helps you understand those details. The day came the bill was emailed a meeting was set!!! That bill I got that big bill I knew was coming ( I added up the hours before I received the bill) well the bill wasn’t exactly what I expected!! Bruce didn’t charge me all the hours he could have!! He didn’t charge me for everything he had done! I thanked him and he explained he didn’t think that I had been treated fairly he said. We spoke more and we also spoke about some other things going on and we spoke about god and the way he works in our lives. And he and his wife both said they’re pray for me and my family. I have hired attorneys in the past and was left with the feeling that my voice didn't matter. Being charged for the smallest things, even making a single copy and postage to mail a letter, seemed to be more of a priority. I had the exact opposite experience with Ms. Baluch. It wasn't until I saw how he organized my medical history that I realized how much work really went into our case. He did such a good job that the Judge didn't even take the time to do the final hearing. Marshall definitely has a sense of humor and obviously knows what he is doing. It was a long process and I didn't get approved till the third appeal... but that sounds like how the system is set up. My only complaint is that he can be a fast talker sometimes which says more about my cognition. At the end of the day he got me a fully favorable decision and had more faith in my case than even I did.

I was referred to TPMB and Sam Carl via a different firm while I was looking for a personal injury lawyer due to a serious cycling accident. If you have ever had the need to seek our representation you know how overwhelming the process can be and how difficult it is to know if you are making the right choice given the vast array of options at your disposal. Complex life altering injuries are scary enough, and if they involve negligence on the part of large well known corporations its even more intimidating. At the time TPMB was newly founded and little information about the firm existed, but after speaking with Sam and TPMB partners I felt reassured in my decision to retain them. He immediately jumped into action gathering time sensitive evidence and set realistic expectations every step of the way. His advice and recommendations over the course of 2 years were invaluable and ultimately played a big factor in being able to secure a favorable multi-party settlement prior to trial. Sam was always available and willing to answer questions or offer his professional point of view, even outside of traditional office hours if need be and his calm but diligent demeanor kept things moving with the minimal amount of stress. He was able to accomplish this with the uncertainty of Covid and disruptions to the legal system as a backdrop. I'd have no reservations recommending him or TPMB to those in a situation similar to mine.

Sam is a very genuine person. 100% transparency. No cause of concern. 100% trustworthy. Always has client's best interest in mind. I hired Mark to represent my son who was arrested on what I believed shouldn't have even happened that involved someone that we've known for 20 plus years. Mark reviewed all the information I provided to him as well as the info that he got on his own. We all agreed my son did say somethings out of anger/hurt but this arrest was not necessary, it was a petty move on the plaintiffs part. At court Mark stood his ground and did not accept anything less than what was best for my son the state's attorney wanted something that would not have benefited anybody other than the plaintiff and Mark said no that's not happening I was very impressed with him and his services. He was very kick to respond to emails, calls and texts too. I would highly recommend him not only as a defense lawyer from the reviews I've read he's also very good at malpractice so if you need a lawyer that's definitely going to have your back I would definitely call Mark Sutter

Mark sutter is TOP Notch… I had a misfortune of getting a second aggravated DUI with possible jail time, i was on a scram bracelet for 4 months.. I recently was pulled over for driving on a revoked license & no seat belt in Lake County. While on probation. I was absolutely sick to my stomach & Affraid. Mr Polinske was very straight forward and showed a excellent knowledge of the process that would be followed in my case. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carl. He has been my Work Comp. attorney since 2009-2010 and worked on my case diligently to get to arbitration in order to keep my medical rights open (after sustaining a severe arm injury and subsequent surgeries beginning in 2005.) Since arbitration, there have been a handful of times over the years where I have needed additional help and support in getting the continued and subsequent medical care I need and to which I am entitled. He has and continues to be nothing but extremely kind, patient, helpful and caring. He is also no-nonsense in his responses to my former employer and their Work Comp. insurance provider, and extremely professional in all interactions. He always takes care of things in a timely (and often very fast) manner, and is honestly just one of the most genuinely personable and caring attorneys I have ever met. I could not continue to “fight” this seemingly never ending battle as a result of my original injury and subsequent surgeries and procedures without him. I honestly would be lost without him. Know that if you value compassion, respect, and kindness, along with someone who gets things done, Carl should be your attorney. No question. We were recently struck by a drunk driver, and had no previous experience in hiring a lawyer. We simply did not know where to turn. We first reached out to a few radio jingle lawyers and found EACH phone consultation with them to be worse than the one before. You were treated as a number by their staff, and could never get an actual lawyer on the line. Through word of mouth Michael Goldsmith's law firm, thankfully, entered the picture. Out of the gate, Michael was friendly and genuinely interested in learning exactly what we had gone through. Each time we had a question, HE was readily available with a very well educated answer. At no time did he ever speak over our heads. He was clear, concise, and spoke in down to earth terms we could easily understand. He armed us with knowledge, realistic expectations, and his confidence was infectious which was exactly what we needed to win our case...which he did for us, by the way! He was really up on topics, yet remained curious enough to learn exactly what WE wanted/expected during each step of the process. On top of going above and beyond his duties to us, which he did several times, he was aggressive when we needed him to be.....was incredibly hands on addressing every email or call we placed to him...and was "old fashioned" in the sense that he took great pride in making sure that all aspects of his firm were handled with dignity and respect toward us. Go to Rex, if you are rideshare LYFT, UBER, VIA, Amazon, driver or any driver who get injured in an accident. Dont worry, just do whatever he says and trust him n his team. He may ask you your password, username, just give, so he can check your weekly wages n makes sure while he negotiates with other attorney to get BEST SETTLEMENT for you. He will do his best for you, negotiate for days with other attorney and he is very fast. When i signed settlement, he still was negotiating n got more $ than he told me. I got my settlement in 2 months Yes just in 2 months, so i can pay the expenses i made during my car was in repair. He will lead you about insurance too, which is an other complicated issue for rideshare drivers and he will also help you about rental. You may say im fine, while accident happen but Call him if you have any pain on second day after accident. So he can get you a doctor right away. After accident, I was fine at 1st day but on 2nd day, a big pain start on my back, neck, arm, i couldnt sleep.
