Being the first time going through a bankruptcy process, Mr. Moral and his team of expert made the entire process looks very easy. Mr. Alex Serrano is Absolutely what anyone going through legal matters would want in their lawyer. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my situation. Mr. Miller came to us by way of recommendation from a public adjuster. Our case involved an insurance company that offered to settle our claim from damages resulting from a collapsed sewer line and subsequent flooding of 1/3 of our small home. Carpeting, base boards, sheetrock in 2 bedrooms, wall and floor tile, base boards, sheetrock, a shower and a tub in 2 separate bathrooms, all compromised by sewer water, brought an offer of $2000 to settle from the insurance company. We hired a public adjuster who helped us enormously and we got another $6000. Our adjuster said we now needed a really good attorney. He suggested we contact Gary L. Miller. We did and it was the best move we could have made. Mr. Miller gained 10's of thousands in settlement for us, and we are now restoring our home properly. Thank you Gary, for restoring our hope.

After 2 years of complex litigation, I was beginning to think the legal system in Hillsborough County Florida was a complete joke. After discussing the situation with Tom Scarritt, I realized my legal team of 3 mishandled certain aspects of the case. Since they were with a large statewide firm, this was a tough pill to swallow. There were 2 trials involved in my case. My original team blew the first part of case by mishandling the trial. I fired the original team and engaged Tom Scarritt.
Tom took my bleak situation and completely reversed the tide . At the end of the second trial , the judge told my opponent her assertions of value due her were ridiculous. While no one should be expected to work miracles, Tom Scarritt was able to take our situation to a successful conclusion given our difficult position. Had I employed Tom in the beginning, I am convinced the outcome would have been a complete success. Litigation is a minefield of rules and legal positioning . Tom knows the system inside and out having taught trial lawyers and I recommend him to anyone with a large case.

I got into a horrific rear-end car accident in Sept of 2020 and immediately hired an attorney. That attorney after handling my case for 2.5 years recommended I accept the top offer being made by the insurance company of $37,500. Something didn’t seem right and thats when a friend referred me to Max. I had an initial consultation with him and instantly knew I was in good hands. I quickly fired my old attorney and hired Max. Within 1 month of taking my case, he filed a lawsuit and within 1 year he settled my case for $375,000. Not only did he attend all the depositions and take my case to mediation, but he made sure I got the medical care that I needed. I don’t usually trust anyone, but I truly felt like I could trust Max with my case. Years ago I had a dream vacation of mine cut short and ruined by a negligent hotel infested with bed bugs. They wouldn’t give me a refund whatsoever even after cutting my trip short because they wouldn’t work with me to get transferred to another location! I didn’t know what to do and after a google search, found him, and he absolutely crushed them and made my really awful vacation into something that was actually nice. Dan is one of the friendliest lawyers I have met, and I know a lot of them because I am an attorney myself. When I got into a car accident I didn't know what to do. Insurance companies wanted statements, my car was totaled, I was in pain, I didn't know how to proceed. Marie is an exceptional human being, and the greatest lawyer you will ever find. When our house flooded over two years ago, we didn’t know what to do. Our house was destroyed, insurance denied our claim, my newborn baby was ill from the water/mold damage, and I was lost. It was such a dark time. I didn’t know where to go, what to do, or who to talk to. All I knew is that I needed to leave my home to keep my child in a safe environment, and that my house needed to be completely gutted and rebuilt. But where to begin? How could I afford it? Why wasn’t insurance doing what I paid for? I didn’t know how to answer ANY of those questions. Marie was like a knight in shining legal armor. At no upfront cost, she not only went to bat for me against my homeowner’s insurance, but she also helped me navigate where to go, who to talk to, and in what order to start tackling the demolition/reconstruction of my house. She was there with my family every step of the way. She communicated, even if there was nothing to say. She got angry with me, she got angry FOR me.
