I was up against a tight deadline when I called Atty. I have known Doug Zirkle for over thirty years. I hired him to represent me many times through out these years and was very happy and satisfied with the result. I recently had to short sale my investment property and enlisted the help of Mr. Robert Nagle. Real estate to me is another language that I don't speak so I wanted to make sure I would be protected and have the guidance and support of a professional to help me make the right choices. Mr. Nagle was able to answer all my questions and provide a few solid options on our first call. I was then able to execute the short sale of my property with Mr. Nagle's assistance. He was able to catch several pitfalls in contracts and deeds, saving my money and not to mention a lot of headaches down the road! Many people do not realize how many potential pitfalls they can run into when short selling their property so enlisting an experienced individual like Mr. Nagle is absolutely necessary. I called Evan Thompson to discuss a serious contractual dispute, and despite it being before hours, he took my call and the time to speak to me. I was ready to hire him and pay him, but he quickly outlined my situation from a legal standpoint, which made it obvious I needed to pursue other options for now. Clearly extremely competent in his field and unwilling to engage and take my money unless he felt he could be sincerely useful. Tracy is a great attorney. He is knowledgeable in tax, bankruptcy, contracts and other issues. He is very understanding and easy to talk to. I recommend Michael Faith very highly. Michael took me on as a client in real estate dispute. Michael’s vast knowledge of the law made it possible for him to discover information about my case of which I was not aware. He took, what due to the other party, became a very complicated case and found ways for me to not only win the case, but to protect me in the future regarding issues around this property. I found Faith, Ledyard & Faith, PLC through my Arizona Teacher’s Association, where Faith Law offered a discount to educators. Because this case went on for a great length of time, Michael was also very considerate of my financial situation by having correspondence through emails as opposed to phone calls or meetings as he did not have to charge as much for an email. Michael often would send me emails on the weekend, showing that he spent time during his non office hours to work on my case. Nat is a sharp, diligent and DEDICATED attorney. He gave me a very quick history on precedents of my legal issue, gave me some options, made recommendations and came up with a plan.
He was instrumental in not only resolving a frustrating experience with my HOA.....but also set the scenario up so that if they *didn't* acquiesce, then we would be in a particularly advantageous position, legally speaking.
Fortunately, that never had to play out, but he was ready to be there.
If you want a lawyer who will listen, take your side, tell you your options and potential/likely outcomes, and is thinking multiple steps ahead of your adversary, and it willing to be generous and judicious with your/his time....then, hire him.

Mr. Devin Brown was initially slow to respond to my original message (around 2 days) but once he returned my call and took on my case, he took swift care of my situation resulting in dismissal. Granted my charges were not exactly major (criminal damage) and I had never been in trouble before but I am from Tucson and he promptly setup telephone appearances and filed motions on my behalf keeping me informed daily of anything he was doing and how things were going and what they meant. Ultimately the charges were dismissed and I never had to make a return trip to Apache County (again I live in Tucson) I would highly recommend Mr. Devin Brown as a criminal Attorney as he is courteous, caring and knows his business very well as well as the local Justice System. He also was very prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls once he took on the case and at no point did he make me feel like he was rushing to get off the phone, he even took the time to answer my questions (I had many) and even helped me understand questions not necessarily related to my case. Spoke with Mr. Brown about a speeding ticket I received on route 40 in Apache County just outside of Sanders, AZ. During the consultation, he was honest, straightforward, informative, and seemed more concerned about providing me with the necessary information I needed to determine if it was worth hiring the services of an attorney to fight a bogus speeding ticket, or suck it up and go to driving school. He clearly explained my options and the probable outcomes, and in the end, I decided to go the traffic school route. I am writing this because had the speeding infraction been more serious (criminal), and the need for an attorney critical, I would have gladly retained his services.

Devin took our case, reviewed it and then took the time to explain all our options. When the first thing we tried didn't work he was able to find another solution that worked just as well. Jeanne Vatterott-Gale won my case in re-establishing my elderly mother's estate and finances when the case seemed totally impossible to retrieve to safety and well-being. It took 2.5 years to settle and Ms. Gale had monies returned to the estate before they were exhausted. The family dispute over who would control my mother's persona, future and wealth between arguing siblings in court became alarmingly bizarre. Any other attorney may have lost their wits. The case at times was heartbreaking and sad; near hopeless. The greater the challenge the sharper Ms. Gale's determination to win what is right. I was my mother's advocate and Ms. Gale was advocate for both of us. In the end it was a remarkable outcome, return to normalcy for my mother and a good outcome for the entire family. Putting differences and selfishness aside it was yet the best outcome for us all. Dignity was restored for my mother.

