Scheduled an appointment for consultation and when I received the appointment it was for a phone call.. I arranged my work schedule for that day to take the call at home for privacy as I work in an office of 2000 associates. She had her office to change my appointment time and move it up and I didn’t even get 24 hour notice that she needed to change the time. Then when I could not they attempted to change to the next day like I can just tell my job I am going to run out whenever I want. She then refused the consultation all together . Very unprofessional and rude.

Ben Ader and his team worked wonders! After the loss of my wife, my daughters student loan fell into default and a collection agency came after her. (my wife had co-signed her loans) I met with Ben and explained our situation. After he warned me there was zero guarantees, I hired him anyway. Benjamin Ader was able to negotiate with them, dropping our balance to a mere 40% of the balance that was due. His work went far above our expectations, and removed a huge burden for our family. We contacted the Law Office of James Steele for help with a family member's time sensitive court issue. Within the hour, the incredibly helpful office practice manager had secured an attorney who could be available to take the case right away. We did not know Ms. Henderson before, but the way she attended court and expertly and professionally engaged with the judge, prosecution, and officers, showed her ease and skill in that arena. Every authority in uniform in that courtroom was actually happy to see her. She is clearly considered a professional in high regard. I was surprised at the excellent outcome she was able to secure for my family member. She was calm, kind, and reassuring. While I hope to never have occasion to need an attorney in the future, if we do, Ms. Henderson will be my first call.

I got in my first major car accident last year in November and it was a major blow financially and emotionally for me because it wasn't my fault at all and I had no idea where to turn too for legal help. By the grace of God my fiancee's coworker suggested this law firm for my case because he had such a good experience with them and let me tell you he wasn't lying. Throughout the whole process so far they have been so helpful and nice making this traumatic experience for me so much easier to get through. While recovering from my injury they even sent little care packages! Me and my fiancee thought that was so nice of them, For them to go out of there way to do that for us. I have known Jonathan for over 20 years; he was the first student I had as a drum instructor when I was in college, and I have always liked and had tremendous respect for him. My respect for him as a lawyer is newly acquired, though, and I couldn't be more thankful that I called him! Although I won’t go into detail, I will say that he helped me resolve a terrible situation that could have become a significant burden on my life. Ms. Kristen Yurkowski Wight represented a custody case for us. We are so thankful for deciding to follow her as she transitioned from a previous practice over to Tobias Iszard. The staff at Tobias Iszard are much more responsive. This young lady is the total package. She has the looks and brains to make things happen for you. She is very meticulous and direct, but honestly her most intriguing attribute as a lawyer is her sense of care. We've been through 3-4 lawyers in the matter of custody and a lot of times it's just a job for them. They speak the good game when trying to reel in your business, but as soon as you sign, you become another case number in their books. Different practices will toss you and your case to their assistants and paralegals. Often times, depending on your case, you may even get an alternate lawyer within the practice when it comes court time. Ms. Yurkowski handled our case with the utmost care. She keeps in constant contact, and months after the case has ended, she continues to check in. Thank you Kristen for being our shining light and successfully getting us through our case. I had a consultation with Lee Bertlik to discuss a threat I received for a completely frivolous lawsuit. I wanted to explain the situation, bring all documentation, and get an honest assessment as to whether I should be concerned whether or not this meritless suit could potentially be a serious headache and attempt at just getting me to spend a lot of money for a case that would, no doubt, be dismissed. Lee listened to me; he asked the right questions; and confirmed my assumptions that the other attorney threatening a lawsuit had no legal bearing to do so. I felt so much better after our consultation, at least knowing that 1) What I assumed was validated; and 2) If I receive further threats against this attorney, I know who to call and who will be able to help me put a stop to the nonsense and abuse to our legal system. The consultation was worth every penny. Thank you Lee!

