From the moment Attorney Menzer took my case — auto accident, medical and other costs pursued by the other driver — I felt that I was in good hands. He was professional and pleasant, knowledgeable so that I knew from the start what the likely outcome would be as well as the appropriate paths that would be taken to reach that outcome. We had a complicated case concerning a nursing home, so we went to several lawyers concerning this case. We were not impressed by any of them. Not until we met Matt Menzer that we knew instantly that he was the cream of the crop. He was by far the best!! Matt was extraordinarily intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, and also very likable. He was a good listener, communicator, and he explained things in a way that we could grasp and understand. If you want a team of attorneys that is going to take care of you, fight for you, handle the massive amounts of paperwork, phone calls, appointments, payments etc. etc. I highly recommend GLP attorneys. I was in a motorcycle accident that was not my fault and was immediately nickel and dimed by the at fault parties insurance. I got in touch with Cydney and her team and they got after it for me. Case closed in less then a year, exceeding payout expectation. I cannot recommend them enough.

If you’re in doubt, just call Dubin Law. I was hit by an SUV as a pedestrian that caused a traumatic brain injury and they were absolutely indispensable in helping me recover. Coming back from all my injuries to this capacity wouldn’t have been possible without them. They stressed my physical wellness and took care of all the legal headaches I hadn’t any bandwidth for and I’m so grateful they did.
My lawyers Betsylew and Josh were personable, courteous and very effective. After talking to lawyers from other firms, my introductory meeting with Josh made hiring them an easy decision. Mr. Dubin seemed like a good guy with a brilliant smile. I only met him in passing. My caseworkers were always on point and never let me hang. The office manager Vivian Wang is one of my favorite people. Beyond being a tremendous human being, she went out of her way to make sure I was ok. I lost my mind and wasn’t for a while, but her check-ins sometimes made all the difference. That lady is brilliant and her kindness is something I’ll forget. She makes the world a better place. Her office runs amazingly. Everyone communicates on a high level and always keeps their word.
If you’re injured, please take good care and look after yourself. If you’re not versed in law, please consider not shouldering the legal burden on top of recovering. I couldn’t have managed and advocated for myself. Jim became involved with my case when we were forced to go to trial after attempts to settle with an unreasonable defense attorney and insurance company who I was battling. Back in the early or mid-1980’s, I was one of eight apartment owners who sued the local County for requiring that all property owners in the entire local area connect their property to the new sewer system and stop using the existing, approved and functioning on-site septic systems.
Attorney Steve Crane sued on behalf of Eight Apartment Complex owners and won! I was one of Steve's clients with my apartment complex of 28 units in that lawsuit against the County to not hook-up to the County sewer system. Steve’s argument was that the Local Improvement District that the County adopted stated that everyone in that area of the County must hook-up to the new sewer system and by doing so each property would have an increase in value thereby supporting the County’s argument requiring all property owners to hook-up to the sewer system. However, Steve, along with testimony and documentation from the eight apartment owner’s, Steve proved that tenants don’t care where their sewage goes once they flush; they will never pay more for the sewage going down to a County Sewer System rather than it going to an on-site septic system. As long as it flushes and the sewage goes down the drain, no one would pay any increased rents based on those facts. Additionally, since sewers would likely bring new apartments with more competition to the existing owners who would likely have to reduce rents to stay competitive with the new construction; thereby actually lowering the value of our apartment buildings.
Steve’s arguments won. I avoided paying the approximately $28,000 in sewer hookup fees to the County sewer assessment, plus I avoided the costs of tearing up my lawns and existing septic system to put new pipes to the sewer system in the street; estimated savings at about another $28,000. With the time value of money, the approximately $56,000 at an inflation rate of just 3% would be equal to approximately $165,000 today! However, the biggest factor is the right to continue use of the on-site septic system thereby avoiding us from paying the on-going, monthly sewer fees of $19.00 per month per apartment unit or $532 per month for my 28 unit complex. In Today’s dollars, Steve Crane’s lawsuit saved us approximately another $405,000 in monthly sewer service fees! So Steve Crane saved me about $600,000 over these past years.

I was injured when I was rear ended by another car. I sustained a concussion and neck trauma. Because of the concussion, I was not mentally functioning very well. GLP Attorney's was recommended by both my doctor and massage therapist. They could see that I was not functioning well. The other person's insurance company was pressuring me to fill out forms and sign them. I couldn't even think clearly to make simple decisions. So, I and my husband met with Cydney to discuss what was happening. Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine what I would have done without her help and support. I ended up getting treatment and help all the way through this ordeal. Because of Cydney's help and support, I did not have to deal with the other insurance company.
