Fred and his team are seasoned professionals. I had multiple issues with a vindictive woman and we were awarded the divorce (even though the Ex bought suit), We won a Custody Battle when the Ex wanted to pull my children out of state, and the Team just got my Ex to sign a $40,000 2 party IRS check that she refused to sign for 6 months. Divorce is not a pleasant process, but with Fred's representation I knew I had a solid advocate who would be compassionate toward me but would also provide blunt, pragmatic advice when I needed it. Mr. Pagano along with the other staff at the firm are extremely professional and courteous. He listens to you and answers every question you may have. He is very straight forward and down to business but very down to Earth at the same time. I was very nervous and kind of embarrassed when consulting with him about a Chapter 7 but he was very understanding and walked me through the entire process. Mr. McGrath was patient and detailed in explaining what the charge was. He advised me on what to do to mitigate the seriousness of the case before the court date. I did not have to speak in court because Mr. McGrath handled that brilliantly. The judge reduced the charge from reckless driving, a class one misdemeanor to improper driving a traffic infraction which is not a criminal offense.

My friend and I were recently in a car wreck wherein my handicapped equipped van was destroyed, my wheelchair was crushed and glass was strewed everywhere. I suffered bruises and contusions and my friend, broken ribs. We were hit by an underinsured, drunk motorist. My partner and I have been in a committed Gay relationship for over 39 years. We were actively involved in the LGBTQ Rights movement while living in Miami Florida. Luckily I had never had the need for a lawyer before in my life, so I was skeptical in how to select one. Of course, google shows you a million results, and then ads in your apps after you search, but after calling different lawyers and dealing with their unavailability; I dialed to the Law Office of Scott S. Ives, I expressed how urgent my matter was, he dropped what he was doing and immediately started helping me out on my case! He has proven to be reliable, knowledgeable, empathic, and well known in the local area. The other party had the "big" firm, with all the names and partners, and the more expensive bill, but Mr. Ives proved to be triumphant in the end; if you hire the other guys, you will rarely speak to your lawyer, you will end up talking to the receptionist, the paralegal, and rarely your lawyer. That doesn't work for me, I want to talk to the man that is going to be standing next to me when we enter the ring and that is what you will get here, with Mr. Ives! I was initially referred to Paragon Law Firm by a friend after I was involved in a traumatizing car accident. It didn’t look that bad, but it really messed up my life.
