I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Nancy during the period 12/2013 through 8/2014. Nancy served as one of 3 City Attorneys for a local municipality in Central Arizona where I was on assignment at the time. In my role as then Interim Chief Information Officer for that municipality, I relied greatly on the City Attorney’s office to ensure our Information Technology (IT) related contracts with vendors provided the necessary legal protections to the City.
Nancy approached such matters with great detail and thoroughness. She proved to be very knowledgeable in various areas – including IT. Moreover, she was very effective at communicating legal positions to those of us who were not lawyers. She recognized that we required absolute clarity in the legal instruments that we were to undertake with the vendor community, and as such she served us well.

Charles is one of the smartest people you'll meet. He knows the law well and is able to draw upon his experience and worldly knowledge in guiding clients. After 28+ years' experience as a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona, I found myself involved in an earnest money dispute for the very first time. (I was the buyer). Although the seller/seller’s agent fought bitterly for my $15,000 earnest money, after the receipt of Aaron Green’s formal demand letter the sellers immediately signed the mutual cancellation form and title released my $15,000.

I am the owner of a large business so hiring lawyers is something I have had to do as part of the job many times. Here is why I give Melanie 5 stars:
*She was referred by an attorney that knew her by being her opposition in a hotly contested case and he had a lot of great things to say (and I trust him, completely, as he is my friend)
*She screened me as the client and not the other way around, although she encourged hat. She won't take the client hat can pay her but only the client that has a real case she is willing to sign her name on. She is not free, don't get me wrong, but she's more than fair in her rates.
*She is up front about costs and risks - it's the firs thing she explains. Unlike almost everyone else, there was never "I'm getting you paid" or someing equally ridiculous. It was "I can't gaurantee anything in this business, no matter how correct you are legally or facually" - what? Honesty?
*She is aggressive as can be, but professional - I am not embarassed by an over-the-top crazy person, but I am proud of the fact that she is no taking anyone's crap
*She is not afraid to sue and will do what she says she will in her leters to the other lawyer (it really is not a threat - it is what is coming if there is not a resolution)
*She litigates cases as fast as possible, doesn't take BS from anyone, and remains ethical no mater what - she tells her cliens (me, at least and she said everyone - I of course believe her) that she will not ever pursue a case to the point of crossing lines she is not 100% proud of, as in, no loss of integrity and unethical activity is not up for discussion
*Dirty lawyers make her sick - she will fight them and be mad with you! She is genuinely PO'd when she calls to tell you what was filed for no reason or bad reasons like billing the file
*She is in favor of the fastest resolution - she encouraged setlement at every step and encouraged me when appropriate - she is not in it to bill the file and does not bill in the shower
*Nobody working with her is any different - her partner is her husband and they are high school sweethearts. Silly as it sounds, they are as good as it gets by way of "good people' and they have an adorable family you will get to know if you hang around long enough or simple talk with her or her husband, Justin
*Remeber the saying "good things come in small packages" - small firm, small lady (she's not exactly the tallest one in the room, lol), but not at all small work - impressive is an understatement!
*She knows the HOA community well - the regulars know her and her firm, and they don't want to mess with her unless they think they can win - insurance defense is anoher story, as that means the atorney can bill and bill and bill until someone in the big insurance company finally notices and then like magic it's time to setle! Melanie predicted this like a psychic, although she's not- she's just been there many, many times.
*Ingelligence. I don't mean run of the mill smart but really, really sharp!
*Ethical yet aggressive as I could have hoped for. IF you don't think this firm is strong enough for you, then you want the dirty attorney and not the one that acts professionally and follows ethical rules all attorneys are supposed to follow
*Economical. NO billing in the shower or anywhere near it! Fair billing at fair rates. You do get what you pay for, but you actually get a bit more here. If you go to the lower rate lawyer, you will likely have an ambulance chaser type of person.

*I would refer this firm and specifically Melanie to my kids - that is how happy I am.

For the last two years I have been taking care of a Aunt with dementia. Before she got sick she executed a complete trust package, will, trust, Medical POAs etc. It was a huge help in taking care of her.
My wife and I had always put off getting our "Stuff" in order till I met Craig. He walked us through the whole process and now we are prepared like my Aunt was. After meeting with several bankruptcy attorneys, my wife felt that most were either unprepared or willing to throw anything at the courts in hopes to see what sticks. Ben was exceptionally honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward. We knew that he would be honest and would not do anything unethical to jeopardize our case. Him and Celeste have been exceedingly friendly and helpful. They made what a difficult time much more bearable by explaining the overall process, what to expect and when.

I met Ben Skinner at a Real Estate Lunch and learn at my broker’s office. This attorney knows his stuff. Whenever I have an agent question whether it is on commission, disclosure, contracts, liability, etc, Ben always has the answer. Love working with him! Just by chance, I was referred to the law office of Collette Nicole Pelcic by a Real Estate Agent in Sun City West, Arizona. Nicole is very professional and was able to take complicated legal issues and explain it to me in a way that helped me make good decisions.

Errol suggested since I live in a condo, I should contact the property manager to handle an issue that my neighbor want to involve me in directly.
