We were very fortunate to have found Mr. Larry Karandreas to handle our Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I highly recommend him! He is a superb negotiator who is staunchly on your side. Our case was somewhat complicated and we ran into several unexpected snags during the course of our bankruptcy. Mr. Karandreas handled these surprises with professional aplomb. At the outset of our case Mr. Karandreas was able to set aside a large portion of our debt that was held by unsecured creditors that had not contacted us for a number of months. This was very helpful. Mr. Karandreas is clear and concise about what he needs to receive from you. He works to keep his fees as low as possible, but never misses a deadline, always giving you ample notice. He has a Shakespearean sense of humor with which he paints word pictures that leave the judge with no doubt as to the character of predatory lenders. I highly recommend Jeff Brei and his law office. I hired him when I had problems with the property management company that managed my rental property. He reviewed my case within a few hours, discussed the issues with me and suggested a course of action. When I mentioned that I thought the property manager wasn’t taking me seriously, he contacted the property manager himself and took care of everything immediately. All the problems with the property management company were resolved and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jeff is the best lawyer in Tucson. Jerry's expertise and assistance with an "environmentally challenged" development site was invaluable. He was able to effectively navigate the process involved in obtaining a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (PPA) from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). This agreement was instrumental in our ability to mitigate the risk associated with purchasing and developing the site. His involvement with other aspects of the site's environmental condition and the associated responsible party was critical Jerry is competent and personable - two traits not always found in legal council. I'm looking forward to working with him again.

Jerry presented at the SAEMS RCRA Seminar. He presented on penalties and outcomes when dealing with regulators. His presentation was fact-based and provided attendees with great information as well as helpful hints on what to do next when in certain situations. He also provided additional hand-out materials. I was referred to Boreale Law Office by my divorce attorney. Having never met in person before working together I did not expect to be as cared after, listened to, and so exceptionally guided through my very sticky & personal eviction as I did working with Samit. This already difficult situation was made a lot more difficult by the restrictions of the current Covid 19 guidelines. I was lost, confused and I lacked the knowledge and confidence I could maneuver through this tricky process successfully on my own. I was spoken to with dignity, kindness and respect. I was kept involved and up to speed on my case or communications consistently. I was involved in ideas, informed and educated on all the new restrictions and guidelines in a very professional yet “this is new to us too” way. My wife and I selected Samit from a list of attorneys recommended by Hyatt Legal Services, which we subscribe to. He did not disappoint. Although our trust restatement was unique and somewhat complicated, Samit was fine with it. He scheduled a videoconference (this was early on in the pandemic) and we went through what we were interested in doing and why. After a short time, Samit came back with a set of draft documents for our review. We responded with a list of questions, referencing each question by document/paragraph number. We held a second videoconference to discuss the questions. Samit explained all the legalese with practiced skill and patience so that we understood. We discussed changes we were interested in and we each made a list of changes for him to work on. A second draft soon ensued. This time, since so little was off, we were able to make edits directly to the document. He compared the submitted docs with what he sent us, approved the changes, and we had a final set of document and a restated living trust. We met with Samit and a notary public to execute all the documents. And with that, we could finally relax. Samit was a pleasure to work with. At one point, as our trust desires were complex, I told him that, if what he was getting from Hyatt was not enough, we would gladly add whatever he thought appropriate. He declined, saying that he was being fairly compensated. We were shocked, since the last time we went through this process, our previous lawyer demanded additional payment. We feel this says a lot about Samit's approach - he is our advocate first and foremost. In short, the whole process was painless and the new set of documents are well done. We were not expecting the professionalism, humor, and general likeability in a lawyer. It was an unexpected surprise. We highly recommend Samit Bhalala.

