If you are looking for a construction attorney, Charles Krawczyk will be your BEST choice! Our previous attorney was a nightmare with no communication, no solutions, no experience, just a lot of bills. I was getting ready to file divorce preceedings and I got Rhett's name from another attorney friend of mine. I was instantly put at ease and even though divorce is a painfull and very emotional thing to go through, Rhett helped me look at things logically and make good decisions concerning the divorce, He also helped with another legal matter that popped up and helped me out of a bind. Andrew was a huge help with my case, and a big relief on my stress level. Every interaction I had with him it was clear that he legitimately cared about helping me. He meticulously went through my paperwork, and he pushed my court date to a year later. That gave me time to get my drivers license issues resolved with the DMV. Before my court date, he negotiated a lesser degree of charge. This made my fine 1/3 of what it would have been and my license did not have to be suspended. Andrew is a good man who will do what needs to be done aggressively and with knowledge of the law.

Since I had met Mr. Havran during business and community activities a few years ago, it was easy to choose him to represent me and file my divorce. In the last two years, I retained two lawyers in California for my divorce, one in South Carolina to purchase a home, and two in Florida when I was the guardian of my uncle due to his Alzheimer's disease. At the time, I was inclined to agree with the country song about not letting lawyers into heaven, but that was before I met Andrew Havran. Andrew came highly recommended from my accountant. He was local, accessible, and highly knowledgeable. Andrew spent two days with me working on my will and power of attorney. He made sure that my wishes were fulfilled while making sure my needs were met, and he did it for the fixed fee he had quoted me up front. While we were working on my will, a farmer in overalls came in to the office and thanked him profusely for saving the family farm. True story.Andrew is a family man who cares and always has time to take my calls without trying to nickel and dime me. I would recommend him to anyone in the Greenville-Spartanburg area, or anywhere in South Carolina, for that matter. I would suggest that he change his photo as it makes him look like a tough cookie. Maybe that is his courtroom face. I will continue to use Andrew Havran for any legal matter I may have in the future. He is a wonderful human being and a great attorney.

John Townsend Cooper is an exceptional Mari-Time attorney, which always had my best interest at the forefront of all things in my case. While I can't really speak of other cases but through the time we spent together, I can say that I feel I gained a friend through this experience that I was going through. John townsend cooper was very punctual, honest, well spoken even when situations were not so pleasent. John is also a very easy going, mild mannered man that showed me that that he's very tolerable with some unruly characters, even when I got a little outta hand, he has ways to shine a light of a calmer voice of compasion and very understanding that always seemed to bring a brighter side to what sometimes seemed difficult situations at the time. I contacted Mr. Richardson on a weekend. First he gets points for being available during a weekend! Secondly, he was very polite and listened to everything I had to say. He gave me more than enough information and his consultation was free. He is very experienced and well versed in his field. He took my case right away and went straight into action. He ended up settling everything in less than a week's time. I've never had to utilize an attorney before and wasn't sure what to expect. He stayed in contact with me and keep me up to date throughout the entire process, which was highly appreciated. Yes, the sticker price of his services aren't cheap, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for", and Mr. Richardson was worth every penny. I had a very unpleasant experience with another local divorce attorney in the Charleston area. After finagling firing that attorney, I brought my case to Autumn and Cortney (one of her paralegals). They not only reassured me that they could get things wrapped up efficiently and they did just that. While she is a relatively new lawyer, she works with an experienced team of very well respected attorneys, including Tiffany Provence and David Causey. Gerald and his team were so organized and his expert witnesses were so good that he won the biggest verdict ever in Hall County, GA., according to Jakob Medley's grandmother. Jakob needed a breathing tube when he was born, but it took eight minutes for the hospital to supply one, and he was born terribly brain injured. The $8.5 million the jury awarded showed they agreed the hospital was at fault. Jakob's grandmother now will have the financial means to give him the best life possible. She has nothing but praise for Gerald and would recommend him to anyone.

I've been thoroughly impressed with Zandra. She made me feel like I was her only client when I was with her working on my custody case which was different than lawyers in the past. I trusted her with my case and to be able to bring me the best outcome. I've seen lawyers in the past make clients feel that but they ask for something in court that they can get that result just because they want it. She fought for me but didn't sugar coat and make me believe I could get things that I wouldn't be able to get because the judge is still a person too as well as an opposing side that wants things their way. After careful review of the details of my case Mr. Shaffer decided to take it. He was straightforward and didn't tell me things that he thought I wanted to hear. If I could rate Mr. Shaffer as a 6 star I would do so. In March of 2017, I was charged with two felony counts of Domestic violence of a high and agervated nature. Obviously I highly disagreed with what I was facing. So I hired Tristan Shaffer, after several meetings with other lawyers. From day one he was one of the most understanding and open minded person I've met In my life, he sees both sides of your situation. He was always available if I needed to ask questions, or if I was concerned about something, there were also a couple of weekends that I was able to contact him, from what I have researched that's very rare for an attorney to be available over the weekend. He obviously worked his tail off for my case because He was able to get one of the 2 charges I had completely dismissed which then left me with 1 high and aggravated nature at that time, he was able to get that charge dropped to a second degree assault and battery which is a misdemeanor. I was looking at a 40 year sentence With the 2 original charges combined. He is a straight to the point aggressive lawyer in the courtroom who makes very good points and is able to backup his research and is always prepared , And from what I witnessed I saw that he also had good relationships with the prosecutors of the state which to me is very important, I cannot thank Mr. Shaffer enough, he was great with my family as well as with me.
