I was a passenger sitting at a red light when the car behind us failed to keep control of her vehicle and rammed into the back of our car. I sustained moderate, life changing neck injuries from that accident. Because the accident was low speed, no one else was hurt , no major damage to vehicles , the insurance company refused to pay for any of my medical bills. I was trying everything to get better but I was getting worse and worse. Now, the car insurance company was getting very nasty with me and refused to pay any of the medical bills. I now knew this was going to be a long hard fight for justice to prevail and that I was going to need the best attorney out there! I wanted an attorney that didn't mind going to court if that's what it came down to. At this point, my medical bills were over $30,000. As the trial date drew near, the insurance company offered to settle the case for $12,000. Needless to say, we took our chances and prepared for trial. Mr. Hajek did an amazing job! He was very professional, stuck to the truth and prevailed. He really cares about his clients. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process! When the jury came back, we were amazed at the verdict! $90,000.
I'm very greatfull for all that Mr Hajek did in my behalf!

Mr. Hajek is a very outstanding lawyer and has been a blessing to our family.Mr. Hajek came to know us about 5 years ago. I was working one night in dark territory, when my conductor took a track warrant down wrong. As I topped a hill, I seen another train right in front of me. I put the train in emergency and l fell to the floor. As I laid on the floor praying it would not hurt it felt like it would never end. There was nothing I could do! I could not jump, for I only would fall off a cliff. Soon came an impact like no other. smashing and crinkling metal screeching that was piercing to the ear. I rear ended a double stacked pig train sitting on the main. As I pulled my self off of the floor, and noticed i was bleeding, I checked my conductor, and told him to call for help. He was fine as far as I could tell. But I myself was not! Soon I was being helped off the train by a search and rescue team. Because we were so far away from any major roads, there was just no access in to reach us. Luck you might say, to even be alive. I was then put in an ambulance, and taken to the nearest hospital. I was able to call my wife, were she met me at the hospital sometime later.I soon contacted a close union member who, told me to call this number right away. I thought" what can they do"? But I took his advice. It was late at night I called and left a message. Within an hour Mr. Hajek called me back personally on the phone, And gave me advice. And believe me advice was what I needed. I felt like he was concerned for me, not trying to get me to sign a paper and such. I was soon released from the hospital with no x-rays taken. The next day Mr. Hajek called me to check on me, and I explained to him how I felt. I told him " something is just not right, I don't feel ok ". His advice to go straight to the hospital saved my life. There in a CT scan showed a bruise on my brain. I had a mild traumatic brain injury. I had to ware a neck brace, to keep my head straight. my neck and back we stuck in a fetal position for a while. After months of recovery, and being took out of service by the railroad, I got back to work.Mr. Hajek set me up with a team of Doctors that was instrumental in my recovery. I most appreciate Mr. Hajek first and for most for saving my life, But he was very honest with me, and took the time to personally explain each and every step of the process that I would be going thru from the start. It was no promising me a settlement that could not be reached. He treated me like I was his own family member. He was instrumental in my recovery, I never had to worry about anything. He called frequently and checked on me and my family. I highly recommend Mr. Hajek to any railroader or anyone with a personal injury to give him a call. You will receive personal attention that you need and deserve when it means the most. I myself, settled out of court for an undisclosed amount, and got back to work. If God forbid anything would happen to me or my family again, I would not hesitate to give him a call again. His track record speaks for its self.

Wallace B. Wason, Jr. represented our family in a case involving complex litigation, which involved multiple corporate and individual defendants, and as plaintiffs, a family including two minor children as well as a business. He filed our complaint within a narrow 90 days before the statute of limitations ran, and a counter-complaint soon thereafter. He was aggressive and impressive, both in the courtroom and in pleadings which is reflected in the opinions of the Court. Ultimately, one corporate defendant settled early (in the middle of a deposition) and a final settlement was achieved post-mediation with all parties.

