I just wanted to personally thank Kyler McCarty for his expertise and help he rendered to me when my company was struggling to a substantial debt from another business. Kyler never made me feel inferior or that I was just a number. He looked at the challenges facing my company and helped guide and direct me to get a quick result that I was not able to do myself after months of trying to do so. One of the great things about Kyler is his ability to use the resources around him. Often lawyers come acrossed as know-it-alls, but Kyler was different. WOW what to say about this law firm. How about every lawyer joke written!?!? These guys are liars, unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant to any one that isn't rich or part of their clubs, and will play the victim card when it suits them after being tone deaf to your situation. I hired them when I was out of state working, and was a telephone client only and didn't, they didn't have the respect to have me come into the office when I got back into the state a week later. Don't do that!!!! You have to show up to these guys office and look them in the eyes for them to probably take you seriously. They will do the typical Utah bubble state attit of taking your politeness for being weak and don't realize the other side of you is a monster that has been pushed to the edge by the very family that you are asking for their help to fight. I gave them a specific 6 week time line of being in Utah between jobs and they assured me that they could get things started. Had to call them 2 weeks of being in state, which took 2-3 and talking to different guys named John, so confusing later on when trying to find the right lawyer. Talked to John 2 great conversation and gave me hope and was excited that I hired these guys. Told me he would call me the next day Friday or Monday. Took off for 3 weeks without saying a word. Called a week later figuring things got busy. Called in look for John? On a Friday. Told me John1 leaves for half day Friday. Email John?1/2, tells me he is dealing with a family emergency and call me Monday. Next Friday write an email asking what's up, and the phone call, told again next Monday. Tuesday call the law firm to find out John2 is who I am dealing with and he is out of state for a family emergency and he will back Friday continues for another week. The last week I have in town John2 calls and the first minute I can tell I was getting the brush off after being ghosted for 4 weeks. During the conversation he twisted and was tone deaf to my 16 years of being broke and on the verge of suicide trying to deal with my family in a civil and orderly way that society says you should try first instead of having to sue your family, so you can still have a family after all the dust is settled. Even after the 2 most abusive people in my family died suddenly of mysterious natural causes that can only be explained as irony of the universe. The abuse continues by aunts and uncles. But how do you deal with a family that lies, cheats and steals from each other my whole life. The Arrogance of these lawyers made me want to show up and scream in their face so they would actually listen to me as a customer/client. It took everything not to the last week not to show up. I wanted to go back to work.

I did a lot of research and calls while searching for a lawyer. Once I spoke with Isaac, I knew he was going to be the one I hired. He was immediately interested in my case and asked all the questions the other lawyers didn't. He truly made me feel like he cared about my situation and his goal was for things to end in my best interest. It was a long process, but he and Kellie kept me updated as much as they could. Isaac was knowledgeable and efficient, he did everything he could to provide me the best service at the best cost. 10/10 recommend and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We reached out to Brady when our grandson found himself needing representation for some charges during a traffic stop. Brady was recommended by our family lawyer and friends in LE. He and his office took a genuine interest in our family, reassured us, and gave some tough love when needed by our grandson. But every step of the way, Brady represented his rights even though his actions got him in his predicament; Brady said his job was to ensure that procedures were followed and that he was not unjustly prosecuted. Ultimately the issue was resolved to everyone’s satisfaction and after nearly a year, it’s finally behind us. If you break the law obviously there are consequences, but you really need Mr. Brady Stuart in your corner. He and the office staff will remain on the Christmas card list for sure! Thank you for everything.

I contacted the Ault Firm at the beginning of my divorce. I had already filed papers on my own and they reviewed them for me during our free consultation. They suggested I simply continue on that track, because I was doing well enough...But to call them if I needed them. When I got cornered by the opposing party's legal counsel, Chris stepped in and handled my divorce case most professionally and with great courtesy. We had a brief court appearance, and the outcome, though divorce is never the desirable outcome, was the best that it could be. I highly recommend Ault Legal.

