When our grandson was badly injured in an ATV accident, sustaining life-long injuries, we went in search of a skilled and ethical attorney to help achieve reasonable financial aid for our grandson’s future, which had been greatly altered.
We were referred to Corson & Johnson Law Firm. We first met Don Corson when he came to our home to meet with us and to discover more about our situation. He immediately made us comfortable with his friendly but professional demeanor. And I couldn’t have been more impressed with his depth of legal knowledge. But more than that, it was clear he cared about our grandson’s well-being.

Mr. Levine is exemplary in his field. He was referred to me by another attorney who couldn't take my case and I couldn't be happier with the results. Incredibly knowledgeable, works well on the fly and is extremely compassionate. My case was complicated and took almost the full 2 year max to settle. With Mr. Levine in my corner, I was able to get the maximum settlement allowed for my particular case without having to go to trial. What a relief! Because my case took so long, I feel it's important to note that Mr. Levine was always in contact with developments or just to check in to see how I was healing. The majority of you reading this review probably haven't been in a car wreck that required counsel. He gives a great name to a profession that is often looked down upon. Remarkable. Quite remarkable. He is professional and articulate. What can not be taken for granted is his incisive and intuitive thinking. As a practicing psychotherapist I was greatly impressed with his "people skills". There are listening techniques such as paraphrase and reflection etc. But, with Cameron, all this is fluid, natural and genuine. I believe it is authentic to his character to help people. Cameron assisted me with my case for months without any compensation, instructed me on how to deal with the insurance company and then to let him know when they responded. He laid out exactly what was probably going to happen and it did. He was correct in all his projections on how the insurance company was going to respond. He asked for details, proceded to communciate with them and the outcome was very good, in fact excellent. I would highly recommend him not only on his expertise and knowledge but also on his professionalism.

I've dealt with a lot of attorneys and Bennett is one of the few that was able to review my case with an open mind. He was able to give me realistic expectations and was empathetic to the "employee" in a worker's comp claim. Unfortunately it appears that I missed the filing deadline to move forward with my claim. However, I wish the hearings office would have let me know that before they even scheduled the hearing. Even after all that, Bennett was kind in breaking the bad news to me and I would call him back in a nanosecond if I ever find myself in another work comp situation and refer anyone who would listen to him and his firm! Roger was meticulous in discovery and in studying the Fair Credit Act in order to ascertain the viability of our case as well as the probability of a favorable judgment. He helped us understand our position and the potential pitfalls if we pursued the suit.
While he was cautious in his overall approach, we also saw that he was willing to look at all aspects of the law and current trends in the credit industry to give us a robust representation.

I was hit by a drunk driver in Sunriver while on vacation. While I herniated a disc, I had a ton of preexisting conditions that complicated everything. I am a lawyer and thought I could handle this but when the insurance company rejected my $15,000 settlement demand, I called a defense lawyer I knew in Redmond for a recommendation and without hesitation recommended Tim. I hired him and he and his Assistant, Julie, took over everything. 6 months later I had my deposition (where I thought I did poorly) but a month later Tim had secured a $300,000 policy limits offer!! No IME. I did not have surgery. It was an absolutely wonderful result. The best I could have hoped for. Hire Tim. You want the best on your side.

Mike has represented me and various family members of mine for a number of things over the last decade, starting with my divorce from my first husband in 2008. He has always given my family and I his honest opinion and assessment of our case, even when we don't like the answer we receive. I was rear-ended a couple of years ago. I called Dean Heiling's office for advice on settlement and closing my claim with the insurance company. Attorney Kuhlman has a strong eye for detail and organization and an amazing ability to process large volumes of information extremely quickly. He combined these abilities with his exceptional legal-writing, superior research and excellent analytical skills in order to compose the winning briefs, motions and arguments that he used for my case.
His calm demeanor and exemplary gift in public speaking was clearly seen in his representation of me before various courts and judges (including the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Appellate Courts) with utter professionalism and expertise, which also helped him to gain the upper-hand in court and in the winning of my case.