I probably had one of the most trying years last year in 2012. Kate was the one saving grace I had when it appeared all the chips were stacked against me in my divorce and other matters with the court. Kate was very diligent and thorough in her representation of me and helped to keep me grounded when the opposing side was being unreasonable, under-handed, abusive, and just flat out lying. Kate was able to peel back the onion piece by piece until the real truth came out and the tables turned for good in my direction. In the end she was able to have my divorce over in 6 months on the nose, she ensured I retained my home, and ultimately kept me from having to pay much more then the original reasonable offer I gave my ex-wife at the start of our Divorce.
Kate is a wonderful attorney and I am just glad she was on my side during this process and not on my ex's. The old saying goes you get what you pay for, well, Kate was worth every penny I spent on her and then some. Mr. Robinson was my court appointed attorney for a case that I thought was completed and dismissed years ago, but apparently there was one loose end that kept it from being finalized and so a bench warrant was issued for me for a probation violation. Not only did Mr. Robinson call me and review my case over the phone but he showed true empathy for my situation and actually told me exactly what I needed to obtain as far as documents so he could present them to the judge to request the case be finalized and the probation violation be dismissed. From start to finish, he was always easy to get ahold of if I had any questions, and if I had to leave a message he returned my call pretty much immediately. I only had to go in front of the judge one time and Mr. Robinson went on my behalf the last time and was able to have the issue dismissed. I'm forever thankful for how he handled everything so professionally and smoothly, not to mention quickly (which kept my attorney fees down to the minimum) As much as I hope I will never need one again, if I ever do need another attorney I would definitely call upon Mr. Robinson to represent me, because he has proven to be a great attorney and I know that he would have my best interest in mind and I would feel completely at ease knowing that I could rely on him. And that is a great feeling to have when you're hiring an attorney.

David L. Robinson is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He is outstanding in pursuing truth and justice. He is a man of dedication, equity and rectitude.
I first got acquainted with David Robinson when I became a witness to a crime. My downstairs neighbor had an unfortunate incident involving the ex-girlfriend and mother of his young son. If my neighbor was convicted, he would be end up in jail for a very long time in jail, his parental rights would have been taken away, and he would have a criminal felony on his record.
David Robinson was the court appointed attorney which means David only received $320 for all his time involving this case. What makes David so unique is he has no tolerance for injustice. He is a lawyer of true integrity and dedication. David spent many hours on this case which resulted in the charges being dropped.
A few months later, I got in trouble with the law. I called David, and told him about my troubles. He quickly made time in his busy schedule to see me. He advised me on the various steps I needed to take. I called him many times for advice. After my arraignment, he told me to write a letter requesting him to be my court appointed attorney. I was granted David to represent me. David was there for me every step of the way. I am go grateful for all his time and effort. He made it possible for me to have the ability to get this charge expunged off my record.

Tim knows his stuff. I had three charges, 2 misdemeanors, 1 felony, I was founf not guilty of one of the misdemeanors and the other two charges were dismissed. He also made it so that after I am able to expunge the arrests, so it is as if the incident never happened. I hope that I never have to use a lawyer for criminal charges again, but if I do I know I will be calling Tim.

When I had a personal injury claim against the State of Virginia, I found it difficult to find an attorney willing to take my case…too difficult to sue the State and most likely not enough money to bother with. Even more difficult was the fact I lived in the Midwest. But after a phone conference, Mr. Littel agreed to take my case even though we were up against the statute of limitations and he sent me a contract as well as guidelines for the legal procedure via Clio Connect, a web-based client portal. I was more than pleased to find that David Littel practiced with complete transparency and honesty. He always took my phone calls or answered my e-mails. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, finding questionable statements that could be challenged. It provided me an opportunity to give an explanation eliminating a possible vulnerability. He settled the case for more than anyone anticipated and stood by his agreement. Although there were minor charges he could have added to the final bill, he did not. I received a reckless driving ticket for speeding. I called Garrett Law Group after finding them on the internet. I spoke with Mr. Titter on the phone. While he did advise me of the seriousness of the ticket (I had no idea I could go to jail), he told me that my case didn't appear too bad. He had me get some documents to him, and he told me to go to traffic school. In court, I don't know exactly what happened. Mr. Titter objected to something the officer did and the judge dismissed my case. He told me the officer made a mistake. Good enough for me!

Jacqueline has decreased her divorces cases but agreed to take mine- thank goodness! I had a previous lawyer blow through a large retainer without even getting the first responses out. I was looking for help to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently- for my financial and emotional well being. It still wasn't cheap but she kept me sane while dealing with a circus on the other side. Kept the important things in life in focus. If you are looking for a traffic attorney any where near Courtland VA I highly recommend Railey and Railey! I got pulled over going over 80mph which means it is a reckless driving ticket. I live 5 hours away from where I got pulled over. After researching many attorneys I decided to go with Railey and Railey. They were terrific! They represented me at court so I did not have to go. My charge was reduced to a non-moving violation, which means no points!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!