I went through the worst experience of my life and Cory Wall was there every step of the way. He helped me through a terribly vicious and excruciating divorce to the extent I will not discuss here, but involved criminal courts, family courts, lawsuits, evaluators, trial and so much more. Walter represented me in a medical malpractice case. My wife and I immediately felt good about him. He was always professional and polite. He was really good about educating us on the situation and explaining things for us in a way that didn't feel condescending at all. We settled the case before we went to trial and felt very good about everything Walter was able to do for us. I had a serious child sexual abuse case and I had tried to get someone to help me with saving my 3 children 1 boy 2 girls and it was I've if the hardest cases John had mentioned handling and said he's not had a case like mine cube in his office, that made me nervous however we just went into the office and explained our situation they have us some advice and we then took there advice did what they suggested to get a child protective order and then from there he fought to the end and backed the alleged perp into a corner to relinquish all of his rights of our children and he shockingly did. And my husband was able to adopt my children and free them from the hardest time of there life and won our case basically. We are still waiting for the charges against our perpetrator to be filed and give my children justice they deserve but if it wasn't for John Porter and Cassidy my kids would still be in a home where they were definitely not safe and we would still be trying to get someone to listen to us about what was going on in there grandparents/father's home. John Porter may be on the expensive side but he is worth it for the hard work and effort and fight he has as a lawyer to help you win. He's the best lawyer I've met and would recommend his office with Cassidy and the gals that work beside him they are all so amazing an put there heart into there jobs. Truly thankful

I don't usually write reviews, but thanks to Spencer Thomas, I'm a father who now has custody of my four children. Initially, Spencer met with me for a FREE consultation. I had already met with other attorneys, but I felt like Spencer listened to me. He took time to become familiar with my situation, and then presented several options or strategies on how to proceed. He kept me informed throughout the whole divorce process. The only reason I marked 4 stars rather than five, is because I felt like he could have responded to my emails a little bit sooner, but still responded to every one! If you are a father going through a divorce, Spencer Thomas is your guy.

I paid just around $3000 in attorney fees for 2 months of representation with no court appearances or filings… just emails with OC and phone calls without even meeting Mr. Hoyer in person. He quickly referred me to his subordinate counsel for several weeks. I received such a large bill through two months, I made a change immediately and was so glad that I did. When I requested correspondence between him and opposing counsel to try to substantiate some of the cost, he would not forward that to me. You may want to make that inquiry if you ever decide that you want to retain him as I feel, this is highly irregular and far from transparent when you are paying for his services. Mr. Hoyers office said they would only send emails to my new attorney if he requests them but, would not send them to me. I asked on multiple occasions for a 10 minute appointment with Mr. Hoyer to place a name to a face and shake a hand after spending thousands of dollars the first few weeks and during the first month and was told he was ill or on vacation and just given the run around or in court. I also paid the $300 initial one hour consultation, which was by phone and not in person. I will tell you that my experience was a couple years ago in 2022 and I have utilized five attorneys for business and real estate transactions that were FANTASTIC. Mr Hoyer not only did not place his client as first priority, but overcharged and was an inefficient in utilizing an associate inexperienced attorney to assist and charged and charged. He was not transparent and would not share communications ie emails between he and opposing counsel when I need to address my situation… when I retained my next attorney, his open book policy was to CC all communications which I found refreshing and exceptionally transparent. Do you due diligence here…my experience was challenging, costly and a nightmare.

Please find someone Else to Represent you in your case as I believe you regret it like I did. Not only do I feel I was told everything I wanted to hear from them in order to get my money when I left a review a while ago and it was a bad review obviously and how I felt I was contacted and told that he was gonna take me to court and drain me in court fees if I didn’t change my review. If this is The kind of gloss firm you would want that literally says they’ll drain you of money if you don’t leave them a good review. Well go for it now that I’m back in the state I welcome going to court if need be for me, expressing my opinion and my reviews.

He not only showed amazing professional skills as an attorney, but truly cared about my son and his life. His staff sent reminders to my son and myself for every court date, place and time.