I came to Bob's firm with a unique and difficult probate case that I was hoping wouldn't have to go to arbitration. I was drawn to his firm because of a positive experience in my family, but I was still nervous about who I would choose to represent me. I had a very delicate situation and knew I needed a specific kind of attorney to take on this case with me. I met with Bob for an initial consult, and I immediately knew I wanted to hire him. Bob went above and beyond in my case and made sure that he would get things to end in my favor. I appreciated his honesty and straight forwardness from start to finish; I had expected to have to interpret the real truth in what was being said to me, but Bob always told it like it was - even when I wasn't always thrilled with what he was telling me. His work ethic is admirable and the persistence he showed in my case blew my expectations out of the water. Bob fought for me tooth and nail and still kept everything realistic in our conversations. I truly respect and revere his efforts and performance. We were completely pleased with the work that Mae Innabi did for use regarding the recent sale of our mother's condominium in Phoenix. She worked with us to successfully create a sales agreement and get the transaction closed in a very short period of time. After an illegal eviction attempt by my apartment complex, my daughter and I needed to just TALK to a lawyer about options moving forward. NO ONE, of a dozen Phoenix attorneys, would even return our calls or emails. This effort began back in October 2018, BEFORE this issue mushroomed in a very disturbing situation. We couldn’t get anyone to LISTEN long enough to retain them for a court hearing. Fortunately, I was able to get the case dismissed myself. But we still wanted the advice of a member of the bar. Ms. Innabi’s office not only LISTENED to me in my initial phone call, she scheduled a free 20 minute phone consult for the next business day. Throughout the weekend, I received confirming emails from her office which enabled me to dial down my stress level which has been overboard since October! Ms. Innabi took time out of her busy day to listen AND recommend a colleague whom specialized in the area of law that I was involved. Her clients are primarily landlords, therefore, under normal circumstances, representing me would be a conflict of interest. My issue is actual civil litigation which is not what she handles. Yet she was kind enough to listen and guide me to the right law office. I would have gladly PAID Ms. Innabi for her free advice. A plethora of other so-called Phoenix lawyers wouldn’t even take my money for a 15 minute consultation! I just hope they keep being “Ballers” for the rest of their career that can turn down FREE MONEY! Ms. Innabi exhibits the rare traits of professionalism and integrity which is sorely lacking among the Phoenix legal community. Thank you to Mae Innabi and her outstanding staff!

Mark Heckele did a thorough job of creating all the legal paperwork I needed as a co-trustee to complete a purchase agreement for my mothers property. He was timely, courteous and answered all my questions. It also was far less hassle and less expensive then going through a real estate agent. Thank you Mark!

My wife and I were referred to Mark by a realtor and originally consulted with him on several occasions over the past several years concerning our rental property. We were considering letting the property go into foreclosure for a number of personal reasons. He gave us clear options for us to make an informed decision on how to proceed. We decided to stop payment on the house and let it go into foreclosure. During this process, we consulted with him again to get some clarity on issues we had with the process and he answered all questions and explained in terms that we understood how to continue. The process has taken over 2 years total, and at the beginning of this year (2017), we were served with papers from the bank that a dispute over the description of the property was in question. At this point, we hired Mark to assist with the legal aspect of the banks filing. In what seemed like a complicated issue, Mark was able to settle the issue with the bank and get us out from under the legal aspect of the case. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our consultations and easy to work with. He exceeded all of our expectations in the final out come of our situation. Thank you Mark for all your assistance in what was a very stressful time.

I hired Mark to collect a debt owed to me. Mark went over my situation, answered my questions and explained the complete process prior to hiring him to be my lawyer. Mark methodically briefed me and kept me fully informed during the whole progression of my lawsuit and case. It was a pleasure working with Mark to resolve my claim against the people that owed money to me on a past due debt. Mark worked with me to recover this debt and worked on a fair settlement with the defendants before the case when to a trial. Unfortunately the defendants were not reasonable and the case had to be resolved by the court. Mark obtained a default judgement for me that included my legal fees and interest on the unpaid debt. I would hire Mark again as he was very straight with me through the entire progression of my case. His entire office staff was polite and pleasant to work with. I consider Mark to have utmost integrity and a being that makes him an excellent attorney. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my lawsuit. My thanks goes to Mark Heckele.

We hired Mark to help my sister and I resolve an Estate issue. Our stepmom passed leaving us pretty much everything, however her live-in boyfriend had written documents and had her sign them which were to his advantage. Mark spent 6 years unraveling his tangled mess that was created. He went way beyond in helping my sister and I through all of this. We prevailed in the end thanks to Mark and his hard work in getting us there. I recommend him highly! He is honest and professional. He even got published on our case after jumping through hoops to get us where we needed to be.

Mike has worked for both my company and me over the past three years. I deal with a lot of attorneys in my business and I have yet to find one as competent and insightful as Mike. Andrew was very professional and I received a nice settlement for a faulty vehicle wrap that was put on my business mobile unit that the installer claimed was done correctly. Andrew with his due diligence and determination proved beyond a doubt that the installer was at fault and in breech of contract. He kept me well informed through out the whole process of recovering double of what I paid to the installer.