I consulted with several lawyers regarding a defamation case filed against me, and Lee was the only one to throughly read and understand my case for the consultation. During the consult he was able to quickly explain the accusations and put my mind at ease with a few defense strategies right off the bat. Lee worked quickly and was able to get it dismissed by dismantling the entire case through an email before things progressed beyond the initial complaint. In addition, he managed to seal the case from the public in order to protect my privacy. If you're involved in a defamation case, I would highly recommend consulting with Lee. An individual with a history of physiological issues; well-beknown to us; suddenly decided without cause to take to online websites and commit several acts of harassment, libel, slander, and defamation of several of our family members and their businesses. This individual shamelessly created countless fake online personas and launched a smear-campaign to hurt us with no provocation from us whatsoever. I hired Lee Berlik and his partners to assist us with this complicated case spanning multiple states clear across the country and ultimately requiring filing of a lawsuit in US Federal court. Lee and his partners thwarted this individual's several failed attempts to evade process servers and brought the individual to justice. They managed to do so by working with a wide network of private detectives and process servers across the country, and after having done so successfully, subpoenaed web-hosting companies to bring the individual's nefarious online activity into light. Through their continued counsel and strong understanding of the complicated federal/local legal systems, we were able to get the resolution we sought to include removal of the perpetrator's fake online posts about us and our businesses, and furthermore obtain protections above and beyond what the courts alone were willing to grant. We strongly recommend Lee Berlik and his partners to assist in all matters of civil litigations, especially those concerning online and digital offenses. Together, they were able to help us piece our lives together again after a painful emotional experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, David Cardon couldn't care less about helping us with my finance case. He took advantage and played me for $750 just to play candy crush in the court room with his hair a mess looking like he just popped out of bed and just "show up". He tried to avoid speaking with his actual client the whole time, stuttered and said UM the entire time while speaking to the judge. My fiance called him trying to discuss his case and David was chewing and eating all in his ear. With his lack of concern a public defender could've done a way better job and they are FREE. Let's not forget after he got us denied bond he ask for $10,000 and told me he would still have to do jail time. And he is a innocent man , I have proof with witness David never utilized. And due to him being a terrible lawyer my fiancé missed the birth of our son who passed away and he never got to meet him bc of this PEICE OF SGIT LAWYER . Now I have hired a WAY better lawyer to recommend for a fraction of the price AND HE WILL BE GETTING OUT . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER . This man cared nothing about his client or his case knowing we had a child due very soon and only wanted to take our money.

Mr. Dave Bayne took on my personal injury case after I was rear ended at a traffic light. They called and didn’t give a consultation .. just asked for my name, date of birth and my address. The day of incident. They never really gathered any important details and just said they’re unable to take the case without a reason as why they couldn’t. They ask you for your personal information then say they can’t assist you.

I dropped this firm as of 08/22/24. It has been a hassle to get in contact with paralegal Grace and attorney Maranada. After getting another respond of “I’ll leave them a message”, I stated I do not want to be represented anymore. (It has been a month of waiting.) Before I could finish I was hung up on. I called back to give them the rest of the information and was joined by rudeness. All of sudden, I get a call back from Maranda, finally. She immediately spoke rudely and with an attitude. Never could tell me the dates they called/left a message or confirmed the number; not even confirming the email provided. Never even emailed me! Instead Maranda kept asking for documents about case. Leaving me to reiterate that I do not want to be represented by them anymore. Instead of going back and forth and being rude, they should’ve been empathetic, professional, and polite. At end of call, I requested to have documents emailed to me regarding that I no longer want them representing me, as well as insurance communication denying me after months of saying I’m not at fault. (I hired firm after I was told their driver was at fault and was waiting for compensation.) This is bad business!

Mr. Sarsour helped me a lot, got me a great trial and deal. Had great communication with me and took care of everything. Great prices. This was my second reckless driving in 6 months and am 20 years old. I Got a reckless driving and driving with a suspended license and Mr Sarsour got it down to improper driving and driving without a license present. My family and I called multiple lawyers but due to the short notice to appear in court we had no luck. I watched Mr. Leiva go way above and beyond for a very close family member the first time I ever met him. Throughout the entire process he stayed in touch with my family to let us know what was going on at all times this was in 2002 in a federal court room. In 2012 Mr. Leiva was called by my family again for what was a very very weak case but very very serious charges and accusations he treated as if it were like any other case that he puts hrs and hrs of work witch is very highly appreciated. You most definitely want his brilliant and savvy mind on your side 100%. I had issue with Mr. Leiva and of course with a mind as brilliant as his it doesn’t come cheap, nor should it but after spending as much as my family did throughout the years one would like to think I can give this family a break. Like I stated my family has been relying on Mr Leiva since 2002 for a wide range of cases, knowing my family’s personal situation I just would have thought that just maybe he would be a bit more understanding when it came to the amount of money that was spent especially in my case . With that said I’d recommend him to loved ones without hesitation, he’s simply on a different level! 10/10 without a doubt!
