I called the law firm where Ken Minio practices. I told the woman who answered that I was rear ended in a car accident. She took information down and placed me on hold. Ken Minio came on the line and talked with me for about 30 minutes. He is super intelligent, so confident, very outgoing and a really personable person. He explains things so well and is so upfront and honest about everything. I called three well-known Atty practices that run commercials constantly on tv and they would not let me speak to an Atty. They wanted to send an investigator out and have me sign papers. Ken Minio came right to the phone and made me immediately feel comfortable and at ease talking with him. I'm not looking any further. I found the attorney who I'm going to hire. Give him a call. You will be as impressed as I am.

I cannot say enough good things about Sheila. As her client, Sheila guided me through 2 cases and she was absolutely amazing. If you can describe a situation being amazing in this regards. My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed. I would recommend him to any individual or business. He possesses a vast knowledge base and experience level in many different areas of the law.

My case was already complicated by the time I met Attorney J. Dan Clark. He successfully settled my case in mediation and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Marcus Fernandez is a top notch attorney. I hired him for an injury case. He went above and beyond my expectations. He would keep me posted on my case often, via phone calls, since my schedule didn't all time for a face to face. He was willing to incorporate my time into his schedule.
One thing I have to say is that he asked me one question. "What do you expect to get out of this suit financially" he said to take a week and honestly think about it. Well I did just that. Now I could have thrown out a number and that would have been it. But I took his advice and listed all the specific details. Every night I was up in pain all night. All the days I missed work, family finances that occurred from this incident. I wrote the list so specific that I came down to every penny that I felt was owed to me, and details as to why.
Mr. Fernandez called me and said that with all his experience he never had someone do that. Normally they would come up with a number and that was that. I said well you asked me to really think about it and be specific. Well that's what I did.
The next step was the deposition, in which he did explain to me how difficult they defense would be and he would correct. He prepped me for just that.
One thing I have to say is that at first I went with a "popular" law firm Morgan & Morgan, because of their popularity. And they dropped the ball on my case. I learned that it's not about the person with Morgan & Morgan. You're just a number there. But with Fernandez you're an individual who matters.
Bottom line we won the case and he did get the amount I wanted and felt was fare. He was amazing and I would recommend him 100%.

I was impressed with the degree to which he knows the area of PIP/No-Fault law and fights for his clients to get paid from their predatory insurance companies who don't want to pay. He represents doctors and health care providers who get stiffed by insurance companies, so he's busy.
The insurance companies hate him so much, they have targeted him online with these fake "reviews" and other smears. This is the "tort-deform" groups that are ruining Florida.
