I received a speeding ticket driving a vehicle that was substantially more powerful than I was accustomed to and, to be blunt, it was BAD. I was given a mandatory court appearance date where I likely would have been charged with reckless driving where I otherwise have a clean record. Mr. Stare was able to negotiate this down to a violation where the state allowed me to have a deferral on the ticket, effectively removing it from my record. All of this was handled via one phone call and a few emails. As a relatively new resident of Indiana, I was unfamiliar with how such things work and Mr. Stare was kind and patient any time I had questions and answered them in a concise manner that was very easy to understand. He was recommended to me by a friend who has a particularly lead foot, but based upon my experience, he is my first choice for any legal issue going forward, without a doubt!

David was not a good attorney. He will tell you “I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job”.
However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not.
Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case.
He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband’s company information such as; the Company’s condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few.
How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress.
He also, completed paperwork with the wrong date of death, sent paperwork to wrong judge, etc.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe that he did not want to do anything on our case because of the capped dollar amount on the Workman’s Compensation .
So he is in it for the money!
I would not recommend him!

This is the first time I ever had to hire a lawyer and I'm very grateful to have had Travis on my team. To be able to describe my feelings about Vernon J. Petri & Associates in writing is nearly impossible. My gratitude for everything that the attorneys at the firm have done for me is too much for words to explain. They have had such an impact on my life and they truly are my heroes.

I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen.
1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situation, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case.
2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

I am a father of two children. I retained Ms. Pulley because my ex-wife was falsely accusing me of being behind in child support and I was being denied the visitation rights that had been ordered by the court in my divorce decree. I was referred to Lance after another Attorney had turned me down. Lance looked over my case and assured me that he could help and man-o-man did he. I was referred to Mr. Krahulik from a larger law firm that felt like my case was not important enough for them. Sam got on what was a very unusual situation and gave the help that I needed. I tried to work it out with the company myself , and soon realized I was being lied to and mislead. After being left in the dark and completely ignored, by a company that had every intention of cheating me out of my money, Sam was able to do through legal system to bring these people to justice. I am not one to sue at the drop of a hat. Sam was honest, informative, and straight forward. He gave me good legal advise, answered all my questions, at no point did I feel that he was not totally trustworthy. I can not say that about other legal representation that I have received in the past. I truly believe if he takes your case you are in excellent hands. Tony helped my family reach a settlement after a semi struck our car. Our injuries were very significant and my oldest daughter was hospitalized for about 3 months. I am on disability now. Throughout the entire process, starting with the initial visit in the hospital I felt extremely confident with Tony in every possible way. He was always there for us in taking calls, returning them, or meeting with us promptly. He was confident and VERY knowledgeable. He explained the process and anything that we didn't understand. He was professional & also supportive. He helped us THROUGH everything. We were/are very happy with the settlement we got. I knew nothing about the long term disability process before I hired Mr. DuBach. My long term insurance cut me off and it was a terrible experience for me and my family. The insurance company harassed me and I just didn't know where to turn. After months of not knowing what to do, I found Mr. DuBach in the phone book.
When we first met, he was honest about my chances- he felt it was a bad policy, but said he would do the best he could. Him and his wife, Lesley (paralegal), were so kind and kept me informed during the entire process. I hired him March 2013 and my case was just settled a few days ago.

My Mom referred me to the Hankey Law Office. I have never worked with an attorney so I wasn't sure what to expect. I met with Mr. Hankey originally and Mr. Dubach represented me at the hearing. He was a FANTASTIC advocate. I won my case at the hearing level and I owe that to the Hankey Law Office and Mr. DuBach.
The staff kept me informed during the appeals process. They helped with the paperwork, ordered my records and prepared me for the hearing. I was very nervous to go in front of the judge, but Mr. DuBach answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I can't thank him enough for all he's done for me.
