Spencer was extremely helpful to me with a very stressful landlord-tenant issue. He listened to me and was sensitive to the contentious nature of the relationship between the landlord and me. He communicated with them in such a way as not to inflame the situation further, which I appreciated greatly. His fees were more than fair, and I would definitely recommend Spencer to a tenant needing help with landlord issues.

I had a situation where a Goliath company tried to steamroll me on an employment matter. An attorney I knew urged me to contact Richard Klauer citing his expertise - and I'm very happy that I did. I admit that I was very intimidated but Mr. Klauer immediately put me at ease, collected all the information that would be needed and put together a compelling case. The case drug on for some time due to continuances but Atty Klauer diligently stayed at the ready for every twist and turn. In the end, we prevailed!
I would urge anyone to engage this attorney. His office is professional and friendly, he is very personable and easy to work with. Most of all, he's a professional and will work tirelessly on behalf of his clients. While I hope I never NEED his services again, it is very comforting to know that I have someone like him that is willing to be in my corner!

Mrs. Lepore has been my attorney during a very difficult divorce. After 3 long years of getting no where, while having another divorce attorney, I was referred to Mrs. Lepore. By my first appointment she had already acquired as much information as she could put her hands on, so she was was already prepared when I met her. She has displayed her knowledge of TN law, by being completely accurate in every question I threw her way. She has been readily available through phone or e-mail, keeping me currently updated on every detail of my case, almost on a daily basis. If unavailable, my phone calls or emails are returned within the day. She has not only been a terrific lawyer, but a counselor to me as well, always sensitive to my feelings and emotions. Many times I have called her in tears, with her reassuring encouragement that things would be OK, often referring to her as "my therapist"!!! I began quickly to trust her completely, and have followed her advice, which has proven to be very beneficial. My divorce settlement came out in my favor which I completely attribute to Mrs. Lepore; (things were looking very grim with the attorney I previoulsy used.) Athough my divorce was granted a few months ago, Mrs. Lepore has continued to follow through, making sure the stipulations of my settlement agreement have been followed by my ex-husband. We hired Matt because we we were having trouble understanding how to work out our international taxes and US taxes. He was honest with his legal scope on the matter, and was effectively able take care of all our necessary needs in a thorough, professional manner to ensure we did everything according to law and IRS compliance. Additionally, we felt his pricing was fair and appropriate for his work, as sometimes attorney hourly charges can get a pricey.

I recently had to short sale my investment property and enlisted the help of Mr. Robert Nagle. Real estate to me is another language that I don't speak so I wanted to make sure I would be protected and have the guidance and support of a professional to help me make the right choices. Mr. Nagle was able to answer all my questions and provide a few solid options on our first call. I was then able to execute the short sale of my property with Mr. Nagle's assistance. He was able to catch several pitfalls in contracts and deeds, saving my money and not to mention a lot of headaches down the road! Many people do not realize how many potential pitfalls they can run into when short selling their property so enlisting an experienced individual like Mr. Nagle is absolutely necessary. I called Evan Thompson to discuss a serious contractual dispute, and despite it being before hours, he took my call and the time to speak to me. Nat is a sharp, diligent and DEDICATED attorney. He gave me a very quick history on precedents of my legal issue, gave me some options, made recommendations and came up with a plan.
He was instrumental in not only resolving a frustrating experience with my HOA.....but also set the scenario up so that if they *didn't* acquiesce, then we would be in a particularly advantageous position, legally speaking.
Fortunately, that never had to play out, but he was ready to be there.
If you want a lawyer who will listen, take your side, tell you your options and potential/likely outcomes, and is thinking multiple steps ahead of your adversary, and it willing to be generous and judicious with your/his time....then, hire him.

Jeanne Vatterott-Gale won my case in re-establishing my elderly mother's estate and finances when the case seemed totally impossible to retrieve to safety and well-being. Mr. Hofgard is helping with a predatory/fraudulent mortgage where my home was targeted for it's foreclosure value. Mr. Hofgard knows mortgage lending and foreclosure laws. He's honorable and straightforward. I wish there were more attorneys like him.
Mr. Hofgard nails the issues quickly and clearly. He's amazing. He keeps me informed and listens. He's said my mortgage fraud is one of the worst he's ever seen. As you know, we held out as long as possible for many years with this upside mortgage, despite the 2008 worldwide economic downturn.
