I literally had the best possible experience with a lawyer one could ever hope for or ask for in dealing with Mr Farnbauch. His honesty and candor were incredible. Most of us are conditioned to think "lawyers = money-hungry crooks" based on previous experiences with them and society's view of them by-and-large. David is the polar opposite of this philosophy/view! Without getting into the specifics of my case, he gave me advice that benefitted ME, not him. All his dealings with me and advice through my case was for my benefit and not his. He very clearly approached my case in a way that maximized my standing above all else, and was less concerned with getting money from me than he was concerned with making sure I came out of my case in the best possible way. I had Linda Havel as an attorney and she was great in every way and is worth MORE than what she charged. I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle and suffered a head injury and was off from work for many months and the guy who hit me had no money but she was able to fix it where I had my hospital bills covered and my expenses covered while I was off work and ended up with a nice sum of money.

Linda was our first chose. We were nieve enough to think that being with a large insurance company we would protect us. When I had a motorcycle accident that involved a driver with the the state minual insurance. I had uninsured and underinsured coverage but that ment nothing to the insurance company, they jumped through hoops to avoid payment. I went through five different claims agents, while the company tried to ware us down. Linda stay with us, she fought like a bulldog, and we finally reached a settlement that we though was fair.

Had a bad experience with a major insurance carrier trying to handle my minor son’s injury case resulting from a rear end auto accident. The insurance company made a low ball offer and would not budge when presented with a reasonable counter offer to settle. To be able to describe my feelings about Vernon J. Petri & Associates in writing is nearly impossible. My gratitude for everything that the attorneys at the firm have done for me is too much for words to explain. They have had such an impact on my life and they truly are my heroes.

I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen.
1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situation, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case.
2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

I am a father of two children. We all know lawyers can be expensive, and 90% of the time it is WELL worth it. Dennis spoke very professionally and was very informative at all times. I hired Mr. Moore earlier in 2015 with a suspension of license infraction and was looking at HTV status, something I could not afford due to my job. His rates were very fair and his professionalism was top notch. He ended up getting it dropped altogether for me and even refunded me some of the my payment since he did not have to use it all! Usually lawyers take your check and never look back, but he was very honest with me and said that it had not taken my entire payment to finish the job. I was and still am beyond pleased.
