After having my car totaled and needing physical therapy for the injuries I sustained, the insurance company tried to pressure me to settle before I knew the full scope of treatment I would need over the next year. I am glad I went to PDX Law Group and worked with David Richardson, who helped me understand how to navigate this system without getting taken advantage of, prioritized my care and well being, and was clear and consistent with all communication. Not only that, but he advocated on my behalf when the insurance company tried to nickel and dime what they should pay for my treatment and called them out when they would back pedal on their word. Had I not worked with them, I likely would have wound up accepting an unfair settlement. Cannot recommend them enough!

I was hurt badly in an accident and had a few surgeries. The insurance company told me they would not pay for anything. I was so mad and frustrated then a friend of mine told me about Tara. I hired Tara and she won my case. With the money she got for me I bought a home! She is an attorney with grit and is a small tornado of positivity. She also has a great big heart and I know she really does care about her clients. She checks on me from time to time even though my case was over a while ago. She is good people and a great lawyer against the insurance company.

This group of attorneys is completely incompetent. I tried to hire them to modify a judgment. They told me there's nothing they can do and hire attorney in a different state. I already have an attorney in a different state and they say I need one here to modify the oregon judgment. I would definitely not recommend this group of attorneys. In my opinion they know absolutely nothing about family law

Chelsea was a genuine gift as lawyer. I spoke with close to a dozen lawyers before finally retaining her services. Chelsea and her assistant Pheobe are incredibly professional. They're prompt with their responses and very knowledgeable. My divorce was looking to be a nightmare until Chelsea stepped in. With her assistance we were able to settle in a way that both my ex and I are satisfied with. She works well with judges, other lawyers, and with her clients. I cannot emphasize enough how much she helped me. I'll recommend her highly in the future.

I was injured in a car accident, and I hired a lawyer without any research or knowledge of what to even look for. The experience was terrible, to say the least. I got false information, lost money I didn’t have and wasted a lot of time with a lot of added stress because I couldn’t get any answers or help. I was lucky enough to know someone else who was already going through the legal process with Attorney David Eder. My conversation with them is what also made me realize I was completely with the wrong firm. I was grateful my case hadn’t already closed and reached out to David. He spent time with me on the phone and in person walking me through everything and answering questions so simply, questions I had been asking the old attorney for the last 1.5yrs! So I switched over to David Eder. David and his partners (Ben Eder, Joel Sturm and Andrew Gust) took over my case and got everything in order. They were able to get the case out of a frozen position into double limits and my health insurance bills were waived. The difference between the first firm and these guys was night and day. I wish I had found them sooner, but I am so blessed to have found them before it was too late! Thank you!

We had a very bad experience with Mr. Hwang. This was the only appointment we had with him. I think he is impersonal, angry, self absorbed and not patient.
What do people need when they are going through the worst of their lives? -Patience, kindness and awareness of other people’s feelings, as death can be devastating for the family and friends.
Knowledge without these traits is like getting a big enciclopedia.

I was T-boned by another driver and the fire department had to pull me out of my truck. I had disc replacement surgery in my neck and a right shoulder decompression and a rotator cuff repair. My life stopped and I'm not the same person I was before. All I can do now is keep moving forward. Rick Lundblade helped me do that. I knew quickly that I was in good hands and Rick would take good care of me. He always placed my best interests first, which was very important to me. Rick and I worked together on my case for 3 1/2 years and he did things the right way. Good lawyers are hard to find. Rick is a prime example of an excellent lawyer. I was injured in a slip and fall case back in 2014. When the insurance company would not quit harassing me, I decided I needed an attorney. I live in Seattle, so I started there. I called every attorney that was also licensed in Oregon (the accident happened in Oregon). I must have spoken to at least 15 attorneys who laughed me off because it was a slip and fall. They didn't want to hear about it, even when I knew they didn't have to prove liability, just damages.
Some attorney in Oregon referred me to Jose. He listened to me, heard me tell him how liability was already clear and that damages was the only issue that needed to be resolved. Because of this, I got a settlement that was more than any slip and fall that I had ever seen. In fact, I have never seen a slip and fall win. If you have a case that you think will never be won, call Jose, and tell him that Terry sent you.

Jose was excellent in handling my auto accident case. He was very knowledgeable and personable throughout the process, and was always available to answer questions and help me navigate through the complex nature of my case. Jonathan Corey was a great divorce lawyer to have on my side. I went through a tough divorce, was dealing with a large marital estate and a long term marriage. If I had to use one word to describe my experience with Levin and Levine I’d say MAGNIFICENT!! Cameron and Michelle are truly some of the best people ever.
