Meredith was the best thing that happened to me at one of the worst times in my life. My father passed away suddenly and it left me in a very difficult situation regarding his estate. It got ugly and complicated very quickly. We hire attorney's to help us legally, but just the very fact that you need an attorney for any reason, means you are going through a lot of stress in your life. Meredith is amazing. She doesn't let things fall through the cracks and she gets the job done. She is smart and very good at what she does. Which is why we hire attorney's right? But she is a very genuine person who cares about her clients on top of being excellent at her job. And that is what makes her great at her job. You never feel like a number and she will support you through the process every step of the way. I never want to hire an attorney again, but if I did, she would be my first choice.

I came to Meredith after meeting with 12 other attorneys and battling with the insurance company from a car accident in 2015 where I was injured. She not only removed the stress off my shoulders, but she was authentic. She explained every step of the process and was very level headed about the entire situation. I was really given the run around and some false rationale
for their not wanting the case. It's fine if they don't want it
but it's insulting and wastes my time to be condescended
to and lied on about their reasons why. My need is not estate planning but something extremely serious and immediate relating to survival professionally and in health.
I would have appreciated some respect.

Ms Rowe helped me with a very tricky legal/ ethical situation wherein a non-profit group manipulated their by-laws in order to slander and sanction me and my professional reputation. Ms Rowe was so helpful in explaining and navigating the by-laws and standing rules of the organization... presenting them clearly to the non-profit Board and their attorney. To that end, the group reversed their charges against me once it was clearly pointed out the charges were fabricated with no merit and were obviously personally/ politically motivated. Carmen came highly recommended by a lawyer who does similiar practice, but recognized her as an industry expert with regards to dealing with Owner/HOA disputes.
I was impressed with how quickly she got up to speed on the situation and the ability to sort through the electronic paper trail so quickly and thouroughly.
Her persistance and boldness helped to get my situation resolved with the association in a timely matter.

I have worked with David since April of 2014 on a erroneous creditor collection that was destroying my credit. David helped me fight this major credit card company that "over reacted" to the collection mistake on my credit. In the 30 days it took to dispute the collection error of $100, the major credit card dropped my credit line, charged me insane interest rates and just like a game of domino's red flagged all my other credit cards to panic and do the same. I of course hired David and step by step he gave me the tools I needed to not only fight it but counter sue. It took 2 years of playing their game but in the end it was all worth it! I can't thank David enough and would and have referred to everyone I know, including family members.
In my line of work I have worked with many attorneys and David is in a class of his own. Endless Integrity which is so much appreciated and very hard to find these days! Thank YOU AGAIN DAVID! :)

We used Mark Jordan to draft a revised Partnership to our business. We then came back to him to make some further modifications only to find his office had no record of our previous agreement that had been signed and enacted and had apparently lost everything. We would have to start entirely new with a brand new agreement which would cost thousands to develop. Mark was happy to charge us $600 for the Zoom call and his time to verify his office had lost everything. He even reached out when we weren’t paying him quick enough to complain about non prompt payment. I would encourage you to use someone else.

Was referred to this firm by multiple people/ lawyers. I shouldn't have even wasted my time. Got more of a story about how they sympathize for my situation but basically because I'm a federal employee I'm not entitled to the same rights of protection as the general public, according to them. This is even with a judgment from the county court in my favor in regards to the matter. They just simply couldn't help with the employment matter. I suggest looking elsewhere for legal help.

