So hard to put in a few words I was pretty badly hurt in a workplace accident and unfortunately having trouble getting medical care,compensation and eventually out of a job all together because my injuries prevented me from being able to do my former job.I was alone,hurt,scared and in a mental state I had never been in before because it was out of my control.The team at Klezmer Maudlin let me know I wasn't alone,made sure I got my medical needs taken care of and got me more than I could have imagined. Having Burton Padove as my lawyer for my divorce was a smart decision. Initially, when I spoke with him on the phone, I could tell he was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns! What a gem he proved to be!
I was confident in him getting the results I deserved. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things to me which made me more confident through out the process. Burt, “B”, or Mr. Padove as he is known in practice, is highly knowledgeable and effective legal counsel. More importantly, he is extremely ethical, very realistic, and does not waste time when he has a chance to act, nor will he waste yours.
Throughout the process of a very convoluted divorce (which included my son), Burton has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees by making sure we do not go to court for long shots (which often I created as emotions run high during divorces). This is the reason why you hire an attorney. I would have made bad choices on emotion without him and his expertise.
He could have easily gone to court at least 5 separate times for issues knowing it would be a waste of time and collect thousands of dollars in legal fees, but chose not to (while giving me the option so should I choose to). Burton does not tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear, and gives options that are realistic, and then acts with fast, surgical precision.
He has advised me counsel in the best manner, even had to create novel motions due to the unique and complexity of my case, and did so effective and efficient, like it was the back of his hand.
Like the other title review states, he truly has a heart, and he truly does care! If I did not work in Customer service, I would be surprised that he does not have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but given that I do; satisfied customers often don’t take time to write reviews, they go on with there happy life.
The course was not easy, but Burt has given me back my life, stability, and a sense of well being. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and I hope this review will allow YOU to consider him as your GO TO attorney. He certainly is mine.

Andrew was a complete pleasure to work with, and took on my case quickly and professionally. He communicated all steps of the process to me in a timely fashion and made sure to check in with me along the way as needed. I truly appreciate the work that Carman did for me. I was skeptical at first because of some off putting reviews but I’m glad I followed my heart.
Carman is VERY responsive, professional, respectful and does a thorough job explaining the law.
Yes, her personality is direct and she isn’t “warm and fuzzy” and that is ok, it’s who she is. I believe her no-nonsense approach is what makes her amazing at her craft. Previous attorneys that I hired could never answer my questions and seemed to become intimidated by my ex (who naturally has a very strong, authoritative and sometimes aggressive presence), one even told me she didn’t want to call him any more. There was never a doubt in my mind that Carman could match whatever energy he gave her. She listened to me, advised, executed and got the job done.
I would hire her over and over if I needed to while resting assured business would be handled. That’s all that matters.

My case was out of Hamilton County and anyone that knows anything about that county knows its very hard to win a case in that district. Carman took her time and studied my case and studied the case laws and did absolutely whatever was necessary to get the results we wanted and needed. My case took over 2 years but we won and all charges were dropped. You can't rush perfection and Carman took her time to make sure the ball was in our court in every aspect of my case. Do not believe that if your case mirrors anything on their website that they will take yours. My spine surgery was done wrong and after nine years I learned that I’m not completely fused. Update* after listening to the message that was left for me it turns out that the information that was relayed back to the attorney about my case seemed completely wrong, so since the attorney heard my situation incorrectly, I was denied. 👍🏽-I just learned of a failed back surgery, when a mass showed up on my back from fluid buildup a month ago, around the hardware from my back surgery lower lumbar fusion L4 L5 and S1. When looking at the mass the doctor noticed that after 9 years my back hadn’t fused together because a different doctor did my surgery incorrectly. He was fired later on for a reason unknown to me. I’m just now learning how bad my back really is. I’ve had years of pain and hardship and didn’t know it was partly because with my lower lumbar fusion, the doctor had put screws in my hips. Now 80 pounds lighter it’s becoming more and more painful to walk. The hardware in my back is now protruding slightly, degenerated disc, a cyst on my nerve and arthritis.
The doctor perform my back surgery incorrectly mainly by putting screws into my hips and I have had years of problems. The intake worker knew I was having another MRI Today for a possible future surgery because of this, however I received a denial letter instead. They don’t waste their time by calling people and telling them their denied they will send a letter. #Care

Mr. Petri handled a personal injury case for me several years ago. His investigators gathered the relevant evidence within hours after the accident. He fought like a tiger for me, and the insurance company settled shortly after he presented the evidence. Vern and his team did a super job.. I could not have been more satisfied.
On another occasion I consulted with him involving a matter related to an estate. He solved my problem quickly, and a his fee was more than reasonable for his professional advice.
I also worked for Mr. Petri as an expert witness with respect to economic damages from 1975 to 2005. I can testify that he is one of the best advocates a plaintiff can hire. He will take high risk cases that most other attorneys would not consider taking. By using the investigative skills he developed in the U.S. Army Intelligence Service, I have seen him uncover evidence that resulted in very large settlements and verdicts for his clients. I worked for Mr. Petri on two of those high risk cases that I believe no attorney in America could have done better for his clients. I recommend him without reservations to anyone seeking a plaintiff's attorney.

We Can not explain how blessed we are to have found Mr Petri ! My husband has sustained a lifelong injury due to malpractice. My wife was in a horrible car accident. I almost lost her. 92 days in the hospital. Thru it all, the team at Vaughn & Vaughn took care of ALL of our legal issues, and billing nightmares. Vaughn and Vaughn was who I chose to represent me on an auto insurance claim. This was my first time having to get representation when I was involved in a terrible vehicle accident. I never thought I would ever need to hire an attorney. And hopefully this will be my one and only time.
I was very worried about not knowing what I needed to do. Karolina put me at ease right away and kept reassuring me that I didn’t have to worry about anything. She would take care of it for me on all ends. That made me feel like I picked the right attorney when it came to my claim. I wanted to get myself healed physically and mentally so that I could return back to spending time with my grandkids again as well as getting back to driving and then going back to work. It was right before Thanksgiving which I was suppose to be hosting. I was in a lot of pain and needed to rest and be taken care of by my husband in order to begin healing.

Mr. Koch has represented me on two different occasions; a car accident a few days before my twenty-first birthday and a dog bite injury several years later.