I was in a relatively unique situation involving a car accident and was being held financially responsible, although I didn't believe I was solely at fault. I wasn't sure if it was even worth trying to fight. During the initial consultation, Mr. Leonard did a great job of listening, asking the right questions, and informing me of all of the possible outcomes. He was also clear about what his approach would be, and I left feeling like I had a clear idea of how he was planning to proceed.
I decided to hope for the best and hired him to handle the case. He kept me up to date on the progress of the case and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process.
I was incredibly relieved and grateful when he won the case for me, as it saved me quite a bit of money. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Leonard to any of my friends or family, and would use his services again should I ever find myself in a similar situation (although I'll cross my fingers that never happens :-)

Who says that lawyers can't be good people?
The first time I hired Scott was for a traffic infraction that I didn't have time to deal with. He did a great job of keeping me updated and keeping me from having to be bothered at all by the process.
The next time I called him, was for an auto accident where the claim process was dragged out by the other person's insurance company forever. Mr Leonard again kept me in the loop without letting anyone involved bother me about any of it.
I will never delete Scott's number from my phone and will never hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Kathleen has made my nightmare of an experience much easier. My soon to be ex who adopted my daughter as a step parent changed his mind about being responsible for her once our marraige dissolved. Nobody knew how to handle this. I called so many lawyers. Kathleen was the first lawyer that did. Tom represented me after a bad car accident. I had injuries that required surgery and several months of physical therapy, and was also in the process of moving and starting a new job when the accident happened. Tom served as a kind and patient adviser during a stressful time.
When my medical insurance repeatedly billed me in error for treatment related to the accident, Tom's firm was able to resolve the issue and get my insurance to bill my PIP plan instead.
He negotiated the best possible injury settlement in my case in spite of low policy limits. The driver who caused the accident was covered by a notoriously cheap and difficult insurance company, and I doubt I would have received a settlement without a persistent and competent lawyer.
Tom was respectful of my priorities, in particular making sure that my settlement agreement was not harmful to the passengers in my car, who were close friends of mine who were pursing their own settlement from the at-fault driver's insurance.
Because of the policy limits involved in my case, it was never going to make a lot of money for Tom's firm, but they still provided me with excellent and thorough representation.

I hired David to defend a contested restraining order that I had petitioned on an abusive person in my life, successfully. I had spoken with several offices prior to our initial phone call. Some wanted me to put down a substantial retainer before I even got to speak with one of their lawyers, some seemed eager to have me pay a relatively inexpensive rate for a quick sale on a newer/inexperienced attorney, and some needed to charge me a few hundred for the initial consultation. A couple of others gave me a free consultation but it didnt seem that they had a niche in the particular type of restraining order I had petitioned. While I respect that there are myriad business models out there, David's appealed to me because his initial consultation was free to hear me out (before I knew that I wanted to hire him), he immediately spoke with competence and wisdom regarding the particulars of my case, and his "flat fee" model was unique and attractive. His price seemed fair in the end (I could have spent less, I could have spent more) but was well justified by his experience. The fact that this case may have been dragged out into additional hours was eased by me knowing that I would never be charged for anything extra regardless of how long it took. It is my understanding that many attorneys will nickel and dime you to hire them for additional "surprise" hours and may even lie/pressure you about the false need for it, but David (who is aware of the ill-perception of attorney practices) found a creative flat-fee solution to control for this. The flat-fee structure means that he sees the job through to the end regardless of how long it takes. You know that one honest mechanic that you recommend to all of your peers because it seems that every other one out there has a history of trying to sell you extra services that you didnt need but were naive about? Well David can well be compared to that honest mechanic but for the world of lawyers. He seemed to have had an "indie" vibe to him as opposed to the mainstream giant law office lawyers I had interviewed prior to. Regardless, he was able to be confrontational to my opponent as I needed him to be and very knowledgeable. Its clear that even though I strongly considered being self-represented (which David even suggested that I reasonably could and didnt *need* to hire anyone), my case was stronger because I had him fighting it for me. The numerous amounts of evidence I had were more organized and presented to a stronger effect much to the chagrin of my opponent. I'll say it again: his price structure and business model give him more integrity than other lawyers since it removes the incentive for billing for additional "surprise" hours. There isnt any real way for him to take advantage of his clients this way and I think that that's worth its weight on its own.
