Last year hired Mr. Giordano to represent me when Ossining Village (NY) said I owed them around $4,000 for parking tickets. Ended up paying only $400, plus Mr. Giordano's very reasonable fee to represent me in court. Last month AGAIN hired him to represent me for 4 more overnight parking tickets that I did not deserve. Mr. Giordano got them all dismissed. This man is a whiz when it comes to parking tickets in Ossining Village!

Got in trouble with local government; got convicted of aggravated harassment 2nd. Hired Mr. Anthony Giordano, Ossining, N.Y. to appeal the conviction. He wrote legal papers and got the case heard in New York's highest court, the NY Court of Appeals. We WON! My conviction was over-turned. NOT GUILTY! Mr. Giordano's papers submitted to the Court were brilliantly written, and it was absolutely amazing to watch this man in action, in front of 7 Justices. I've since watched Mr. Giordano a few times in local courts and remain amazed at his vast knowledge of criminal and zoning laws.
Mr. Giordano is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have recommended him to around 25 people and all have praised Mr. Giordano's legal expertise and abilities. Mr. Pennock is the best lawyer I've ever had, one you would want to have on your side no matter what type of case or legal affairs you want handled. He is very thorough, honest, and detail-oriented. Nothing misses his legal eye, and the wealth of accumulated legal knowledge and experience he has in various legal areas (especially in cases where they might overlap legal boundaries) is unbeatable. He is fair in everything, including and especially his reasonable fees, and he will tell you if you are being unreasonable in your demands or if you are crossing any legal lines in any of your cases and dealings that you entrust to him. He was my lawyer for a car accident and in real estate, and the thoroughness of the advice and work that he put into both were the same even though both didn't actually pay him the same amount of money. With Mr. Pennock, it doesn't matter what job he is handling or how much the job costs: it is that he gets the job done very well with your best interests always in mind. OK, so I just bought a house in Homestead and during the closing the lawyers were talking about my "new" taxes. Yeah, that's cool, they aren't too crazy, but anyway, they were saying that this guy was hired by the city and he's crushin' all of these slime balls who haven't paid their taxes in like over 20 years!! They were joking that if I didn't pay some taxes that were owed that this "Sherriff Cowboy" would show up and make sure Yonkers got paid. So one of the lawyers went on the computer and did a search and he said that this guy has gotten MILLIONS $$$$$ of dollas from a whole bunch of people who haven't like EVER paid their taxes - in like over 20 years straight. So I say GO GET EM' Mr. C. I want our COPS to get paid and FIREMEN to come to my house if I need help and TEACHERS to keep teaching my kids . . . and so I don't have to pay ANY MORE MONEY cause of these slumlords not paying their taxes!!!

Mr. Manna handled a medical malpractice case involving my wife and the loss of her sight. He did an extensive investigation into the people and organizations he felt were responsible for the injury. He also, with the help of his chosen experts, was able to relate the injury to the responsible parties.

I was pulled over for turning on red light and did not see the sign no right on red. North Tonawanda cop pulled me over and smelled alcohol and said I was drunk only after drinking 4 beers in 2 hrs he gave me 2 tickets and dwi charge. I was caught speeding in an area where the
construction zone sign was hidden -
being from Canada I was not familiar with this area in Niagara Falls .I was facing a huge fine and points off which they report in Canada.I spoke to several lawyers and Michael was very well spoken confident and

My case started out with the public defender. He didn't spend five minutes with the DA before he came back and tried to give me some deal that didn't even seem like a deal at all. I called around to other attorneys, and it felt like they were asking me to sign my life away just to get them to go to court. I was in a panic. I met with Mr. Becker and he was honest and upfront. He spent more time with me in one meeting than I could have ever expected. He was very reasonable and worked with me on fees. What's more is that he kept going back to court and fighting on my behalf. In the end, I got a much better deal than I started with.
