I personally would never use them again. Very unprofessional. They sent the wrong client name to the opposing party. They sent the first "rough" draft of a document to the opposing party. In which they should have never seen. It was just sloppy work and not great at communication.

Best Attorney you'll EVER FIND,FOR A MALPRACTICE CASE!! He couldn't have worked any harder for me than he did! I ended up with him, on a whim of a recommendation from a different attorney after I'd been passed down to some new Atty that just wanted to get it settled,done and over, wanting me to settle for $11k total with him getting 40% of that & so on! Mike took me on,took his time to do it right 👍🏻 & I will tell you this much,the case ended up settling for a ton MORE! I can't disclose that, but he's well worth it 🤩

2 years ago started a long and nasty divorce with child custody involved. I went and seen multiple lawyers and when I found Alex, I knew he knew what he was talking about. Do not believe that if your case mirrors anything on their website that they will take yours. My spine surgery was done wrong and after nine years I learned that I’m not completely fused. Update* after listening to the message that was left for me it turns out that the information that was relayed back to the attorney about my case seemed completely wrong, so since the attorney heard my situation incorrectly, I was denied. 👍🏽-I just learned of a failed back surgery, when a mass showed up on my back from fluid buildup a month ago, around the hardware from my back surgery lower lumbar fusion L4 L5 and S1. When looking at the mass the doctor noticed that after 9 years my back hadn’t fused together because a different doctor did my surgery incorrectly. He was fired later on for a reason unknown to me. I’m just now learning how bad my back really is. I’ve had years of pain and hardship and didn’t know it was partly because with my lower lumbar fusion, the doctor had put screws in my hips. Now 80 pounds lighter it’s becoming more and more painful to walk. The hardware in my back is now protruding slightly, degenerated disc, a cyst on my nerve and arthritis.
The doctor perform my back surgery incorrectly mainly by putting screws into my hips and I have had years of problems. The intake worker knew I was having another MRI Today for a possible future surgery because of this, however I received a denial letter instead. They don’t waste their time by calling people and telling them their denied they will send a letter. #Care

His staff will tell you one thing, then it never happens or it is a lie just to pacify you .I was told pay half now and the other half when the job was completed, but they have never completed the work yet and next month will be a year !!!!! I was told it would take 2 to 4 months. TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!

I was lied to constantly. I never once was able to speak with Mr. Lewis. I paid half which I was told I needed to paid in October 25, 2023 and the other half was to be paid when the expungement was completed. I made several calls to Mr.Lewis office always speaking to a Mark?? I was lied to constantly. First lie was the prosecutor was being replaced in Hamilton County so that was causing a hold up. I waited another month I called and lied to saying that my paperwork had been lost in the process. End of April I requested copies of court documents sent on my behalf. I received the PDF. Forms of documents to both counties I needed expungement from. Neither had been submitted to the court. And not signed by David Lewis. I have times and dates of every call and the PDF forms sent to me on May 1st. Never once during this time was I asked for balance to complete process. Not until July when I called Mark out as being a liar and this he admitted to everything. I asked for a refund he said it would be a couple days for the check to process. I called back to see if he could just refund my boyfriend’s CC. That’s when Mark informed me that he couldn’t give a refund I would have to pay the balance to get Mr. Lewis to move forward with this process. Of course I have been dealing with this for almost a year now. When I was first told it would take 3-4 months to complete. I didn’t want to give more money considering how much I had been lied to and never once had a chance to speak with Mr. Lewis. No matter how many times I ask. The office completely stopped answering my phone calls. Until one day Julie Brown answered I explained my dilemma. She is another attorney in this office. She said she would take notes and leave on Mr. Lewis desk but she doubts if I will get a return call. Mind you my cases were both minor both misdemeanors. I should have never been put through this stress. I would never have a kind word to say about what I was put through and never about Mr Lewis. He is a fraud to me.

We used Cohen & Malad for the adoption of my daughter and couldn't be more pleased. The case itself was pretty straightforward but there were a few speedbumps along the way that they worked out for us flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with their representation.
Tara Cragen, our lawyer, was phenomenal with great communication. She walked us through the whole process very smoothly. Would highly recommend for family law. Her assistant Tonya Brock also went way above and beyond for us. Tonya was also fast to respond and give updates on everything.
Had a small issue after the case was closed that came up that they helped put to bed. Again great communication and effort on their part.
Seems like their entire firm has good communication and is extremely well run. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

Jeff Hammond was excellent to work with. We called him right after my injury and he guided us through the whole process with remarkable patience and professionalism. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before, so I had no idea how any of this works, but that didn't bother him at all. He answered all our questions, checked in on us, and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. He made this entire process extremely easy and convenient. Megan and Todd did an amazing job representing my fiancé! My fiancé had a terrible PO that violated him for no reason! His PO was fired for falsely violating people, but the state still pursued my fiancé for probation violation that never happened! He was fighting 2 felony charges and facing years in prison. If it weren’t for Megan and Todd working so hard on this case, it wouldn’t have been DISMISSED! Megan wouldn’t accept anything other than a dismissal, and she was fierce! We are so happy we hired Sallee Law.

I called and consulted with him on the phone. He made me feel so much better about my case and gave me hope that everything would be okay. I called the next day to hire him and pay but was told they aren't taking new client. All my hopes were shattered. My advice is not to get your hopes up with this team until after you secure him... if you can.

Melissa was excellent in my disability hearing, especially considering the judge I had a extremely low approval rate. She stood her ground to fight for my case. Yes I had only met with her once before the hearing but it was only necessary to meet once before to review my case. She is very knowledgeable in her field and definitely knows what she is doing in the courtroom, whether it be face to face, or a video hearing like mine was. I never once doubted her or the Hankey Law firm when it came to my case. I believe it is not just her or the firms job when it comes to what to say and not say during a hearing to win a case, especially because she is not the only who gets asked questions. Keep yourself prepared for the hearing, and if there is any questions before your hearing she is very open to them. I HIGHLY recommend her and/or Hankey Law office as a disability attorney.

I hired through Hanky law. I only met the lawyer 5 minutes before the hiring. At the hiring the govenments job witness testified that I could not work any job and my case was still denied. Face disfigured from stage 4 no cure cancer, left jaw bone and teeth removed, upper roof of my mouth removed, cancer, depression, anxiety, cataract in my eye and this lawyer still couldn't get me SSDI