I first heard Mat Sorensen do an IRA LLC web presentation on Youtube for a custodian company. I like what he had to say and how he said it, he was very clear and sounded very well informed on the issue. I don’t know why I didn’t just call him right away to see if he would help me form my IRA LLC, maybe because he was not in my state?..Maybe because I thought he would be too busy? to expensive??? I don’t know what my problem was but I called 5 different lawyers all who didn’t seem like they had the same level of expertise Mat did. As my frustration grew so did my courage. I finally figured... what did I have to lose? Just call the guy I heard on Youtube! So I did. WOW! He knocked my socks off even more on the phone. He answered all my hard questions about forming an IRA LLC while living abroad and didn’t need to go on and on trying to impress me with his knowledge like some of the other lawyers. His friendly, clear, concise answers spoke for themselves. After I decided to go with Mat and KKOS I have been unbelievably happy with their level of service. The entire team is sweet, friendly, educated and helpful. They ALL seem like they know me when I call and always treat me with kindness and respect. Mat will even joke with me, a total stranger! He has a great sense of humor and not to busy for a quick reply to say thanks. He is humble, funny and generous. Not at all what I expected to be honest. :) The clarity of his instructions while setting up the IRA LLC was unparalleled. He would send me emails as to what he and his team would do and what I would need to do. Every time I came to a stumbling block I would call the team and instantly they would help me overcome the hurdle. Even when I reached out to Mat he helped me while not making me feel stupid for asking silly questions. Well, I could go on and on but I will not. Suffice it to say Mat and his team are GREAT and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to form an IRA LLC regardless of which state you live in.

Steve advised us regarding a neighborhood property use dispute. He is very experienced in these matters and laid out in plain language the options he saw for us. Litigation, as one option, was explained along with the steps, likely financial costs, time frame, and likely conclusion. We decided to not litigate, are very happy with that decision, and it was Steve's professional guidance that made it clear what path to follow. We will call Steve first, the next time we need an attorney.

I was involved in an extremely contentious business lawsuit. Steve was referred to me by my personal attorney due to a conflict of interest. I was under an extreme time constraint to obtain representation. Steve stepped up with little time or preparation and definitely lived up to the reputation he was reported to have. In the end we prevailed and he made the opposing attorney look like a mere amateur. I could not give him a higher recommendation to anyone seeking an experienced litigation attorney!

Mr. Steven H Schwartz was referred to us as someone that could help us with the following case. My wife was involved in an accident that happened January 21, 2019 in which she almost lost her life-she was hit by a drunk driver exceeding eighty miles an hour in the rear end of the car she was driving. Without going into the details of every aspect of this, I would say, we needed the best of legal help we could find, and that's what happened. We contacted Mr. Schwartz and hired him to represent us in any legal matter that would come about as a result of this accident. I want to express my overwhelming appreciation for the work ethic and integrity of Mr. Winborne, and his entire firm. First, his office was very responsive to our initial call. We had emails and calls answered within hours, not days or weeks like many others we tried to work with. His retainer was fair, and MUCH lower than others who offered assistance. Rich did a great job representing our financial services organization and I highly recommend him! We retained Rich to initiate proceedings against our insurance company for denying a large claim. As a first step, Rich engaged in discussions with opposing counsel and set forth our position in no-nonsense terms. He substantiated our position with thorough case law citations. Rich Gramlich, Professional, Experienced and Prepared. "PEP" How can you do better for your client than obtaining a settlement well in excess of what the client expected. Rich did just that. He was cost conscious asking me, if I wanted to pay for a deposition or pass due to costs? I left that chose to Rich who chose yes and I'm glad he did. The deposition appeared to have increased the settlement in mediation quite significantly. Rich was obviously very well prepared for the deposition with a good retention of the facts and issues supporting my claim. I am not an Attorney but my two kids are so I get it. I was referred to Mr. McGirr through the Maricopa County Lawyer Referral Service. I left a message for him and he called back within the hour. We discussed my issues related to our Homeowners Association. Mick was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with his thoughts and advice. While he could have taken the case and charged our association, he provided an alternative course of action that would be less expensive. And he even offered to assist if we have any further roadblocks or issues. I would highly recommend Mr. McGirr.
