Mr Jacoby was as thorough as one could be and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He took a surprising amount of time both listening to our circumstances and explaining how best to proceed. Most importantly, it’s very clear his excellence stems from a true care of people.
In addition, his staff is no less attentive and caring. I worked with Lisa Waltrip, who was wonderful. We navigated through a tedious Medicaid process with relative ease, with Lisa carefully explaining each step and simplifying everything.
On top of it all, one day Lisa sent an email-she’d stopped and met my mother. In a world where personal attention and care seems to be greatly diminishing, this floored me. What a truly exceptional group of people.

Where do I begin? Compassion, Grit, Tenacity, Work- ethic, professional, are only a few of the words I would begin to describe Attorney Jacoby and his team, more specifically in my case Ms. Marcano. Any questions, concerns, were always responded to quickly and with full detail by Mr. Jacoby or his team. I have an extremely difficult and challenging situation, but Attorney Jacoby has always been patient and will do whatever is needed to help. They really do care and do their best to assist as if it was their own personal case. I cannot say enough how highly I recommend them; I would tell you if you are considering using them or not- do not waiver- you won't regret it! My wife and I are both 74 years old, and we felt it was time to set up the proper estate planning accurately describe our final wishes and also avoid paying any unnecessary taxes when our assets are passed on to our beneficiaries or heirs. The Law Offices of Frye, Fortich and Garcia handled all of these matters for us. We had the good fortune to get the proper legal advice and documentation from Austin Frye and Lauren Garcia. They took all the time we needed to clearly our goals as a couple and individually. Not once did we feel that any question we had was too basic and unimportant. The entire experience was very professional and quite comfortable given the subject matter. We even had some good laughs along the way. I’m Lou and my father passed away and left me his estate that had a 50 percent share of the property he owned with his girlfriend for 30 years.
I was lost and Gus and Austin was my father’s attorney’s that I also inherited.
I dealt mostly with Gus , who is a true professional and is always prompt returning calls and emails.
Gus also helped with me purchasing an additional percentage of the property.

My experience with Frye, Fortich & Garcia has been a very positive experience.
My husband and I did our trusts, but unfortunately, he passed away before we were able to implement changes. Ms. Garcia outlined everything that needed to be done for the estate. She guided me in the necessary paperwork and completed all the necessary court papers. In the process, Ms. Garcia also caught a big mistake the courts made by appointing the wrong executor. This was promptly corrected. I was advised of all the steps taken throughout these proceedings and told of all papers needed. If I did not have them, I was always provided with help. My questions were promptly and kindly answered.
My experience has been very positive all the way through. Everyone in the office is courteous and prompt.

We hired Kellen’s firm to apply for Medicaid for Mom to receive long term care in a nursing home. We were given “ homework “ before our first meeting, which helped us to begin collecting the necessary paperwork. For example, we had to go the courthouse to obtain certified legal documents.
When a loved one is slightly over the cap in income, qualifying for Medicaid can be daunting. Kellen’s firm saved us from completing the lengthy and tedious Medicaid form and from making costly mistakes in qualifying for this benefit.
The first consultation with Kellen was eye-opening. He busted many Medicaid myths! I also watched the pertinent videos on the website. We should have come to him a couple of years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Kellen and his paralegal specialist, Christian, made the process understandable with handouts and flowcharts. They were familiar with the staff of the nursing home we selected, and kept us apprised of the application status.
We highly recommend Kellen and his firm!

I have had several wills completed in the past by attorneys that really had not a clue what they were doing. I felt as though I needed to have it ironclad because I had a special situation where I didn’t want certain people that may have had a legal right to my Estate that we set up a trust and Andrea made sure that the trust was protected and that distribution it would only go to my one and only charity. A couple years later, of course life changes things around. I needed to make a major revision, so my trustee has all the information she needs to process the trust. After reading everything over it was done beautifully and I feel now I don’t have to worry about where the trust will be distributed. it’s a total relief something I don’t want to worry about as I’m getting up in the years. I would highly recommend Andrea and her staff to anyone that wants an ironclad agreement and done so professionally.

I spoke with Donna when I had an estate matter pop up out of the blue. While I did speak with other firms, Donna was the only person that seemed to care and listen to my case. She never broached the topic of cost until she had a full understanding of my situation. All the other firms brought it up in the beginning of the conversation before hearing the facts. Office of Aaron Wentz was very professional, his Paralegal (Ms. Sharp) was extremely helpful and quick to respond. It took about 7 months to get divorced, but that was part of my doing, trying to salvage a relationship, that ended up not being able to do so. however, once I made that decision, I was divorced within a few months, and sent to Judge within a few days the judge had signed. I would recommend Mr. Wentz and staff. Mr. Wentz also drew up a WILL for me and that was very quick and easy, and it within a week of speaking with him. I contacted Aaron Wentz in November 2020 regarding a legal guardianship of our Great Grandson. He was able to get our Great Grandson back in our care within 10 days. The case lasted 2 years, and we won the case, the adoption situation was terminated. I cannot recommend Hollyn and her paralegal, McKenzie, enough! The service was OUTSTANDING! Hollyn met with us in person initially, and made what could have been SUPER complicated situation, with transferring my deceased sister’s trust almost effortless. And I really appreciated that the very reasonable expense to help us with all of the filings and papers was done as a flat fee. There were no surprises or hidden costs! Because of this, I was not stressed about the MANY emails I sent asking for help and clarification on how to do things, as this was the first time I was the executor for a trust.

Watch out!!! Brad Kelsky took my money to file a summary judgment order in my civil case. He completed the summary judgment order and did not hold a hearing on it with the judge. Instead, he withdrew from the case. I paid him over $80,000 in legal fees over two years and he withdrew on a dime. Brad is only interested in billing you, not in your case.
