Timothy Brown did a great job for us. I was very nervous and scared to go through with Bankruptcy. First time I went to his office he was so friendly and helpful. He put my mind at ease. Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown). Mr. Geller kept me informed of my case status from the inception and laid out realistic timelines and expectations for the case. What you see is what you get with Jeremy! I highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a great attorney Josh Evans is your guy . Mr.Evans did a wonderful job in helping me with a pretty tough case. I was charged with three felonies police even had video tape as evidence and yet Josh was able to win my jury trial. I recently had surgery that was very successful. I did not hesitate to let friends, family and acquaintances know that I had the surgery, how excellent the surgery went, who the doctor was and how he had changed my life.
My wife and I recently went through Chapter 7 bankruptcy with David Feinartz. The entire process as orchestrated by David was superb. But, have I gone out to friends or acquaintance an tell them that we had just gone through "Bankruptcy," and that we were so fortunate, so blessed to find an attorney that changed our lives. Unfortunately the answer is no. Why, at the age of 71, I did not want to advertise that our financial condition was such that we required the expertise of David Feinartz. I was ashamed that we had to file for bankruptcy.
David was recommended to us through a friend that admitted that he had experience bankruptcy and what a wonderful experience is was to work with David. Following up on our friends recommendation, we certainly found that to be true. We had been fighting financial problems since 2009 only going deeper and deeper in debt. Our only knowledge we had about bankruptcy and bankruptcy attorneys was through commercials on TV......................... and these guy"s can certainly scare you.
On our friends recommendation, we met with David and found him to be calm, and understanding of our concerns, even our terror of our future. David, after calming us down, explained the options we had ahead of us, made a recommendation as to how he would proceed. Davids calming manner in addition to his level of knowledge and professionalism was everything our friend who recommended David and more.
We have completed our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and starting over. We will always be grateful to David as well as our friend who recommended David to us for changing our life.

Right out of the shoot, Scott listened so well that he retained the details and facts for quite a length of time as the case drug out, only due to pandemic.
Scott is knowledgeable enough with the laws that on the fly was able to cite a precedence to allow a brand new piece of evidence on the record.

Alex volunteered at our nonprofit community service organization a few months ago and imparted a tremendous amount of information and knowledge he had about the housing sector to our staff. Our organization provides free housing counseling services for the public, to help them prevent foreclosures and/or resolve tenant-landlord issues. In order to help us better understand and apply for a first-time fair housing grant, Alex volunteered his time and skills and helped us write an incredible grant proposal- one in which scored in the 90th percentile- to help us create a new fair housing program at our organization. Alex spent several weeks volunteering with us, patiently working with us and educating us on the topic. This was our very first application for this type of grant and even though we were not selected, our organization's proposal scored in 90th percentile bracket out of the many thousands of applications received. We are convinced that the knowledge and information he imparted on our housing staff was tremendous, which now helps them better understand complex fair housing issues. During this process, we discovered that Alex had a great training history in this arena, because he was a fair housing clinic participant during his law school days. This combined with his passion to help people in need, provides him with an excellent knowledge of the law along with real hands-on fair housing and landlord tenant assistance experience.

I hired Colin after a physical injury while being hit by a car on my bike. Colin was attentive to my worries, concerns, and occasional confusion from the very evening I had been hit and sustained injury to my back. I had been hit by a motorist while they were making a left-hand turn. At the time I was in a state of panic as I was uninsured and also had no vehicle insurance protecting me. I was dealing with that on top of all the pain I was in. He swiftly replied with the necessary steps to get me into physical therapy immediately - which greatly improved my bodily pain over the next few months. I was at times somewhat in the dark and rather nervous about the legal processes in dealing with the motorist’s insurance company and Colin was very fast and patient in explaining everything and fought the insurance company with vigor. From getting me in to see a doctor I preferred over another within a week - to getting a generous financial payout from the insurance company in the end - Colin was very professional, caring, and steadfast! I would recommend his legal council and hiring to anyone!

I found Mr. Cameron online after being injured in a bike crash in May 2018. We only ever communicated via email, but he was direct, honest, and forthright with all communication and information. Any set up of necessary appointments were arranged by him and I only had to email copies of bills and other communication as I received them. He answered any questions I ever had and was highly communicative when new information was available. I'm amazed that we never had to meet face to face, but I never felt as though that was a necessity as I always felt well informed and trusted he was doing everything in my best interest.
