I was referred to the Martin law firm by a client of mine. I met with Dustin and after the initial meeting decided I was going to hire him because after talking to him he seemed to be very on point and very competent and confident in what he does. My divorce went and smooth and is favorable to me as one would think is possible and Dustin facilitated this he told me every step of the way give me advice of personal and professional that was all very relevant and good. I can't believe it's almost been 9 months since my divorce. I was in a surprising and stressful situation. Dustin met with me right away. He was very understanding and patient with me. I hired Dustin for my recent divorce. He listened carefully to my questions and concerns, and gave me direction and good counsel on every point. Choosing someone to represent you can be a very scary process. After inquiring with a few lawyers, I hired Marcia to represent me in a custody suit. The details of the case were complex and confusing. I have to say with much gratitude, I found her assistance invaluable. She is sharp, thorough, and worked hard for me. There are attorneys, and then there’s Ms. Locke. She’s one of a kind. I highly recommended Ms. Locke. I had a very difficult divorce case. Ms. Locke was not the first attorney with whom I had spoken. I had interviewed several attorneys and was very frustrated and didn’t know what to do. I knew I had the right attorney when Ms. Locke not only listened but heard me. She was upfront and honest about all the challenges in my case…believe me I had a lot of them. She is intelligent, knowledgeable and leaves nothing to chance. Ms. Locke worked tirelessly and tenaciously. She was accessible and easy to talk with. Ms. Locke has a huge heart and really cares about you not only as a client but as a person. I had a particularly strange divorce case being my now ex was in prison at the time. Ms. Locke was recommended to me by a friend who had her in their very difficult divorce case and described her has brilliant, tenacious, and had a big heart. Ms. Locke was that and so much more. She was so kind and understanding to me in my situation. She is intelligent, she didn't sugar coat anything, and always responded quickly to any questions I had (and I had a lot). She took my case to heart and moved it along as quickly as she possibly could but never forgetting any details. I always felt like I was in the loop with every step that happened. I would very much recommend her to anyone. Ms. Locke is brilliant on every level!

Alejandro Vera is a great Estate Lawyer and Bilingual. I was looking for a Spanish speaking lawyer as my mother only speaks Spanish. After speaking to Alejandro over the phone I hired him. Alejandro has a true passion for his job. Compassion for his clients. When me and my mother went to his office he immediately asked my mother what was her first language. He spoke to my mother in Spanish and answered all my mother's questions. Alejandro has great communication skills and a willingness to listen. I spoke to several attorneys before hiring Mr. Dunaway, he put me at ease immediately when he gave me a solid price to do my husbands probate with NO what ifs to think about. It is hard enough to deal with the death of your spouse, let alone hearing that your fees could double, even though there was a will and the only thing left was a house. Do yourself a favor and call Mr. Dunaway, I cant recommend him enough.

I was a victim of a storage unit robbery that turned out to be a clear cut case of negligence on the part of the storage company. After being turned down by several local attorney's (telling me I did not have a case), I was recommended to Wes by my neighbors daughter. He explained the ins and outs of the lawsuit process and took my case. We worked together for over two years and finally reached a financial settlement with a large insurance company. I consulted with and subsequently hired Attorney Rengifo about a property issue. I required an Attorney to assist me with the Probate of my father’s condo. Having lots of experience with attorneys, I was very impressed with her willingness to take the time to educate me about the probate process, and her professionalism. She helped me understand all the issues and the steps that would be necessary. I hired her on the spot and I haven’t regretted it at all. She’s returned all my correspondence and/or calls promptly. When this matter is involved I plan on hiring her for my personal estate planning. As a former law man I don’t trust many people. I trust and respect her, and I highly recommend her.

Dan listened and questioned to create a draft. He then allowed us to amplify and make alterations to the draft. Then he rechecked to results. We were able to gain all of the paperwork we needed at a nominal expense - yet he spent a great deal of time being sure that we were taken care of courtesly and correctly.

Bonnie and her staff are amazing ! I searched out several firms before landing in her office. Immediately I knew I would hire her to help me with my divorce. My divorce was an extremely hard case. After divorcing, my children were being kept from me despite what the final judgement outlined for time sharing. This was a terrible situation in many ways for everyone. I can't explain how painful and unfair it feels to have this happen to you.. I didn't know my rights or even what to do. As fate would have it, I found Attorney Berns and scheduled a meeting. There is much to be considered when leaving behind a child (at whatever age) who can't take care of himself. I have been blessed to have this young man in my life. Ms. Hemness thought of everything. She helped me to create a trust including a special needs trust and put together a living will. She helped me to consider end of life choices and create a power of attorney. The power of attorney will allow a family member an easy transition to administer my estate and help my son at my passing. She did all this while insuring my son would not be deprived of the social safety net that is helping him now. I am more than grateful to her for making something very difficult like this possible. I rest easier knowing I have done the best I can to protect my son.

I was very impressed with the Silverman Law Firm. Corey Silverman was extremely detailed when customizing my estate planning to meet my family’s needs. We currently have one child and wanted to make sure she was adequately protected, but also wanted our estate documents to include any future children. My husband and I decided to offer our son as part of his graduation present, a will... This may sound extremely unusual I can admit but if you think about it, they are legally adults and most likely leaving home for college. What if, God forbids, something was to happen to them? How many of us have taken the time to ask our children if they want to be cremated or buried? DNR? How much information can we get if them end up in a hospital because of the privacy/ HIPPA rules? What about their bank accounts/ credit cards/ loans? Completely unnatural for a parent to think that something tragic could happen to our adult children but trust me, the peace of mind that Henry provided to our family is priceless.
