After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable. I called many different law firms and they would not take my case. I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding handling of my son's case by Dr. Manley and his team. Five plus years ago I began an effort to seek justice for my injured son in hope (in addition to financial compensation for Christopher and his siblings) that the physicians responsible for my son's injuries would be more aware of the relevant medical issues when responsible for care involving pregnancies like Christopher's. I believe Dr. Manley and his team accomplished this goal. Searching for an appropriate attorney/firm to handle Chris' case was challenging. I encountered a variety of issues. I had prominent New Hampshire based firms state that Defendants in Christopher's case "never settle cases". It is my experience as a Corporate Attorney that firms with reputations for not wanting to litigate are seldom offered attractive settlements. My perception was that many of the New Hampshire based firms appeared to have conflicts of interest having had the Defendants provide medical care to their colleagues/employees, although these firms were not always forthcoming when addressing this issue. I had a "high-powered" Massachusetts firm opine that our case was "not win-able" I eventually realized I needed to search outside New Hampshire for a firm with a reputation, financial resources, and attorneys willing to litigate every case in which it was necessary. As the old English metaphorical idiom goes, I realized I needed an "Elephant in the room" and/or "an eight-hundred-pound gorilla in the room". As I understand it, Defendants tried to bring in their own out-of-state, high-powered litigator (their "Elephant in the room") and when he was unavailable for our trial date, and the Judge had had enough of Defendants' typical delaying tactics, Defendants decided to acknowledge they were no match for our "Elephant in the room", Dr. Manley and your firm. So the reputation for Defendants in Christopher's case being unwilling to settle cases was overcome in Christopher's case. I am of the opinion that Dr. Manley's many years of experience as an actively practicing OB/GYN physician when utilized in questioning Defendants and Defendants' expert witnesses during depositions contributed significantly to Defendants' decision to make a "last minute" settlement offer. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Manley's and your firm's efforts on our children's behalf. Thank you Dr. Manley

Mike worked on our very complex lawsuit against a local contractor. Mike assisted in thoroughly researching case law for the trial. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Arnold after dealing with a prior attorney who just wasn't working out for me. There were a few bumpy roads along the way within the Will, but Mr.Arnold and his staff were right on top of things. I could have never accomplished an end to these issues without them. There were a few times when the longer office hours were also much appreciated. I can't say thank you enough to him for taking on this case. It was a little hard to find trust after dealing with the first attorney, however the office of Donald Arnold brought back that trust I needed in an attorney. I highly recommend his office and will be using him for personal reasons of my own in the near future.

Matt is a great lawyer period! When he took over my case it was just a few months from the SOL and I was very worried about that, Matt assured me that he would handle everything and handle it he did. My attorney, Garry Wilcox Jr., worked with me throughout the entire process, making sure everything was taken care of every step of the way. My initial incident was a frustrating one physically and emotionally. I had just graduated from college and purchased my first car, and a situation beyond my control caused another driver to rear end me while I was stopped at a red light. Just a few months into purchasing the car, I was devastated with the damages inflicted on my car, as well as on my person. I was so nervous about my injuries, as my job was physically demanding, but Garry ensured me that he would work his hardest to make sure that not a penny of lost wages would truly be lost. I felt a strong sense of comfort upon meeting with Garry and initially going through the first stages of my case. I truly felt like I had someone by my side and that would make sure that I received the aid and support that I needed during my otherwise nervous and panicked state.
