After retiring from being a State lawyer, when I opened up my small custom corset and wedding dress business in 1990, I chose Steve for my business attorney dealing with intellectual property and contract matters, such as obtaining a service mark for my business name, and avoiding litigation by a disgruntled, irrational supplier. Later I also chose him for my personal estate attorney and have consulted with him on multiple occasions over the past 26 years. He has assisted me not only with these legal matters but also represented me in an unlawful detainer to remove a non-rent paying tenant. I always feel Steve is on my side. He assisted me come to a rational response despite my emotions regarding a disrupted relationship with my sister who at the time was Executor of my Georgia-based mother's will. I also had to hire a Georgia lawyer when my mother passed. That lawyer merely did what I asked, was slow to respond to my questions on Georgia law, never answered some questions, and in the midst of much emotional family turmoil, without reason threatened to quit. I was appalled. Steve can manage the emotions that come with legal matters and accomplish what you want but without rushing to litigation. After my own 16 yrs. practicing consumer and employment law, my conclusion is that the rational thing for anyone to do is avoid litigation at all costs unless there is no other choice. Steve's certification in mediation makes him particularly competent to do just that, if you believe the same.

I needed to set up my living trust, so my neighbor recommended Mr. Brandlin. He has been Mr. Brandlin’s client for over 10 years and spoke of him with great admiration. Of course, I did my due diligence and researched Mr. Brandlin and I was very impressed with his credentials. His confidence, enthusiasm & professionalism were fantastic! I was a bit nervous that I would have a hard time understanding the lawyer-talk, but he spoke very clearly in plain language which I could understand and he was very thorough.
My trust was created fast & hassle free. Mr. Brandlin also recommended that I establish an LLC to own my investment property in order to limit my personal liability. I agreed, but understanding it was a difficult process. I kept finding all kinds of information on the Internet and I asked Mr. Brandlin lots of questions by email or at meetings. Mr. Brandlin was kind and patient and answered ALL of my concerns/questions with a big smile on his face. Some of my friends set up their LLCs on their own and comparing their setup to mine is almost comical (the knowledge, paperwork, etc.). Mr. Brandlin was hands on every step of the way - everything from helping me to choose the LLC's name to setting me up with a registered agent for service of process (where I will be receiving a lifetime discount thanks to Mr. Brandlin’s membership!).
Now that my trust and LLC have been created, everyone who knows me praises me for the extremely smart choices I’ve made and I proudly take all the credit. But in reality - all the credit should go to Mr. Brandlin! Not only he is intelligent, competent, responsible, straight forward and funny, but most importantly he is a really good human being. Pam helped us complete a trust for my husband's mother and sort out a neglected set of small investments. The goal was to structure everything so that my mother-in-law could stay in her home but be eligible for Medicaid if and when she required a skilled nursing facility. My mother-in-law was house-bound and Pam was so helpful with coming to the house, explaining everything, and guiding her through the process. When my mother-in-law died, Pam's work really made it straightforward and all the disposition of assets went smoothly with no problems or probate.
We liked Pam so much we had her do our estate plan soon after. She was very expert in her recommendations and made a process that can be a little traumatic, both easy and painless. We can now be sure that we will leave an estate that will not cause our beneficiaries undue trouble and will not cause our assets to be subject to unnecessary taxes or probate.
Pam really knows what she is doing and the cost was reasonable as well.

When you feel the need to hire an attorney, there is a "sticker shock" for most of us when we find out the cost. However, for my case, Pamela did everything to keep her fees and the court cost to a minimum. And, she kept me informed from the beginning to end, letting me know the pros and cons (I almost feel she was to cautious). In her, I found no dishonestly in running up the cost, and yes the cost did run up, but this was because of a system that can be very frustrating, it wasn't on her! And, she warned me how the 'system" works and of potential problems that might arise there too. You have to make up your mind as to whether or not the cost is worth it, but I strongly feel that you will have an honest attorney who cares, and wants you to keep as much of your money as possible. Oh, and for what is worth, she is nice person.

I highly recommend Ruben Fuentes! He helped me with my divorce and I was divorced in about 6 months! He also helped me get the child support and spousal support that I was entitled to by law. On top of that he also gave me a reasonable price and let me make payments. I was not able to find another attorney that was willing to arrange a payment plan for me. On top of that Mr. Fuentes and his staff gave me the best customer service and they were not rude. It was a pleasure working with them. If you want the best service out there hire Mr. Fuentes you will not regret it!!!

after spending 2 years and $25,000 I ran out of money . Had to hire a lawyer as I was being dragged to court again for ridiculous charges . I hired attorney Cyrus prior to another forced court hearing having nothing to do with a settlement . He connected with the opposing parties associate attorney and cut a settlement before court but X refused . We went to court and the Judge knew immediately Atty Cyrus was well educated and his goal was getting a settlement and not wasting the courts time . The judge set mediation and in 30 days we were in mediation . The mediator was impressed with his knowledge and skills . He prepared me telling me we had to possibly do more then what we offer . 3 hours later and 60 days from the time I hired him we had a settle agreement signed with no spousal support and reasonable terms . I have more the 30 years experience in business and have to say he is one of the best tell me like it is lawyer I have met . He will not paint a ridiculous picture of how you can win or ask for any of the forensic accounting ,specialist business ,appraisers etc the $390 /hr lawyers will tell you have to have . I can not say enough about his knowledge of the lawy, the judges, courts ,honesty and sincerest in getting the job done .

My wife and I set up a living trust with John several years before her sad and unexpected passing. John explained the process of establishing the trust very clearly and, after her death, was very sympathetic and patient in making sure I understood the process going forward of splitting the trust. I had a squatter on my property over a year with 15 animals that destroyed my yard and house. The squatter had piles of trash in the yard and code enforcment had sent sever notices to me. Mr. Ross truly saved my life. Without his help, my divorce would have been the end for me. I was facing the end of a 15 year marriage, with two small children and no income. Dan was referred to us by our accountant for our corporation. He came out to our business and went over everything we were interested in doing. Dan first helped us with our family trust which he carefully went over with us, so that we had a clear understanding of what we were signing. Now that we have our trust in place I can relax a bit. Howard, as a former County Counsel for the Public Administrator/Public Guardian (PA/PG), handled many very difficult estate matters. PA/PG estates are not straight forward and generally messy but Howard solved all the problems and found a path toward completion so that distributions could be made to the heirs. He is so expert at probate matters that even the Superior Court asked him for advice on occasion when they could not figure out the answer. I have worked with many probate attorneys over the years, so I know a good one when I see him. After our attorney retired, I contacted a family friend's attorney. Their offices did not handle conservatorship/trust cases, but told me I was in luck because a very fine attorney, Howard Serbin, had recently retired from the Orange County Counsel. They said I would be lucky to get him. He has been our attorney for nearly four years. Our case is particularly difficult and messy, but Howard has been so supportive, easy to work with, very professional, extremely honest and fair.
