I received a speeding ticket driving a vehicle that was substantially more powerful than I was accustomed to and, to be blunt, it was BAD. I was given a mandatory court appearance date where I likely would have been charged with reckless driving where I otherwise have a clean record. Mr. Stare was able to negotiate this down to a violation where the state allowed me to have a deferral on the ticket, effectively removing it from my record. All of this was handled via one phone call and a few emails. As a relatively new resident of Indiana, I was unfamiliar with how such things work and Mr. Stare was kind and patient any time I had questions and answered them in a concise manner that was very easy to understand. He was recommended to me by a friend who has a particularly lead foot, but based upon my experience, he is my first choice for any legal issue going forward, without a doubt!

I was trying to close my mother's estate. The lawyer I started with was new to the field and not doing well. I amicably parted-ways with them then switched to Susan. Attorney Kozlowski jumped right on the case. She explained the process well. It proceeded just like she described it. Lisa in her office was always quick to respond to my requests. They were organized and efficient. I needed the legal work to happen quickly and they were able to make it happen. It was a great relief to have Susan and Lisa handling this for me. David was not a good attorney. He will tell you “I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job”.
However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not.
Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case.
He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband’s company information such as; the Company’s condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few.
How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress.
He also, completed paperwork with the wrong date of death, sent paperwork to wrong judge, etc.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe that he did not want to do anything on our case because of the capped dollar amount on the Workman’s Compensation .
So he is in it for the money!
I would not recommend him!

I’d like to take a moment to thank all the folks at Brizendine Law Office for their fantastic representation. This was my first time being involved in anything like this and was completely out of my element. I didn’t know how anything would work and what the process would be like.
Paul, Heather, and Janelle went above and beyond in explaining how my case would proceed. Anytime I had a question, I always felt I could reach out to them. When I did, they would get back to me almost immediately. Often within a couple hours with the answer I sought.

I hired Holt Legal group back in the 80's twice to get me out of a jam I got into myself. He was a tremendous help with my legal situation. I had the privilege in having Mr. Holt represent me in front of Superior Court 6 for a repeat OWI offence. Mr. Holt is calm under pressure and is well versed in how Superior Court 6 handles OWI cases and the penalties involved. Mr. Holt saved my job by helping secure sentences that avoided jail by getting me sentences that allowed me to work. Superior Court 6 is fare with the sentencing if you are serious about getting your life in order. You are going to pay a price for the OWI, but it does not have to be the end of the world. I was very stressed when I got a reckless driving ticket. I met with few attorneys before him, but the day I met with Mr. Brinkman, I felt the case is solved and yes after a few weeks, it is. Mr Frank mentality is similar to the prosecutor/ judge mentality. He knows what to say and what not to say in contrary to the other attorneys I met regarding the same issue, he is different.

I was over my head in debt due to medical bills and an auto accident. Quiet frankly I thought I would never be debt free. When I meet Minh I didn’t have much but not only was he willing to work with me but went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I hired Nick for a custody case when the mother of my child moved out of state and tried to register a foreign order. I needed someone really good so I called a very renowned and retired lawyer in the area (since I’m out of state) and asked who the best lawyer for family / custody issues. He said Nick, no question. He’s experienced, hungry, and honest. I have now had Nick representing me off and on for the past 5 years and because my situation happens to involve parental alienation and complicated matters, we continue to litigate and there’s no one I’d rather have on my side. In this course of time my child’s mother has hired 4 different attorneys as none of them have faired well against Nick (it also doesn’t help she has always been on the wrong side of the law). If you hire Nick he will listen, thoroughly research the facts and precedent, and give you your best chance at relief in your case. There is nothing like the piece of mind having great and honest representation. I hired Nick Hursh to represent me in a Family Law case that was out of the realm of norm. Nick was really good in fighting for me and the R.O. made on me by my bfs EX. My bf is going through a nasty divorce and of course she's doing the typical "reaching" as I like to call it. Being that all of allegations made on me were so far fetched and outlandish, I had PROOF against all the allegations made, which we did NOT even have to present any of this proof. Basically saying she had no legit reason for request, and Nick was able to show there was no basis for any of her claims, which were 100% falsified. He knows his stuff, he goes in ready to fight for you, and wins. He will remind you to stay calm and keep your poker face straight, which I really respected and loved his tactic. Hopefully I will not have to use any attorney ever, but if I was in need he will be my go to. I highly recommend him.

Despite my misfortune of being struck by a car while riding my bicycle last year, I feel very fortunate to have had Jason and his paralegal, Heather, on my side during my recovery. DuPont Hospital sued me regarding the bill of delivering of my son. I had proof that it was settled and yet they pushed forward with a trial to prove I was guilty of nonpayment. Terry led the team for my father's wrongful death case, in which we recently accepted a settlement from the defendants. His firm had worked hard on the case over the past few years as multiple defendants were involved including a large entity. Depositions were taken thoroughly, scenes/events were reconstructed accurately, experts were involved etc., and the whole discovery process was executed in a very efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
