I was in a terrible car accident and I thought that things were going to go from bad to worse. Then Chris Denmon and his team stepped in. We rejects the insurance companies low-ball offer (botenough to even fix my car let alone my medical bills) and the team and Denmon Injury Law really came to play. Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK.
The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family.
The thing that also stands out is how hard he worked for us in getting our claim settled for the amount he said he was going to get. This review is not to make things all about the final amount by any means, but to know that we had someone representing us, that was not backing down from the other person's insurance company was so appreciated and the exact reason you hire an attorney. There was never a time that he was not confident in how things would settle. He always gave us the confidence that things would work out, and that we would be made whole again. And that is exactly what he delivered. There was not a time during the entire year plus, working with Brett and his firm, that we felt like we were "losing" or that things were not going to go our way. He even battled our doctors offices and physical therapists that were trying to over charge for services. He saved us THOUSANDS in medical bills. Once again, just confirming that we had made the right decision in retaining Brett and his team.

Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. The attorney I used was Brett Kurland and he and his whole staff are just simply incredible. From the second, I made the phone call to the office to inquire about using their services. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough. I can’t express how important that is when you make a phone call and they call you back in two seconds. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with Berneese and Angie are the case managers, who take care of all the research information. The two of them are the sweetest, nicest, kindest people and so personable that each time I had to call I felt like I was speaking to my sister. I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.

I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.
