We hired Mr. Wehby to work on my uncle's probate, which was complicated by the absence of a Will. From the very beginning he display great attention to detail on our situation and took time explain our options and what would be required. Throughout the process, he kept us in the loop on the trajectory of the case and prepared numerous "extra" documents that went above and beyond the basic probate requirements in order to maximize our protection and what we could get from the estate. I recall him often sending emails late into the night regarding our case, showing just how much time and effort he expended. Ultimately, the probate went smoothly and we managed to secure the assets for all parties' benefit. Would highly recommend him for all probate needs.

Michelle is such an amazing lawyer I cant say enough good things about her. I had a tough situation where my father passed away and I didn't know what to do. I know my father had a house and bank accounts a life insurance policy. But what do I do? I used Michelles other attorney Neil for immigration in the past, and figured I would start here. I know probate can be very confusing, and there are just so many people who say they will help you but can't answer basic questions. When I found Michelle I was so happy. She spoke to me and made me feel very calm. She said to me dont worry, I am here to help you and I will handle this for you. Please focus on your father, and the funeral. I will handle everything else. It was as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Everything has worked itself out thanks to Michelle getting involved. Don't do it yourself!!! Hire a professional. You always get what you pay for. I consulted with both Neil and Michelle to help me with my issue. Both of them were quick to respond and provided excellent legal advice. I had a fairly complex issue, which I thought was easy. After meeting with them and discussing strategy I was shocked to realize how many problems I had overlooked. I price shopped other lawyers but realized I wanted a professional with experience to handle my case. I wanted the best lawyer. I hired Shupe Dhawan and couldn't be happier. The difference in quality and professionalism you get with an experienced lawyer can't be beaten. Don't try to do it yourself or hire some paralegal or notary. Was faced with a thorny problem with mobile home park over certain renovations that were promised and not delivered. General abusive behavior from the company caused flare-ups of my PTSD which made it difficult for me to deal with them in a strong professional manner. Hired Ryan to take over the project and he saved me from having to deal with the company directly. I was referred to Ryan Dirks when I was asked to assume a difficult estate matter for a family member. I live in Illinois and the estate was in Florida. It was impossible for me to monitor and attend to all matters of the estate. Not only did Ryan handle all the legal matters, he volunteered to handle serious personal matters that involved evicting squatters and dealing with the police in my absence. I have dealt with many lawyers over the years, but none have been as cooperative and helpful to me personally as Ryan has been with this matter. November 2020 was a devastating time for our sister as her husband died from COVID. His financial affairs were a total disaster, leaving his wife, our sister, an emotional, financial and physical wreck besides being disabled as well. We, that is, our other sister and her husband including myself, sometime shortly after this horrific sudden death, somehow, by the grace of God, had recommendations that Steve Braverman would be the perfect attorney for this situation. The 4 of us had a 4-way ( we were in 3 different states! ) phone consultation with Steve. Afterwards there was a joint consensus that Steve would be the perfect lawyer for our sister. Shortly thereafter, we hired him immediately and we have not looked back. Many complicated hoops we had to jump through, many questions and concerns, yes, fears and frustrations, but Steve was ALWAYS there for us, navigating us through quite frankly a mess of financial issues as one can imagine. Living in another part of Florida and needing a second opinion from an experienced trust litigator I contacted Ms. Sundberg. Since I am involved in a trust but am not the grantor, the local attorney who created the trust had been (rightly so) keeping me a bit at arms length.
Ms. Sundberg was available to take my call and did. She listened patiently while I explained my situation and questions regarding the trust, and my concerns about what might cause an adverse decision to the trust and myself should it be challenged. She then very calmly, but obviously from a place of experience, gave me her take on the pitfalls I might encounter. Importantly, she clearly differentiated between those items and courses of action that were middle of the road and safe and those that might be at the edge of the road and could go either way should the trust go to litigation. That distinction was hugely helpful.
Finally, much like the character in "Miracle on 34th Street" who advises a Macy's customer who couldn't find the item they were looking for at Macy's that they could find it at Gimbels, she pointed out that an attorney who was certified in elder law and practiced in my geographic area would be the best attorney to consult for my remaining questions, since that is where the trust would be litigated if it came to that. Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe is lucky to have her and anyone who needs her assistance in her area of expertise cannot do better.

We had the pleasure of working with Gary as our closing attorney for our new home purchase. I couldn't have imagined a more pleasurable experience.
We had a closing scheduled for Monday. The prior Wednesday, I received a call from Gary informing me that he was still waiting on an item that he had requested and that was needed in order to close on time. He kept me up to date on the situation, all the way through until it arrived in his office in time for closing. Gary even provided me with his personal cell phone number and urged me to call him over the weekend if we had any questions prior to closing.
During our final walk through of the home we were about to purchase, we found some additional items that were not up to par as they previously were during inspection. Gary was able to negotiate with the seller on our behalf so we could close as scheduled.
When we arrived for closing and met Gary in person for the first time, I was not surprised to find he was one of the friendliest, kindest, most down-to-earth people I've met. Without a doubt, I will recommend Gary to anyone that needs a real estate attorney. Five stars are not enough!

I met Thom Rogers at a national estate planning attorneys' conference in the mid-1990's. He was a great communicator when presenting tax matters seminars. Thom also conveyed the importance of being client focused in the practice of law. My career in estate planning law was enhanced greatly by having met Thom and I attended as many of his Continuin Legal Education programs as possible.
Three years ago I had an opportunity to co-counsel with Thom on an estate administration in Florida. I was very impressed with the organization of Thom's office and the professionalism displayed by all of the attorneys working in his office. More importantly, Thom answered questions that I had regarding the federal tax aspects of the estate and kept the administration in Florida moving forward.

We contacted his office by referral from another office. He provided us with a free 20 minute phone conversation about the potentials of our situation, after he reviewed documents I sent him via email, on pdf format. He explained why we did not have a good case to pursue, and was very compassionate about how we might feel about the fact that it wasn't something we could do well to pursue. He also laid out the options of what the potentials might be if we did want to pursue it. We felt very peaceful after speaking to him, even though we decided not to pursue it. I was given timely advice and more than once that advice saved me from making emotional mistakes that could have been damaging to my case. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing.