Mr. Hofgard is helping with a predatory/fraudulent mortgage where my home was targeted for it's foreclosure value. Mr. Hofgard knows mortgage lending and foreclosure laws. He's honorable and straightforward. I wish there were more attorneys like him.
Mr. Hofgard nails the issues quickly and clearly. He's amazing. He keeps me informed and listens. He's said my mortgage fraud is one of the worst he's ever seen. After fighting the actions of the unlicensed loan originators/lenders for more than two years, I have hope justice will prevail and truth will come out.
It's unfortunate when criminals use the civil court system to avoid criminal accountability. I hope the predatory lenders, and those who helped them, will go to jail for a long time and won't hurt other homeowners.

We had Wells Realty & Law Groups take over our short sale for a townhouse we were selling in Mesa, AZ. We had been using a local realtor who deemed himself the "short sale King". We were going on 1 year with that office and making no headway when we finally got smart and decided to go with Wells. That was the best decision we made. This is wonderful news, and Michelle and I thank you and your team for assisting us with this rather daunting case. As you know, we held out as long as possible for many years with this upside mortgage, despite the 2008 worldwide economic downturn. We had been taught to fulfill our obligations and we marched along with this mantra ringing in our heads as we paid this upside down mortgage month after month — throwing good money into bad as other voices of disagreement also echoed in our heads. When we sought refinancing assistance with Bank of America, the mortgagor, they couldn't assist this customer with the problem, even after escalating the problem to their Vice President. It took an Act of God for us to stop and seek counseling on this really inverted mortgage, based on today’s property worth prices.
We are thankful that in our bleakest hour, we found your firm’s information on the Internet, and the business relationship began. When we reached out to Mark, what impressed us right off the bat was that he answers his own phone. No secretary or an answering machine recording promising to get back to us, he began immediately to help and advise. Mr. Molique helped us after we received a letter from a government agency saying we owed them thousands of dollars. Mr. Molique prepared a letter on our behalf. He referenced many legal precedents and really explained to the agency why it was wrong. It was so firm and confident that our position was right and theirs wrong. We knew we could never have responded as effectively on our own. Mr. Molique also explained the situation to us in laymen’s terms so we understood our position and the government’s position and the risks of the course of action of not just paying what the government had demanded. After that one letter, the agency responded that they would not attempt to collect the money from us. We were very happy with the result, to say the least. I would highly recommend Mr. Molique.

We had an extremely complex Chapter13 case. Filing bankruptcy was an extremely agonizing decision but hiring Platt and Westby to represent us was probably the smartest decision I’ve ever made. I was the defendant in a real estate transaction where I was representing a Buyer as her Realtor. Three years after the cancellation of the transaction, I was sue'd personally for $2M for "interfering in the contract". Unfortunately, both of the Plaintiff's were Attorney's, so they could relentlessly persue me, at almost no cost to themselves. In my experience, it has been very tedious and daunting to begin a conversation with an attorney, especially one at a law firm with other partners, etc. That is, usually law firms won't lend an ear, it seems, unless you pay $100-300 initial consulting fee, which is basically a $15 overview of your case and whether they think it's worthwhile$$$.
However, not only was I surprised to see Attorney Rhatz offer a no-cost consultation, but he also kept it "real." He advised me with information that even seemed to work against his assumed interest in profit (i.e., he didn't try to exploit me for money), such as by providing me with self-help research suggestions, and even helped me put together an outline for my case.
He didn't want me to lose more money winning with him (he didn't want me to spend so much money to retain him, that even if winning the case, I'd still be at a net negative dollar-loss).
He gave me his undivided attention, asked questions that showed he actually paid attention, and was very resourceful with directing me towards credible sources of jurisprudence.
What's more, is that he didn't throw me out after 15 minutes, but rather stayed with me until he felt I was sufficiently informed with the material and answers to questions to send me along my way.
This man even read through all my notes and connected with me as a person.
I also appreciated his aggressive, but civil, nature towards vanquishing the countering party. He is strategic, he is prepared to preempt the countering party's legal arguments by first calling them out himself, and sparks reassurance that he is sedulously and astutely on the case.
Obviously, I would recommend attorney R Andrew Rahtz for the aforementioned reasons, despite only meeting with him one time on an preliminary consultation.
