Recently, I found myself in a perilous legal situation that would have hampered my freedom and my ability to live my life in peace. To my great fortune, a friend suggested that I contact the Stracci Law Group. I reached out to them and was put in touch with attorney Josh Malher. I had never had any brushes with the law, so I was very apprehensive about the situation I was in. I had no idea of what was going to happen and how it would affect my future. Josh immediately set my mind at ease about charges I was facing, how I would be represented, and what the process would entail. He patiently and effectively answered each and every question I had and made me feel comfortable with continuing to ask any others. The outcome of my situation turned out to be better than I expected, relieving me of the enormous stress I was under. Should I ever have legal issues in the future, I will be calling Josh Malher for counsel without hesitation. I have full and complete confidence in his abilities as an attorney. But just as important, his manner of communicating with me was calming, and it demonstrated a level of empathy and caring about what I was going through that I doubt I'd find in most other attorneys. In conclusion, I found Josh Malher to be a very likeable person, and his legal acumen in handling my case was outstanding to say the least. Joshua is just simply outstanding. Nervous, scared and unfamiliar with the whole justice system he calmed fears and anxiety, treated us like we were long time friends and his professionalism and law knowledge is second to none. You can just tell he is respected in the court system.
Calls and communication was prompt and courteous. He was always patient in discussions and delivered tremendous results for our family.

My husband got a ticket in Indiana for using his cell phone while operating the commercial vehicle, even though he did not. For a commercial driver it's a big deal that's why we had to take care of it. I found lots of good reviews about Joshua Malher and decided to hire him to help us with this matter. I called his office and Josh called me back the very next day to ask about the details. He was very nice and answered to all of my inquiries. Whenever I had a question I would email him and he would respond within 15 min. In the end I have received a called from his assistant saying that my husbands ticket was dismissed! I could not be more happy with the way Josh handled this case. I highly recommend him.

I was in a semi accident and I thought my life was over. I could barely walk and the pain was horrible. Our bills were getting behind and my family had to help care for me. Dan Buba was wonderful he came to where I lived and met us and explained the case. He made my travels comfortable and he understood what I was going through. He made a difficult time better by checking in on me, answering my questions, and just supporting what me and my family were going through. I could not ask for a better attorney. I had never been in a situation where I had to hire a lawyer before. After my car accident a few years ago, a good friend of mine suggested talking to Dan. My medical bills were high and I was in a lot of pain after being in the hospital for a few days.
Dan is an amazing attorney. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process which took a lot of stress off me. I cannot say enough about Kyle regarding his professionalism as well as his caring and thoughtfulness when handling my personal injury auto accident in 2013. Kyle truly cares about his cases, he is very personable and truly down to earth when working with you which is a very great asset for a lawyer. Mike will absolutely do over 100% for you and give you his honest and true opinion on your matter. He did for me, and sure appreciate all his research in my case and knows the law and what all possibilities might be involved. He will not do his job half-way and will cover all bases and fully communicate them and explain them to you. He was recommended by a family member and has been successful for our family in past cases. Not all cases are always in your best interests and Mike will advise and help you make good decisions for you and takes his job and your case seriously as if you were his own family member. I reached out for help on avvo about a personal injury . Originally we were assisted by a law firm in Indianapolis but for some unfortunate reason they transferred our case to Lance Worland. We (my wife and I) signed a contract with Mr Worland. Well I must tell you that I and my wife were absolutely thrilled with this attorney. Not only was he polite and always willing to answer questions but he was astonishingly fast to get us restitution and payment for our injuries. When I say astonishingly fast I mean within 120 days we reached a settlement agreement and got paid. We are very very happy with the results. His rates were fair and we didn't have to pay anything up front. His expertise in this area is very admirable. From day 1 I told him I was a straight forward man. I was referred to Lance after another Attorney had turned me down. Lance looked over my case and assured me that he could help and man-o-man did he. Not only was he able to secure a maximum settlement from the car owner's minimum state coverage but his diligent research found that the out of state driver of the car had additional insurance that he could access. Lance turned what was thought to be a lost cause into a sizable settlement that adequately compensated me for my injuries. I hired Bruce after I was arrested for growing weed and charged with child neglect because my children lived in the house with me. I am a habitual offender, but I had changed my life before this arrest I was only growing one or two plants for personal use. My husband and I went to 4 attorney's outside of Grant Co. and no one seemed to understand what we were going through.. I desperately posted on a FB group about needing an attorney experienced in the type of child custody issue such as ours and it so happened his staff commented with information, I called and set an appt., 1st thing Todd doesn't bullshit he tells you if he can take your case or not, he tells you what you need to move forward without rushing you out the door... my husband and I were trying to obtain custody of his then 5 year old son due to allegations brought to us of abuse and neglect, Todd and his staff explained to us we needed the solid evidence not just he said she said... it took me almost 1 year to obtain everything needed and during that time we had to of visited the office 4-5 times for consults Todd never charged us for. He always gave us advice and we moved forward with that until we were able to gather everything we needed, once the case was on its way to the courts Todd Glickfield and his office worked with us on payments for his service never forcing an astronomical amount on us! Every step of the way he was with us in a professional and supportive manner. February of 2017 thanks to the guidance and advice from Todd Glickfield as well as support from his staff my husband was able to drive to go pick up his son whom he hadn't seen since 2014, March of 2017 thanks to hard work of attorney Todd Glickfield we were granted full custody with no restrictions... sometimes I think people are more offended that they are spoken to in a matter of fact instead of being bowed down too, I am very grateful for the no bs, no sale, not being treated like just another buck from Todd's office! if it wasn't for his amazing work and advice we wouldn't have our son, I recommend his expertise 110% but just keep in mind... don't go in there expecting a butt kissing because you think you have a case haha lol sit and listen! its worth it in the end!

