Moreover, they were persistent, collaborative and open to exploring all strategies, which ultimately translated to favorable settlement. I was in an auto accident while visiting family in Southern California with both cars being totaled. It took a while to decide to contact an attorney. I was given Jeff Roberts name and met with him (when he was on vacation), and knew I made the right decision. There was not an email or text that Jeff didn't respond to on the same day I sent it. His communication was always understandable, and he kept me informed and up to date on my case throughout the entire process. The settlement was all I hoped for, but the mental and emotional support was worth everything. My husband passed from Covid which he contracted at a business Conference. In California, if a spouse passes due to a Worker’s Compensation injury… The surviving spouse receives $250,000 from the board if the spouse makes less than 30,000 a year! I did not meet the income requirement And therefore did not automatically receive the death benefit. Attorney More negotiated a settlement with the insurance company's attorney. Without Attorney More I would’ve received nothing. Attorney More is a very passionate and considerate man who stands up and fights for what is right!

Reuben is extremely brilliant attorney. He won dozens of class action cases for unpaid OT, commission, and illegal employment contacts. He is very knowledgeable, so he can tell you rather or not there is a case within five miniutes. He also didn’t need to charge a retainer fee because he is confident in winning the case for his clients. Unlike other attorneys, he takes time and explains to you as why there is a case. He was referred to me by several of my friends and ex-colleagues. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the case. Thus, I am willing to work with him again for “another” case. If I knew Reuben back in 2014, I would have asked him to represent me against one of the largest multi billion dollar mortgage company and also the publically traded company under NASDAQ I used to work for many years. Mr. James Ballidis represented myself in a Uninsured motorist coverage case. Geico insurance (my insurance company) refused to offer an award under my policy even with no issue of liability or comparative negligence. The case went to arbitration where the parties presented the nature of injuries and medical care necessary, and economic damages. Mr. Ballidis' preparation throughout the case was extremely thorough and his presentation and cross examination was damaging to respondents attorneys. The arbitrator even came to me on a side bar and complemented Mr. Ballidis " You are lucky to have such a good attorney representing you". Without going through the details of the entire case, I will close with "you too would be very lucky to have Mr. James Ballidis represent you." James destroyed the Geico's attorney and won the maximum award possible. My thanks to Mr. Ballidis and his firm Allen, Flatts, Ballids, & Leslie.

Approximately two years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of being in a rear-end car accident. The young women, who was texting did not even look up and hit me at around 40 mph. I suffered severe whiplash along with soft tissue damage of the back and shoulder.
After the shock wears off, you are confronted with doctor visits, hospital bills, decisions on where to fix your car and of course talking with your insurance company. CALL For Attorney Elan at The Ledger Law Firm. I am not a review kind of guy but I am taking my time to write this review because my experience with Elan has been superb. Since he took my case, he has been there for me all the time. First, he explained the whole procedure step by step because this is my first accident involving a lawyer. Second, he called to check up on my doctor's visits. Third, he was very responsive on any of my dumb questions. Lastly, I was able to experience a great financial settlement, they had my insurance company issue a check for the high blue book value on my car plus reimburse me for the accessories that I purchased on my car including tires, floor mats, prorated tags, etc.,.
