I used Kevin back in 2004 for an accident case out of Sarasota County. The trial in case took quite a while but that’s expected. Kevin was absolutely amazing and did an in-depth thorough job. He kept me updated all along the way and it all paid off in the end, literally, I highly recommend Kevin Woods for any type of Cases that he practices. I really don’t think you could find a better attorney anywhere around in Southwest Florida, including Morgan and Morgan. If you’ve been involved in any kind of an accident whatsoever, make sure you hire this man because you won’t find any better.

Jason and Tara were both amazing through the entire process. Going through a divorce is hard enough, and adding in custody issues makes it even harder. I needed an attorney for my Son who was faced with a very serious case. I was very doubtful because of previous representation for my Son. Mr. Scriven was very professional he made me feel like he understood my concerns as a parent but deep down inside I felt like we do not know each other so how can he understand my pain for my Son. I hired Bryant Scriven on a few different cases within the past 6 years, he is an awesome lawyer ! All the cases he handled for me.....let's just say I walked out the courtroom satisfied. The last case he handled for me he got my felony dropped down to a misdemeanor,got me probation, went and filed for my early termination of probation after I violated probation and I was released with the judge telling me go be the nurse that he know I can be.Thanks so much Bryant for all your work over the years.

i meet bryant 10 months ago . i was referred to by a friend of mines . i was giving his cell number which he picked up on the first call during business hours . he asked me about my case and other chargers ive had in the past . he listened to everything and took note before i even hired him . upon hiring him we meet up spoke more and he told me how much it would cost me for his services. i payed him half he took my case. he was great with letting me know everything there was to know about the case before every court date . he was always on time to court and honest to the fullest . i was very happy with THE services he provided and have already recommended him to family and friends . best lawyer in the tampa bay area . i couldnt be more satisfied . you cant find to many lawyers out there thats not just about the money but acually concerned about his clients and willing to do what it takes to get the case resolved in a timely fashion .

READ THIS AND CHECK OTHER REVIEWS.. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.

Honestly, the best lawyer, I’ve had the experience of working with, & I’ve had quite a few! Very professional always there for you 100%, answers the phone unless he’s in court. Probably should have billed me for a therapist fee because while I was going through my tribulations he was always there for me to talk to, and vent to! I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

I have had an old uncleared case that at some point had to be taken care of. I‘ve received a recommendation to contact Mr. Souza with this problem. And I have to say - it was the best decision! Mr. Souza called me back very fast, even though I live in Europe now. He took a lot of time to listen to me and every detail of my trouble. He was very professional and at the same time really friendly and pleasant to talk to, and it’s very important when you are going to trust someone with some very private details from your life ( or past life). Straight away I had a good feeling about my new attorney! We did everything with the help of emails and phone calls. I didn’t have to worry about anything, because Mr. Souza has done everything on my behalf, and no other attorney could represent me more perfectly, than this lawyer! After 4 months "representing" Alan told me Ford motor company was "ignoring us"...so now we are going to have to sue them. Well I thought that was what you were doing??? Then one inspector looked at my recalled Ford Fusion which rolled over my leg said I must have gotten out of a moving car. Clearlythe recall showed car would be placed in PARK and roll. The three plants involved in the recall issue were available through auto paperwork. My Ford Fusion was manufactured in Mexico at that specific time. I found Wagner impotent for my case . Waste of time on a solid case. DNR.

Robert and his staff have been nothing but professional and efficient! They will definitely show the experience they have. Prior to Robert sparks I had a console that in 3 years I wasn’t getting anywhere and going on 4 years of not seeing my son. My experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for services, he failed to deliver on multiple promises. I specifically hired him to negotiate with a collection agency to reduce costs or establish a payment plan, but no progress was made. When I asked him to file a motion with the court, he initially agreed but later refused after receiving payment. Unfortunately, I received no assistance or meaningful results, leaving me to handle the matter on my own. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking reliable, honest or effective representation.

I would recommend Frank Papa for your legal needs. I had filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy with him and once I had completed my bankruptcy my mortgage company tried to add some pre-bankruptcy fees to my account. I tried to handle it myself but was not getting anywhere with the company. I contacted Frank who handled my case and he went right to work settling this matter. He showed compassion, understanding and most of concerned I was going through this. He is very knowledgeable of the laws and fought for me the “little guy” to resolve this issue. John Castro expertly guided me through the toughest challenge of my life. Earlier this year, a deeply troubled person I made the mistake of befriending fabricated serious felony accusations against me, both with the police and in a civil case.
For whatever twisted motive, the accuser wanted to inflict maximum damage as quickly as possible and even hired a seasoned attorney and a state-funded advocate to pressure the police to make an early arrest and to convince the judge to prematurely rule on the civil case. Either scenario would have cost me my job. Luckily, I had the three most important things on my side: the truth, faith and John.
Thanks to John's encyclopedic legal knowledge and his invaluable experience as a former prosecutor, he helped avoid an arrest and defered the ruling on the civil case until the criminal investigation was complete. I can't emphasize enough that an arrest alone would have cost me my job. This was critical.
6 months after the initial accusations, indisputable forensic and video evidence fully exonerated me. The detective filed the case as unfounded.
Yet despite the overwhelming evidence, the accuser insisted on pursuing the civil case. I guess it was important to keep the lie going, and apparently not too much evidence is needed to convince a judge to rule against someone in a civil case.. There was a trial. John was brilliant. I was Involved in a car accident in accident in May of 2018 in St. Petersburg FL where a car ran the stop sign and I ran into him. I injured my neck and back. I called Armando and his team. He was able to meet with me personally and right away and he's never hard to get a hold of. He helped me find medical care to help me with my injuries. Once I got better the insurance company didn't want to pay me for my injuries. Armando and his team had to file suit and take the insurance company and the other driver to court. Mr. Gonzalez has been there for me fighting my paternal rights as a dad. Mr. Gonzalez has help me get 40 % with my child.
