I reached out to Scott Perry to help evaluate a potential medical malpractice case. I was extremely impressed with his amiability, the depth of his knowledge, and his responsiveness to my questions. I consulted with a number of lawyers on the case and, unlike most of the others who didn't know when the statute of limitations would apply or what legal actions to pursue, Scott quickly understood the facts of the case, knew the relevant statutes, and gave me sound advice. I hired Mr. Michie to represent me in a case in traffic court and I definitely chose the right attorney. He was familiar with the court (in a small county outside of Charlottesville) and he gave me great advice prior to my court date and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It is always worth it to hire an attorney and there are attorneys like Mr. Michie, who won't charge you an arm and a leg. I had a dispute with my tenant and was having a hard time dealing with their ridiculous claims, constant threats and refusal to leave the property on lease expiration. Ben handled the case from start to finish smoothly, always being professional, attentive and responsive. I'm beyond grateful to have found Jeffrey Early for a reckless driving case in Madison County - 95/60 knocked down to traffic infraction. I spoke with multiple attorneys and Jeffrey Early stood out by far -- he has both the local knowledge (he knows this court and all the players super well - both professionally and socially) and the savviness to help ensure he gets the best possible outcome for his clients. I felt supported and taken care of, which is so important when going through something like this! Sounds cheesy but I do think this whole experience changed my life - I am much more mindful of the impact speeding has to myself, family, and others.
I'm from out of state and originally we agreed I'd fly back to appear in court to give myself the best chance of getting the reckless driving charge knocked down but because the police officer wasn't able to make it to court that day and I did everything Jeffrey Early asked me to do (12 hour online driving school, community service, character references), he was able to get my case settled and I didn't have to fly out. It saved me a ton of headache and money.

BEWARE!!! What started out as great service from Mr.Rosenthall, has become a nightmare!!! Services paid in full. Over a year and expungements are not complete, 5+ emails and phone calls never returned. His negligence has led to denial of employment for charges that have been approved due to them being tied to a charge that is in need of a hearing!

Everything initially was perfect. Seemed like top notch service. But his paralegal Kristin is very condescending and a smart alllec. I was working with them for at least 6 weeks and although it was a peculiar situation, for them to all of a sudden to decide to fire me as a client was completely uncalled for. At the time I was renting a basement apartment from the people I was filing the lawsuit against. I didn't want them to receive the letter before I moved out. We had a move out date but then something came up with my new apartment and I asked if we could push it out one week. Later that evening Kristin sent me a rude email about them deciding to no longer work with me and then Doug sent me an email about how someone he knows specifically told him how slip and fall lawsuits are very hard to win in Virginia. Thankfully I was able to find another law office in Leesburg who were able to get me a very nice settlement. I'm just sad at the way I was treated by Kristin and for them wasting 6 weeks of my time!

I highly recommend Abrams Landau, Ltd if you’re filing for SS Disability. I filed on my own and was denied. I had Abrams Landau’s office to do my appeal.
They know the steps to take and give you the paperwork to provide to your doctors to have everything documented properly.
When it came time for my hearing, Mr. Landau was truly outstanding! Needless to say he won my case.
I will be forever grateful to him and his staff who were always so welcoming and very efficient in getting paperwork submitted.
