I am SO thankful I found Will for an attorney during a scary and precarious legal dispute with my landlord. My fellow female roommates and I came to suspect that our landlord was entering our rooms when we were not home and even found a peephole. When confronted the landlord began to harass and attempt to intimidate me with an onslaught legal threats. I called literally 30+ lawyers in town to seek legal advice, and if they bothered to reach back out to me, the response was that my case was too small. I spoke with Will the first day I called. He really listened and was moved by our predicament. He then proceeded to guide me step-by-step through the process of suing the landlord. We won the case, couldn't have hoped for more. I received a speeding ticket driving a vehicle that was substantially more powerful than I was accustomed to and, to be blunt, it was BAD. I was given a mandatory court appearance date where I likely would have been charged with reckless driving where I otherwise have a clean record. Mr. Stare was able to negotiate this down to a violation where the state allowed me to have a deferral on the ticket, effectively removing it from my record. All of this was handled via one phone call and a few emails. As a relatively new resident of Indiana, I was unfamiliar with how such things work and Mr. Stare was kind and patient any time I had questions and answered them in a concise manner that was very easy to understand. He was recommended to me by a friend who has a particularly lead foot, but based upon my experience, he is my first choice for any legal issue going forward, without a doubt!

This is the first time I ever had to hire a lawyer and I'm very grateful to have had Travis on my team. Elaine was a referral from a friend. I'd never been in court before and, I was so upset and afraid when I received my summons in the mail. Elaine was prompt and reassuring. She worked meticulously to find out as much information as she could that pertained to my case. She consulted with my child's teacher, his therapist, and others to make sure that what was in the best interest of my child would be the outcome in this case. Myself and the other parent had a horrible relationship when this all started . We were required through the courts to complete a course and Elaine wanted feedback. She asked me questions, in hopes that I'd learned something that could be applied to my specific family situation. I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen.
1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situation, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case.
2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

I am a father of two children. I retained Ms. Pulley because my ex-wife was falsely accusing me of being behind in child support and I was being denied the visitation rights that had been ordered by the court in my divorce decree.
