When I called Stange Law Firm to help me with my divorce. Tha first Lawyer I felt was just sitting on my case. The next thing that happened is I received a call from Stange Law Firm stating that I am going to be assigned to another Lawyer. Boy was I upset because I didn't think that they can walk away in the middle of a case. Well I just prayed and continued on with the other Lawyer. To my surprise I was assigned too Tim Camreon. Let me tell you what took the other Lawyer 5 mounths to do Tim Cameron did it in two weeks. Tim Cameron was very respectful and caring . Jason took me through my bankruptcy case. At such a difficult time, he was extremely understanding and compassionate about my situation. He also made sure I was prepared for all the things that would or could come up throughout the process. Because of this, nothing in the process felt like a painful surprise, which made it much easier to get through psychologically. He was readily available to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable even asking potentially dumb questions, and had tremendous patience. With other professionals, you can sometimes feel like the lawyer etc is trying to keep your appointment as short as possible and they want to move on already to their next client. Jason took his time, never made me feel rushed. He also went above and beyond in so many ways. For instance, he drove all the way out to the south suburbs to meet me in person for our first meeting. He also called ahead to the courthouse because I was concerned that they might not let me bring my laptop. I had no expectation nor had I asked him to do those things - he just offered/did them for me. I highly, highly recommend Jason Shimotake.

I was falsely accused of harassment. Justin agreed to handle my case and i traveled from VA to IL to defend myself. Justin was exceptional in his cross exam of the 1st plaintiff which the judge dismissed within 15 minutes of testimony. He then was able to have the 2nd claimant agree to withdraw. Knows the law and also knows the court. 100% would hire again. Wish he was local to me.

I will admit that this review is well delayed. here it is... you know when someone says " i gotta a guy" .... well anyone who ever needs an ATTORNEY... can say just that and THAT GUY IS Bruce DS.... he has the experience and knows the right people. I first met Bruce in a lobby after hearing other cases for felony speeding.... my case came up and I wasn't prepared. fate would have it that I stepped out to the lobby to look for an attorney on the drop of a dime and there was BDS.... Zach was my real estate attorney when I purchased my condo in late 2014. He was extremely accessible whenever I had any questions or concerns about the contract and accompanying documents. Jim Lynch and his team at TPMB were outstanding! What I thought was going to be a standard case for my injury turned into an extremely complicated case at every level. I sustained a shoulder injury at work . My shoulder continued to be a problem and the Dr that I was seeing ordered an MRI. The MRI showed a possible rotater cuff tear and the Dr felt I needed surgery. This is when work comp wanted a second opinion from a Dr of their choice, who said the MRI was inconclusive and thought I should get a cortisone shot and more therapy. After another month of therapy and the shot I was still having pain and they did not want to approve surgery. This was when I spoke with Patty and retained her. She was always available to answer my questions and was able to get them to approve the surgery and I did have a full tear of my rotator cuff. So then I'm looking at a long rehab and not sure if I can go back to my mechanics job or if it will even be there. Patty got my checks back on time when they started suddenly forgetting to mail them on time. She made sure I got all the therapy I needed to get strong enough to go back to my normal job when they tried to say I didn't need more therapy. I ended up being able to go back to my job and also got a very nice check at the end of it all. Patty was always there and had a positive attitude when I was really scared and frustrated with the whole situation. I would recommend her without hesitation.

There are many attorneys in the Southwest Suburbs and then there is George J. Jasinski. I was fortunate enough to retain Mr. Jasinski to represent me in a serious workmen's compensation injury claim. I was injured in a fall at work, and required two knee replacements. I was deemed unable to return to my original line of work by my treating doctor. I was in contract to purchase a home and the inspection yielded the discovery of active termites. I followed up with pest and structural inspections to get estimates for repairs. The repairs exceeded the $1500 threshold that provides an option for the seller to withdraw and receive earnest money back if they should choose. After deciding to cancel the contract, the seller's agent refused to acknowledge the cancellation claiming that I "obtained these estimates fraudulently." She also suggested that earnest money should not be returned to me and proceeded to slander myself and my agent. Unable to resolve this dispute I decided to hire Shaun to enforce the real estate contract as written. Shaun immediately reviewed all the pertinent details and provided me with the confidence need to resolve this dispute quickly. He began the intervention with the seller's agent providing the facts of the situation and the contract itself. After 24 hours after speaking with the seller's agent, the entire concern was dropped from their side, the cancellation had been accepted and earnest money scheduled to return. Shaun Cusack's sense of urgency, attention to detail, and application of the law are unmatched. I would recommend him every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I was recently arrested and charged with a DUI. If I was to be found guilty and then convicted this would be my second DUI in 21 years. Needless to say I was very afraid of what was going to happen me. Lose my license, fines, jail time and loss of my job. I came across Mark Uteg's name on the internet and I was impressed with the reviews that were posted about him. I was very happy that I chose Mark to handle my case. He approached it in a very professional manner and prepared a solid case for my defense. He talked me through the entire process. After several court visits, he won my case for me. All the charges were dropped. I did not lose my license, I did not have any fines and I did not get a DUI. I have learned my lesson about driving after drinking so this will not happen to me again. I would like to say that Charles Nutley is a LAWYER with capital letters. I got pretty complicated case with multiple charges including battery, assault and trespassing. Charles met me before first court appearance and laid out the strategy that he had on his mind. When I approached the judge I knew inside me that everything is going to be ok, because of the confidence radiated by my attorney. The result is dismissal of all charges on FIRST COURT DATE! I have never seen anything like it in Rolling Meadows before. Thanks again for saving me from jail and restoring my honest name!

Referred by a friend to Donald Shapiro, the firm took on my case. Mathew Bassinger was assigned the case. Early we had some road blocks, and Mathew made some changes to keep the suit alive. I've never been involved in a lawsuit, but he made things very easy to deal with. This malpractice suit involved a death, the care Mathew took helped us move through the process. In the end despite some obstacles Mathew secured a settlement me and my family are content with.

I hired Mark Bishop LLC after consultation with 2 other firms and I am very happy I did.
