I would recommend Frank Papa for your legal needs. I had filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy with him and once I had completed my bankruptcy my mortgage company tried to add some pre-bankruptcy fees to my account. I tried to handle it myself but was not getting anywhere with the company. I contacted Frank who handled my case and he went right to work settling this matter. He showed compassion, understanding and most of concerned I was going through this. He is very knowledgeable of the laws and fought for me the “little guy” to resolve this issue. Frank Papi what an incredible and Christian Human Being he is..Would recommend him and already have to other friends...Our first phone call was actually after hours and we talked a long time and Frank knew i was upset and felt bad about filing Bankruptcy he assured me everything would be ok..we then talked about possibly recouping what money i spent monthly in programs to pay off my credit cards which never happened...I was Blessed to have found him and the Robert Geller Firm because Frank did recoup all of my money which to me was a miracle... I recently retained John to represent me in a domestic violence case. I had no prior incidents and no understanding of the legal aspects involved. I had a favorable outcome in court, and now I can work on putting this behind me. I needed to find a good lawyer to help me to fight against a problematic neighbor that has lied to the Court, obtaining a legal injunction against me. John was extremely professional and competent and, right before the judge hearing, he managed to discuss with this neighbor the case and the repercussions of her inconsequent actions. After John’s intervention, the case became much simpler and basically resumed into the preparation of a legal letter. Before meeting John, I had contacted other lawyers that wanted to charge twice as much as John, also suggesting much more complicated legal strategies. John Castro expertly guided me through the toughest challenge of my life. Earlier this year, a deeply troubled person I made the mistake of befriending fabricated serious felony accusations against me, both with the police and in a civil case.
For whatever twisted motive, the accuser wanted to inflict maximum damage as quickly as possible and even hired a seasoned attorney and a state-funded advocate to pressure the police to make an early arrest and to convince the judge to prematurely rule on the civil case. Either scenario would have cost me my job. Luckily, I had the three most important things on my side: the truth, faith and John.
Thanks to John's encyclopedic legal knowledge and his invaluable experience as a former prosecutor, he helped avoid an arrest and defered the ruling on the civil case until the criminal investigation was complete. I can't emphasize enough that an arrest alone would have cost me my job. This was critical.
6 months after the initial accusations, indisputable forensic and video evidence fully exonerated me. The detective filed the case as unfounded.
Yet despite the overwhelming evidence, the accuser insisted on pursuing the civil case. I guess it was important to keep the lie going, and apparently not too much evidence is needed to convince a judge to rule against someone in a civil case.. There was a trial. John was brilliant. The ruling was in our favor. Thank you John Castro.

I was Involved in a car accident in accident in May of 2018 in St. Petersburg FL where a car ran the stop sign and I ran into him. I injured my neck and back. I called Armando and his team. He was able to meet with me personally and right away and he's never hard to get a hold of. He helped me find medical care to help me with my injuries. Once I got better the insurance company didn't want to pay me for my injuries. Armando and his team had to file suit and take the insurance company and the other driver to court. We were able to agree once the insurance company paid the maximum amount under the policy. Thank you Armando and team! You guys are great!

In August 2020, I hired Mr. Marlowe to help me fight a fraudulent lien placed on my home which was filed few days prior to signing papers to sell it. Per his advice, I placed a bond on the lien right away for $5,668.69 & was able to sell my home. We were planning on taking the person who placed the lien to court but he killed himself before we could. We acted fast & filed a lien contestment, which wasn't responded to for obvious reasons. I requested my bond back, filed all the correct paperwork and didn't received my check. This was going on over the course of 7 months time, back and forth with the clerks office and their mistakes! Over the next several months Mr. Marlowe & his team work continuously to get my money back, even going to court on my behalf, all this time NOT charging me a cent. SInce the original case against the person wasn't ever brought to court Mr. Marlowe and his team still continued to fight for me because he said it was the right thing to do. After 10 months of hearings, filings, phone calls and emails him and his team sent, received, appeared in, I received my check! To this day he hasn't asked me for a penny. I would never have gotten through all this without Ronald Marlowe & his team. I would recommend them to anyone!

Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK.
The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family.
The thing that also stands out is how hard he worked for us in getting our claim settled for the amount he said he was going to get. Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. The attorney I used was Brett Kurland and he and his whole staff are just simply incredible. From the second, I made the phone call to the office to inquire about using their services. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough. I can’t express how important that is when you make a phone call and they call you back in two seconds. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with Berneese and Angie are the case managers, who take care of all the research information. Mr. Gonzalez has been there for me fighting my paternal rights as a dad. Mr. Gonzalez has help me get 40 % with my child. He has done alot with this case even it took a while, but I was hanging in and Melissa always kept my family up to date on how the case was coming. Regina was my saving grace. I thought I could handle on my own what was supposed to be an "uncontested" case. Long story, short, the case was contested and I ended up being strung along, but I was just not strong enough to manage the situation. Things only escalated and were getting worse after each interaction. I finally gained enough confidence to do what I should have done in the first place - hire a skilled attorney who was not afraid to go the distance if it were necessary. I was surprised at how quickly things got resolved after Regina took over and laid out the path necessary if the case were to go to trial. I just wish I would have hired her sooner. If I could give Eilam 10 stars I would. Eilam was the second attorney to represent me in my 2nd DUI case. I wish I would have hired him from the start. He represented my husband in a DUI arrest last year and won it quickly. He represented my sister in a drinking and driving accident where he got that thrown out as well. Being the first time going through a bankruptcy process, Mr. Moral and his team of expert made the entire process looks very easy. Everything was explained in detail in a very personal way and high level of respect and professionalism. The team is bilingual which helped me and my wife to attend meetings in our own language (spanish) and satisfy our doubts and concerns. Mr. Miller came to us by way of recommendation from a public adjuster. Our case involved an insurance company that offered to settle our claim from damages resulting from a collapsed sewer line and subsequent flooding of 1/3 of our small home. Carpeting, base boards, sheetrock in 2 bedrooms, wall and floor tile, base boards, sheetrock, a shower and a tub in 2 separate bathrooms, all compromised by sewer water, brought an offer of $2000 to settle from the insurance company. We hired a public adjuster who helped us enormously and we got another $6000. Our adjuster said we now needed a really good attorney. He suggested we contact Gary L. Miller. After 2 years of complex litigation, I was beginning to think the legal system in Hillsborough County Florida was a complete joke. After discussing the situation with Tom Scarritt, I realized my legal team of 3 mishandled certain aspects of the case. Since they were with a large statewide firm, this was a tough pill to swallow. There were 2 trials involved in my case. My original team blew the first part of case by mishandling the trial. I fired the original team and engaged Tom Scarritt.
Tom took my bleak situation and completely reversed the tide . At the end of the second trial , the judge told my opponent her assertions of value due her were ridiculous. While no one should be expected to work miracles, Tom Scarritt was able to take our situation to a successful conclusion given our difficult position. Had I employed Tom in the beginning, I am convinced the outcome would have been a complete success. Litigation is a minefield of rules and legal positioning . Tom knows the system inside and out having taught trial lawyers and I recommend him to anyone with a large case.