I injured both of my arms right and left. Falling downstairs doing in home care. On the day of my mediation halfway through, my attorney admitted, he got me confused with another lady in Harrison Idaho, my last name is Harrison. As I wanted to hold out , while the mediator joked and made light of work injuries, I am right handed.My right arm doesn't work correctly, I did a lot of work in my church. I am a homemaker. I take a lot of pride in my home being a place of comfort and inviting to people, I used to bake and feed people, and so the job that I had for wages, wasn't my main job, even though I didn't bring home a salary for it. My" job" was taking care of my home and my church and my husband and serving god with my two hands. The thing I did to make money injured me, because the lady I was working for didn't let me know that her staircase ,in the spring would move when the basement flooded. It moved.I fell, I hurt my right elbow and my left wrist, and now all the things I used to do to serve God and others I cannot do any longer. None of this meant anything to my attorney at the mediation. As I kept holding out because I didn't know how I would end up the rest of my life with these 2 injuries he kept telling me dead. There was gonna be so security disability. There was gonna be a medical fund. And so this was just the first part of the mediation for my injury. I even thought I would just go to court because I thought my case was so different than so many other people At that point, my attorney didn't want to go to court. It was obvious He was not wanting to go to court to represent me, who I am. He told me scary things about, if the judge was in a bad mood, I would lose everything. He, and I am ashamed to say, my husband, with pressure from the "mediator " talked me onto taking an offer, which I knew, would not compensate me for paying people to do for me, what I had always done for myself. Gardening, lawn care, house work, cleaning the church, changing my own oil, recently I paid Ford $600.00 for changing plugs and oil in my truck. This I used to do at a fraction of the cost. But none of this was considered, I was a part time worker to them all. After that nightmare, the medical portion was to be settled, that's when I found out, I didn't have enough "points" for SSI disability, so any leverage from SSI to keep SIF accountable did not exist. My Attorney told me the day of mediation , SSI would cause pressure for SIF to cover me medically...NOT. He was incorrect and when I , out of concer, asked him if he was doing okay, he had made a few errors in my doctors name and other odd statements which didn't pertain to me, he accused me of questioning his integrity and told me I could get a different Attorney. By then I was hurting, depressed and totally vulnerable and my attorney, the one person who supposedly knows the ins and outs of the system, chewed me out and threatened me that I could "go it alone" if I thought I could do better. I couldn't make any decisions, I was so down. I didn't think the Attorney was going to take part of the medical bank. I thought he got paid for working the entire case from my mediation, so I didn't think I could pay up front for another attorney, just another thing I misunderstood when my attorney told me the medical is put in the bank, in my name and I had comple control over it. I was told it is a new way SIF and all other workers comp. In Idaho are now doing things, rather than keep a claim open for treatment. I am not pleased at all. My best intrest was not even considered. All because in the beginning my Attorney didn't ever find out and set in his mind, who I am.

I was hired by Sophia Sum, the office Paralegal, to serve documents.
Her instructions were to serve one individual.
She did not give any special instructions, so I made the serve and sent her the affidavit with invoice for payment.
She then denied payment stating that the wrong person was served.
I sent her IDAHO LAW and explained to her the serve was good.
Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, very hostile, snotty, and "know it all" which is not acceptable in any business.
She would not be employed in my business!
I am sure this bad attitude has been seen by others as well.
I doubt the "Boss" saw the 30 line email exchange, which shows her inept attitude.
It is imperative to have a professional, qualified paralegal on your staff as they typically do the preparation for the attorney.
Unfortunately, if payment is not sent out ASAP, then a collections agency is the only choice.
So before you hire this company or work for them, I would think twice about the quality of work if Sophia is your contact.

So I'm giving 2 stars because I was told my custody battle was going to be an "OPEN & SHUT CASE"! It was absolutely NOT! 3+ years and over $10,000 later. (SHOCKER) ((Don't fall for it call around first and do some digging. If they ever tell you it's an open and shut case it's a lie!!)) They are nice people that work their. But I'm not sure what else they do. I found some MAJOR STUFF ON MY OWN AND HAD TO GET MYSELF A NO CONTACT ORDER AGAINST THE FATHER OF MY SON AND DO ALL THE FOOT WORK. So both my experience with lawyers have been ruined. IN MY OWN OPINION they look good next to you in court but don't really care about clients.

I contacted Zuanich Law about 22 months ago to get my gun rights back. We covered all the pertinent information they needed to start the case. I paid the retainer and left them to do what they needed to do without my interruptions. After several months I hadn’t heard anything, I was worried so I contacted them to see what the progress was. They filed a motion in my county, it was review and denied as there was a law change prior to their filing. Brian Zuanich talked to me in depth about refiling in Pierce County as that is where my initial felony was signed. Again I left them alone to file the motions and hoping this would happen. Again several months later, I was thinking this was a lost cause then I received an email from their office telling me that the Courts signed the motion to restore the right to own and possess a firearm in Washington State. Yeah!! I was really surprised and happy. It took longer than I thought it would but they stayed the course. There were other options I could have taken if this motion was denied as well but Brian Zuanich knew what he needed to do and how to move forward. That’s the important thing with you hire an attorney, make sure they know the system for the type of law you need to have help with. Yes, I am very satisfied with their office and will recommend them everytime!

Without sharing too many personal details of my case, I can say I had a rather unique complication with my process involving a move between Washington and Oregon that the Zuanich team were able to help me navigate and understand. Legalities between states and documents from one state to another are not always equal. For myself, and most others I'd wager, these are complicated matters and were something that I personally wasn't too knowledgeable of.
