I had Bill Bray and Hope Boyles handle the closing for our home sale, and I have to say that it could not have been any easier. I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation. I was impressed with his organization, promptness, and his phone etiquette. He sent me links that I to access along with clear instructions on what to send and what to do. I had called 2 other firms and there was considerably lower professionalism and surprisingly their costs were considerably more. I do have my own experience with the levels of legal professionalism having occasionally served as an expert witness in malpractice suites. I highly recommend this firm.

Overall, Thomas is 100%. Watch out for last-minute deals when he gets you to sign something at the very last minute that he doesn’t warn you about they can actually define your reputation for the rest of your life. Don’t sign up for anything with Thomas until you get the fine letter print at least a week before you go to court because once you’re in court and you’re up against that…
Overall, he’s a great attorney, but at the last minute when you think everything is wrapped up and a pretty little package, he will disturb you and make you sign something that you wish you never had signed off on.

After checking w/ several firms, I finally decided to work with Calum concerning a VA speeding ticket I received on Christmas Day. When the others found out I had a CDL (altho not active) I felt they raised their prices to between $500-1500. Not only was Calum slightly less, but extremely proffessional & confident on keeping the pts off my previous clean driving record. There is lots of competition for this type of services in VA but I can highly recommend Calum Welch for anything similar to my situation. Extremely satisfied client.

I am a client of Ms. Quinn and paralegal Peg, and she won my case in settlement. I met Colleen from a referral of a referral. I was facing a hostile work environment because of my sexual orientation (I'm a gay pastor/Chaplain) at the Veteran Affairs Hospital. I filed a EEOC against the Veteran Affairs and won with Colleen leading the fight. She was costly for me, but was worth the risk. I say that not only in hindsight after winning the settlement, but I say this because I watched her advocate for me, with me, and I felt was with me throughout all of it. In my David and Goliath battle against the Federal Governement, Colleen and Peg picked up our little stones of my story and just like the story reveals, we won. I felt confident in her ability to help me navigate this. She also listened, like really listened, to the things that were impacting me and how they were impacting me. Also, Colleen allowed me to participate in my case and help keep my invoices as low as possible, too. I did research, wrote notes, worked on questions, organized my evidence. I was able to do all that while saving funds. I trusted her skill and training to take my non trained collection of things to be that things that she needed and she did so, expertly. On the documents for submission, she did her parts with such skill and precision. When interacting with opposing counsel and the judge, Colleen spoke with confidence and exerpertise. She was cool, calm, and a ninja. But most of all, Colleen and Peg believed in me. Being a gay, married, pastor in a christiandom that will constantly reject, including family, Colleen and Peg became my family, my believers, my cheer squad, my high five, my hug, and my lawyer. I hired shawn to assist with restoring my firearm rights.
He laid out what he needed from me, and what he would be providing as well. I had a rather lengthy criminal history, multiple felonies, but no violent charges.
Upon our day in court the commonwealth attorney immediately opposed the restoration. And the judge seemed she had made her mind up as well😑 we went ahead and gave testimony and produced character references. And somehow swayed the judges opinion so much that she went against the commonwealth attorneys recommendation and ordered my rights be restored!!! I was smiling, shawn was smiling, the judge was smiling! I truly was ready to walk out of the courtroom at the beginning and am glad I didn't!
This was a homerun in my book and I'm sure Shawn's as well. 5 stars all day!

I gave them 1 star because I called to get my remaining balance to pay off. Their accounting person was awful and rude. She did not know what the fees are being charged for nor the remaining balance that I would had to speak to the lawyer handling the case to get the final balance. That was fine but why be nasty and rude if clients are asking. They really need to train their front office or accounting staff better customer service or how to properly talk to clients better. My husband called a second time and asked to speak to a specific paralegal or lawyer involved in the case to get the final balance and they mistakenly transferred him to this accounting person they had again. She was soo rude and spoke to us both slowly like you are talking to a 1st grader like we did not speak any English. I do not know if it’s because of our last name but we both were born in the states so there was no need to belittle people that are trying to pay off their remaining balance. Makes me think she speaks to all foreigners this way and everybody should be spoken with respect regardless what race, former or current client. We will not be using them ever again for any services knowing they have rude and nasty accounting or front office staff that are not properly trained. I will also be telling others I know about this awful experience.

I gave them 1 star because I called to get my remaining balance to pay off. Their accounting person was awful and rude. She did not know what the fees are being charged for nor the remaining balance that I would had to speak to the lawyer handling the case to get the final balance. That was fine but why be nasty and rude if clients are asking. They really need to train their front office or accounting staff better customer service or how to properly talk to clients better. My husband called a second time and asked to speak to a specific paralegal or lawyer involved in the case to get the final balance and they mistakenly transferred him to this accounting person they had again. She was soo rude and spoke to us both slowly like you are talking to a 1st grader like we did not speak any English. I do not know if it’s because of our last name but we both were born in the states so there was no need to belittle people that are trying to pay off their remaining balance. Makes me think she speaks to all foreigners this way and everybody should be spoken with respect regardless what race, former or current client. We will not be using them ever again for any services knowing they have rude and nasty accounting or front office staff that are not properly trained. I will also be telling others I know about this awful experience.
