So hard to put in a few words I was pretty badly hurt in a workplace accident and unfortunately having trouble getting medical care,compensation and eventually out of a job all together because my injuries prevented me from being able to do my former job.I was alone,hurt,scared and in a mental state I had never been in before because it was out of my control.The team at Klezmer Maudlin let me know I wasn't alone,made sure I got my medical needs taken care of and got me more than I could have imagined. I have had two different issues in which the Firm had helped me with. My fist case was a Work Comp claim. I submitted my claim and talked with Mr. Harts. After my meeting, Mr. Harts said e could not help me. I than sent my issue to Mrs. Golitko, I’m not sure if I explained better this time around but was told that Mr. Harts will be taking my case, in which was settled out of court.
My second case was an Auto Accident in which, Mr. Reichert took on and got me my Settlement. During my Second case, I was having issues with my Employer, such as being denied the right to file for Worker’s Compensation, I asked Mr. Reichet about this and he stated that he would not be able to take this on. I emailed both Mr. Golitko and Mrs. Golitko about my Employment issue and have not heard a response back for neither of them. It has been Months since I have reached out and asked for assistance. This is why I am giving them a 3 star Rating.

Hired Denise for a modification. Her assistant Monica was very friendly at first. They strung us along for months, pushing back court dates for their own personal reasons. Monica went from friendly to extremely unprofessional when we questioned some things that didn't seem right. They eventually quit my case just before we were finally supposed to go to court date and kept all the money that was paid to them. In the 7-8 months that they were (supposed to be) working for us we never once got to speak to Denise nor did she ever go before the judge. So they got a free payday from us that we couldn't afford to begin with. There was a lot more shady things that happened in that time but I don't think I have the space on here to detail it all. Save yourself the time and money and avoid Denise and Monica at all costs!

The worst experience with a lawyer. We paid what they asked, and it took 8 months before she started working on our case. No one answers when I call and no one returns a call when I would leave voicemails. Over a year later she said she was not going to following through on the case. Quick to take our money and slow to do any work, and in my case ZERO work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Elaine was a referral from a friend. I'd never been in court before and, I was so upset and afraid when I received my summons in the mail. Elaine was prompt and reassuring. She worked meticulously to find out as much information as she could that pertained to my case. She consulted with my child's teacher, his therapist, and others to make sure that what was in the best interest of my child would be the outcome in this case. Myself and the other parent had a horrible relationship when this all started . We were required through the courts to complete a course and Elaine wanted feedback. She asked me questions, in hopes that I'd learned something that could be applied to my specific family situation.
