Kind, caring and compassionate. He's doesn't see you as a dollar figure, he sees you as a person. It makes all the difference. He knows the DUI laws and helped me go from a felony DUI 3rd offense to a 2nd, 2nd offense and no felony. Again, makes all the difference. Highly recommend him when your future is on the line.

Bart was the best decision I ever made. I had a child custody battle that lasted for years and was very stressful. Bart was right along my side through it all. I am a business owner who uses attorneys from time to time. Jim Lang is the best. He helped me fix a big problem I had at the VMRC on a matter of great importance to me. This was not a simple case so it turned into a 4 year journey. Over that entire time Jim was always smart, tenacious, experienced, a great listener, and (most importantly) caring. A lot of road blocks popped up over the life of my case. Jim figured out a way over, around or through each one. Jim's deep contacts at the agency, and the credibility he has built up over his many years representing clients before the VMRC, turned out to be a resource that was very helpful in getting my case resolved in highly favorable terms. Another thing that I liked about Jim is that he kept me informed all along the way. I always knew exactly what was going on with my case. Mr. Kreitzer was hired by me for what I thought would be a short case. However, it’s lasted over a year (not by any fault of his) due to opposition dragging things on and on. Mr. Kreitzer was patient and kind. Absolutely knowledgeable and does not allow the other side to push you around and gave his best advisement regarding the circumstances every step of the way. I first worked with Mr. Wells in 2012 when I met with him for a bankruptcy consultation. I was very apprehensive about the whole process but really had no choice so I hired him and moved foreward. He listened to my concerns and was always there with accuracy and professionalism, explaining each step. I never had a doubt that he was on top of things and that helped so much. What a relief! Three years later and I have rebuilt my credit and am doing well. I had a question about a lien that was attached to my property before the bankruptcy. I am now in a position to settle that last remnant of my past financial troubles so I gave his office a call today. My first law firm and a very fantastic one indeed. Before the court day, communication with the Paralegal, Alicia Orellana, was excellent in preparing for my court day. Alicia is professional and very responsive. Paul Mickelsen was my attorney for a reckless driving case. During court day, I was very nervous as this was my first reckless driving case, and while I was in the courtroom, Paul approached me a couple of times and told me not to worry and that he'll take care of me, which was very reassuring and calmed me down. Paul got my reckless case completely dismissed, and the result was much better than many cases I have seen in the courtroom, which did not have a lawyer. David has assisted my family in two separate child custody cases. One was for physical custody of my husband's daughter. David was able to help my husband obtain physical custody of her by practicing ethically and with integrity. This was a lengthy and drawn out case with many complex across state line issues. He went above and beyond his call of duty to answer all of our questions and guided us in a way that we were within our legal rights and also protecting the best interest of the child. We had absolutely no issues getting in contact with him and were also able to establish a relationship with his assistant, Jessica. We trust David so much that we hired him to assist us in obtaining full physical and legal custody of a family member's child. Frank Wright was an angel in disguise. I was in a head on collision with no fault of my own and it turned my world upside down. Mr. Damico helped through the process of working through a difficult custody case and a frivolous criminal charge my ex brought against me. I ended up after the lengthy amounts of arguments and cases with custody of my kid almost half of every month and found not guilty if the ridiculous charge that was brought against me. I feel extremely lucky to have found Keith Marcus after my dog and I were attacked by a huge Dogo Argentino with no owner in sight. Against the odds, and counter to what I was told by all the other lawyers I spoke with beforehand, he was able to obtain compensation for my dog's injuries and his life-saving treatments, which ended up costing thousands of dollars. This is remarkable in a state such as Virginia, which has very lenient laws regarding owners of dogs who attack other dogs. My dog and I will be forever grateful to this man.

I would like to share the experience that I had after doing a Google search for Workman's Compensation Lawyers in Arlington, VA. There were many attorneys listed all over Northern Virginia and even into Richmond, VA. After researching websites and reviews of several attorneys, Charles O'Donnell was the attorney that impressed me the most. I have multiple existing Workman's Compensation against Amazon Logistics which I have been handling by myself primarily because when I made calls to attorneys 3-4 months ago for help, not one would give any assistance. Their legal assistants listened but at the end of the day, my case was a little too complicated or they just did not believe thay would prevail if they had taken my case. I believe most attorneys will give a free consutation, but I truely got much more. In the end, my phone conversation with Mr. O'Donnell lasted one hour and six minutes. Mr. O'Donnell is a great listener and was very thorough in understanding all the complexities of four different accident events that were on record with Virginia Workmans Compensation Commission. Even more important was the information that he shared that related to my accidents that affected both knees. Mr. O'Donnell maybe could have taken my case (?) but declined as I already had a working settlement on the table that I had negotiated but had second thoughts about. From my experience today talking with Mr. O'Donnell, I would highly recommend that you give him a call if you have a need for an attorney in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area. I like people that forget about themselves and think well about their clients. That person is Charles O'Donnell and I truely believe he will represent your interests as good as any attorney in our area.

The accident that I had was horrible and it changes my life completely. I was here in Virginia alone with no family members. When Mr. O'Donnell and his staff member came to see me in the hospital I was able to see how they work and that they care about their clients. With his help and his staff I did not feel alone anymore. They fought for me and did everything they could to get me the treatment I needed and to be able to walk out of this accident with something to start a new life. I consulted with and then hired Melkerson Law to help me with a case in which a local bank had a judgement against me for a debt that was borderline "unjust" and also, over five years old. Long story short, my ex-wife was a manager at one of their branches and once she saw that my life was taking off without her, this judgement "cloud" was brought to hang over my head.