Mr. Martinez helped me determine if I would likely be successful in bring suit against a contractor. He explained that his first consultation was given without charge and proceeded to look up information and review my contract with the contractor. In the end, he advised, I go through small claims court if the contractors insurance did not cover my loss. He was great!

I was referred to Mr. Krahulik from a larger law firm that felt like my case was not important enough for them. Sam got on what was a very unusual situation and gave the help that I needed. I tried to work it out with the company myself , and soon realized I was being lied to and mislead. After being left in the dark and completely ignored, by a company that had every intention of cheating me out of my money, Sam was able to do through legal system to bring these people to justice. I am not one to sue at the drop of a hat. Sam was honest, informative, and straight forward. He gave me good legal advise, answered all my questions, at no point did I feel that he was not totally trustworthy. I can not say that about other legal representation that I have received in the past. I truly believe if he takes your case you are in excellent hands. Being an inventor I regularly seek legal council in different matters. Sam's involvement was not an invention situation , but was very helpful none the less. Tony helped my family reach a settlement after a semi struck our car. Our injuries were very significant and my oldest daughter was hospitalized for about 3 months. I am on disability now. Throughout the entire process, starting with the initial visit in the hospital I felt extremely confident with Tony in every possible way. He was always there for us in taking calls, returning them, or meeting with us promptly. He was confident and VERY knowledgeable. He explained the process and anything that we didn't understand. He was professional & also supportive. He helped us THROUGH everything. We were/are very happy with the settlement we got. I was sent to Scott Kainrath via legal aid. I made too much money to get assistance but Scott worked with me for an adjusted rate. He was extremely responsive and he always gave me sound advice. The visitation case I had was not an easy case. I am a recovering addict and after being clean for almost 2 years I felt it was time my parenting time was expanded. Scott fought and fought for me. He believed in me and never judged me. We not only won my case we got more than I ever could have imagined. The judge in court said that she was proud of my ex and myself for working together for what was best for our girls. I knew nothing about the long term disability process before I hired Mr. DuBach. My long term insurance cut me off and it was a terrible experience for me and my family. The insurance company harassed me and I just didn't know where to turn. After months of not knowing what to do, I found Mr. DuBach in the phone book.
When we first met, he was honest about my chances- he felt it was a bad policy, but said he would do the best he could. Him and his wife, Lesley (paralegal), were so kind and kept me informed during the entire process. I hired him March 2013 and my case was just settled a few days ago.

My Mom referred me to the Hankey Law Office. I have never worked with an attorney so I wasn't sure what to expect. I met with Mr. Hankey originally and Mr. Dubach represented me at the hearing. He was a FANTASTIC advocate. I won my case at the hearing level and I owe that to the Hankey Law Office and Mr. DuBach.
The staff kept me informed during the appeals process. They helped with the paperwork, ordered my records and prepared me for the hearing. Chris and his Para-legal Ashley were great to work with. Most of our contact was with Ashley who handled all questions and advised us as the case progressed. I used Patrick McEuen to handle an insurance issue I had a with a local hospital. My surgeon tried to overcharge me due to his mis-diagnosis (refusal to take necessary tests prior to surgery). Patrick handled it with my insurance company, gathering all the details of their procedures in billing, and wrote several letters on my behalf to the hospital and also a collection agency. Laura was hired by us after our son suffered an injury in the NICU when he was a week old. Laura helped us remain hopeful because she didn't back down. She worked hard for us and quickly.
